Then there is the other question if that vehicle can carry only a rose flower to that distance or carry a usable 100 kg conventional explosive or a 2000 kg strategic payload. IMVHO it is a moot point to compare Indian missile that carry rose flower, or stones to long range with those that carry light weight, high yield TN warhead to long range.
