I am not sure until when all of this discussion <!--emo&:argue--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/argue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='argue.gif' /><!--endemo--> will continue. There are around 560 members on this forum and likewise there must be many other forums on the web trying to defend India strategically, linguistically, or otherwise. But even then if we try to search on the web as to who invented the number system the search engines would come up with the answer as ARABS (Algebra), similarly there can be numerous other examples.
The current statistics indicate the number of hindus dwindling to 74% in India, while the proportion of other communities simply keeps on rising.
The newspapers appear to have been sold out to our enemies, the only thing they can publish is anti-India.
And what can we do about it nothing, I believe the jejahdis are better off than us at least they are aware of their objective and to achieve it they even attempted to desecrate our parliament and nearly succeeded, while we developed cold feet guarding our borders in retaliation. While the likes of Laloo Yadav & Co. along with the seemingly secular Congress are destined to take our India into unretrievable depths of doom.
The intelligentsia kept on blaming the Mughals then the British and now the Govt for the then and now state of affairs of India.
I think the problem lies within us, we belong more to our subsects deamarcated either geograpohically(North Indian, South Indian etc) or religiously (Jain, Sikh etc). The chatter of being a hindu does not resonate inward or outward bound. We were not united when a handful of Mughals or British or the so called secular Govt was/is in power.
Political empowerment is the only solution for Hindus, that is what was controlled by our erstwhile masters although being in minority so is the current Govt, alas we fouled up on that opportunity too.
