Itââ¬â¢s almost a truism now that if we want more electricity and build more cities and infrastructure, India needs to shop overseas for good quality coal. Coal is the cheapest fuel for power plants and steel factories and also their single biggest recurring cost. Demand is growing by 10% each year.
