Trunamul Congress supports genocide of Hindus – Mr. Tapan Ghosh

Kolkata : ‘Hindu Samhati’ is a pro-Hindu organization from Bengal that works for welfare of Hindus all over the country. In the year 2008, this origination was established and since then, we are working for protection of Hindus and Hindu Dharma. The organization has been facing lot of problems for many years. We have suffered because of every Government that ruled the State, had policy of appeasement of Muslims. The policy of Trunamul Congress has put existence of Hindus in jeopardy in Bengal, said Mr. Tapan Ghosh, the President and founder of ‘Hindu Samhhati’ in a press conference held in Kolkata. On 14th February, ‘Hindu Samhati’ held a meeting at Kolkata despite strong opposition of Trunamul Congress and police department which has become puppet in the hands of the Government. The meeting was attended by more than 12,000 devout Hindus.



Police took Mr. Ghosh into custody in the night of the meeting at 9.00 p.m. in Kolkata. After 3 days judicial custody, he was released on bail on 18th February. He held a press conference to explain the standpoint of ‘Hindu Samhati’.



Mr. Tapan Ghosh said further, “Activities of ‘Hindu Samhati’ are carried on in lawful manner. The organization completely believes in judicial system of this country; but attempts are being made to brand this organization as a terrorist organization. Police used illegal methods to stop Hindu Samhati from holding the meeting. Section 144 was deliberately imposed on the area in which the meeting was to be held. Despite Kolkata High Court’s permission to hold the meeting, police acted against the Constitution of India to appease Muslims. Such act of the Government is a conspiracy against Hindus and attack on the unity and integrity of this country; besides, an attack on communal harmony. ‘Hindu Samhati’ wants to keep this dangerous situation in Bengal before mass media.”

In the press conference, Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha said, “To stop holding of a program despite Court’s permission is contempt of Court. There is discrimination based on religion between Hindus and Muslims in Bengal. On one hand, police don’t grant permission for Hindu Samhati’s program despite Court’s permission and on the other hand, the same police and State Government allow Muslims to hold any program anywhere. Muslims’ programs are held even in the night without any objections. The State Government has huge police force to stop Hindu Samhati’s program; but it does not have enough police to protect women; therefore, four Muslims raped a woman in a train. Two ‘jihadi’ Muslims have made a demand from their website to apply ‘Shariat’ Act in India. They have also provoked Muslims to revolt and to fight against Indian Constitution and Government on 3rd March in Delhi; but our rulers are paying no attention to such instigations. The same rulers, however, do not allow Indians to even hold meetings. The media should present this situation before people and do justice to us.”

Bail Granted in favour of Mr.Tapan Ghosh, President of Hindu Samhati

Kolkata : The First Court in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aliopre granted the bail in favour of Mr. Tapan Kumar Ghosh, President, Hindu Samhati (HS) just now (about 4.00 pm). Despite the effort of the opposition (the State Police authority here), the efficient legal counselors of Hindu Samhati persuaded the bail of Sri Ghosh who was thrown into jail after the successful completion of 4th anniversary of HS overcoming all the hurdles put by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and Kolkata Police.



While Mrs. S. Ray, Hon’ble Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-in-Charge, granted the bail in reasonable course of adjudication, due to certain technicalities Mr. Tapan Ghosh will be released from Alipore Central Jail at an expected time on 10-30 hrs IST on Sunday, 19th Feb 2012.
