It is a typographical error, It should read the NDA may not be able to give a serious challange to the UPA.There are certain elements within the NDA that may change side on the eve of the general elections. in fact, the need of the hour is that bth NDA and UPA should have some new and young leaders , who can induct fresh energy in both the parties. Unfortunately, no one is in sight at the moment.
