From my memeory the ISRO Avatar still has a blunt albeit smaller diameter nose, apparently made of Carbon -Carbon composite



The Falcon noise is very pointed just like old style US RV (I.e. very high beta), and most likely made of graphite and backed by C-C Composite. Indicating its far longer capability to do hypersonic glide
