check the y column: from 2 sites, G2 is represented in France and Italy (as well as undefined F which has obviously been replaced) from 5000 BCE to 3000 BC. One instance of I at the same France site
Let us be generous and say 25% freqeuncy of G in a population with 75% R. Chances of two sites both being G back to back is 0.25 x 0.25 = 6.25%.
IOW, it is very unlikely that there was any R at this time. R only shows up at 2000 BC in Germany in context of Corded Ware which is well a well defined intrusion from the East.
With no upstream nodes for R in Europe, this is an open-shut case in favor of replacement in Europe by an Asiatic line.
