Taj Nagar (Gurgaon), January 5
Where there is a will, there is a way. The residents of this hitherto non-descript village in Gurgaon district have proved this old adage true even in the present era, when authoritiesââ¬â¢ apathy towards common manââ¬â¢s plight has become the order of the day.
Having suffered inconvenience for a long time due to the lack of a railway station in their village, the local residents managed to convince the Railways authorities, pooled money and got a railway station constructed with Rs 24 lakh of their own.
