Nareshji, So whats the story? What happened you think? Was it a PN sub that released these guys by a inflatable? Also what if the trawler(MVS Kuber) guy was already suborned by ISI? Recall he went missing for quite sometime earlier and was released by TSP? Coincidentally he is fishing in those waters and its his boat that they take over?



Also was Kasab charged with piracy among other things? For takingover a sea vessel by force is an act of piracy?
