Nareshji, So whats the story? What happened you think? Was it a PN sub that released these guys by a inflatable? Also what if the trawler(MVS Kuber) guy was already suborned by ISI? Recall he went missing for quite sometime earlier and was released by TSP? Coincidentally he is fishing in those waters and its his boat that they take over?
Also was Kasab charged with piracy among other things? For takingover a sea vessel by force is an act of piracy?

For what it is worth :
1. A Pakistani latest Augusta Submarine rested on the Indian Seabed off the Gulf of Kutch or thereabouts.
2. Possibly at Evening Twilight the Submarine ââ¬Åroseââ¬Â nearly to the Sea Level ââ¬â possibly behind the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â ââ¬â and two Pakistani ââ¬ÅSuper Marine Commandosââ¬Â were launched on a Rubber Dinghy. The were well armed.
3. As they ââ¬Åpaddledââ¬Â across or possibly had an Battery Operated Motor and ââ¬Åsilentlyââ¬Â skimmed to the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â
4. Most probably the men on the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â were not even aware of the Dinghy approaching their vesselââ¬â¢s Stern.
5. With Grapnel Hooks the Two Pakistani Commandos ââ¬ÅHookedââ¬Â on the railing of the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â and climbed on to the vessel.
They then ââ¬Åscurriedââ¬Â to the Vesselââ¬â¢s ââ¬ÅBridgeââ¬Â and overpowered the Crew. I would opine that they managed to get hold of the Master and the rest of the Crew surrendered to ââ¬Åsaveââ¬Â the Masterââ¬â¢s life.
Once the Pakistani took over the ââ¬ÅBridgeââ¬Â they communicated with the Submarine and the remaining ââ¬ÅTerroristââ¬Â boarded the Vessel.
The Commandos had ââ¬ÅNavigationalââ¬Â skills and brought the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â to Mumbai. However, I feel that they kept the Master alive and had him bring the "Kuber" to the vicinity of their intended "Landing Zone".
They abandoned the ââ¬ÅKuberââ¬Â at a convenient spot and with the help of some of the ââ¬ÅTens of Thousandsââ¬Â of Pakistanis who visit India on a Visitor Visa but do not return to Pakistan - are Illegal Immigrants in India and become Pakistani ââ¬ÅSleepersââ¬Â in India - directed the ââ¬ÅTerroristââ¬Â to their required Locations. The Two Pakistani Commandoes then with the help of the ââ¬ÅSleepersââ¬Â have either found their way to Pakistan or have joined the other Pakistani Sleepers and I am sure by this time they may have even got Indian Passports and are employed in ââ¬ÅStrategically Importantââ¬Â Industry-Commerce-Locations.
Unbelievable ââ¬â Possibly.
Most Probably ââ¬â A Resounding Yes.
Note : For the young Pakistani Terrorists it would be absolutely and unequivocally impossible to ââ¬ÅNavigateââ¬Â from Off the Coast of Gujarat to Mumbai.
Regarding your query about ââ¬ÅPiracyââ¬Â ââ¬â Kasab is a ââ¬ÅMass Murdererââ¬Â and the Penalty is DEATH. The penalty for ââ¬ÅPiracyââ¬Â might be a few years in ââ¬ÅDas Klinkerhoffen mitt Biryani und Shorba!ââ¬Â
Cheers
