<b>Forensic tests rule out use of RDX, uncertainty grips 'LeT involvement'</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Mumbai Police sources said that the use of commonly used explosive material like dynamite or ammonium nitrate in the present serial bomb blasts not only dilutes the theory of involvement of bigger terrorist groups like the LeT but also <b>gives credence to the possible involvement of lesser sophisticated local groups.</b>

Police said they are likely to ask forensic experts to perform confirmatory tests to entirely rule out RDX, and added that the focus of investigations could change with these results and police will now have to concentrate on local groups and issues related to it.

I told you.
Now why to blame Pak or Bangla, when it was a inside job.
Now let see whether UPA will continue with coverup? Whether they will allow Azmi get-together?

Now IM will claim there was no bomb blast, some will come with all sob stories, we are nice Hindus are bad.
Some jokers will come up with fake story, my IM friends are nice only Hindus were bad.

<!--QuoteBegin-"Husky"+-->QUOTE("Husky")<!--QuoteEBegin-->Here's a fundamental Hindu trait that won't change: in general we won't kill unwilling participants. It's the reason why we will never <i>collectively attack the Muslims </i>- until the Muslims all declare war (which might happen when they've reached the desired population size). The last time this happened was when India was under tyrannical Muslim rule. Not a pleasant thought, if that's what it will take to get us willing to fight for our survival. Back then, the Hindus fought until we had wrested control over the country again<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I dunno how far I can generalise,I have seen quite good humans in my Muslim friends.

It just happened so that sometimes during cricket matches some of them seem to congratulate when Pakistan won and appeared dull when India won in World cup.

Two incidents I can say for sure go thus.

Majority of those in my class were Muslims. When one well built Muslim bashed a not that well built Hindu like anything, no Hindu dared to rescue him. However when one short tempered Hindu bashed a weak muslim many of his friends
came forward, restrained the Hindu and rescued their friend.

<b>'Arjun encouraging terrorism, sack him'</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->New Delhi, July 14: The BJP demanded dismissal of Minority Affairs Minister A R Antulay and HRD Minister Arjun Singh from their posts for their alleged remarks in a Cabinet meeting suggesting that Hindu groups faked terrorist attacks and blamed them routinely on Muslims.

"These are utterly irresponsible statements from the two Ministers. Both of them are encouraging terrorism and therefore deserved to be sacked from the posts," BJP spokesman

During the Cabinet discussion on Thursday on government response to the Mumbai train bombings, Antulay had reportedly referred to a report that a mystery blast in Maharashtra's Nanded in April was planned by Hindus posing as Muslims, a news report said.

In his comments, the HRD Minister is said to to have quoted a former Maharashtra judge as having alleged that the botched terror strike on the RSS headquarters in Nagpur was a Sangh plot.

Husky,

The last time Islamaniacs declared war on us was 1946. They had the requisite population to wrest a third of our land (and we are only a decade away from the magic 20-25% again). The response to that war in the West (East Punjab), and Bihar (Gurmukhteshwar too) was certainly encouraging. The people would have emptied out at least UP, Bihar, and Delhi if it weren't for the dhimmi government. In the south, the revenge in Hyderabad wasn't bad either.

The Hindu trait is not finishing the fight. My plan is not to do anything officially but continue building support within the Hindu community to do what I said earlier. I think if every one of us convinces our family, friends, neighbors, and people living in our community (go to temples and argue with priest, go to community functions and talk to people, distribute pamphlets) you would be surprised at the support you get. Not everyone will be ready to fight themselves but they can contribute in other ways (financially and otherwise). There are certain organizations already preparing people to defend themselves on the ground, granted not in every state. It is our job to make our fellow Hindus aware of the threat and get them to take a stand. Also, train and acquire weapons and convince other Hindus to do so. Start locally, and the network expands from there.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->I was merely regurgitating what I partly overheard my uncle's two friends (both former Indian Army officers) discuss a number of years back. They talked of their fears about the alarming rate at which the madrasas in Kashmir were multiplying and how frequent terrorism could eventually spread to other parts in India. They thought the solution to that was constant active counter-terrorist operations, rather than passive.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

If the Hindus within security services do something like this it can certainly compliment the effort I described.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->With respect to Serbia and Croatia, this has always been a one-way 'war' (Croatians genociding the Serbians) as even the Croatians proudly admitted until recent times.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

I meant from the Western European (France, Germany, Vatican) side. This goes all the way back to the schism between Catholics and Orthodox, and racially between Germanics and Slavs. The catholics never went to save the serbs from Ottomans, and the English supported the Ottoman Empire against the rebellious "ethnics". Even in WWI the Muslims of the Ottoman Empire and Germany were on the same side against Russia/Serbia. The serbs got hit again in the 90's.

Pak hand, says NSA; Arjun, Antulay have a different take

States of the nation BJP, rewindKeeping peace: Will the Spirit of Bombay rise to the challenge? As 15-hour ordeal ends, the pain beginsOn way to make delivery, 18-year-old boy loses both legs

NEW DELHI, JULY 13:At a Cabinet discussion on the Government’s response to the terror attacks in Mumbai, while National Security Advisor M K Narayanan pointed a finger at Pakistan, two Ministers tried to make the point that it was routine for Hindu groups to blame Muslims for acts of violence.

HRD Minister Arjun Singh, sources said, quoted a retired Maharashtra judge as having alleged that the attempted attack on RSS headquarters in Nagpur was a frame-up by the Sangh itself. And Minority Affairs Minister A R Antulay cited reports that a mystery blast in Maharashtra’s Nanded in April was orchestrated by Hindus posing as Muslims.

Sources said this prompted Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to urge the Ministers to refrain from raising “divisive issues” in the Cabinet before bringing them to his attention.

Meanwhile, holding Pakistan responsible for infiltration from PoK, Nepal and Bangladesh, Narayanan indicated to the Cabinet that Pak-based groups were behind the Mumbai serial blasts and all efforts were on to nail the link.

Home Minister Shivraj Patil briefed the Cabinet on the attacks and steps taken by the government. This included trip of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav to Mumbai and the compensation given to the victims.

Clearly not satisfied by the Home Minister’s reply, Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar requested NSA Narayanan to give his assessment on the issue. The NSA admitted that he only had a “macro picture” and not the details of the twin attacks.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Sorry pal. Tried it. Talking to anyone with more than a high school diploma will be an exercise in revelation of how much <b>"support" you will not get.</b>

Sad, but obsession with self flagellation is unbelievably excessive.

I beg to differ. True you won't convince everyone, but you don't need every self flagellating moron to join us. I have seen people with Bachelor's, Masters and Phds with similiar opinion to mine, which proves that every one with higher education doesn't turn into self-hating idiot.

No peace process until terror stops: PM tells Pak

Press Trust of India

Mumbai, July 14, 2006

Without taking any country's name, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday said the serial blasts in Mumbai were carried out by terrorists with support from across the border.

He warned Pakistan that it would be "exceedingly difficult" to carry forward the peace process if it did not control terrorist elements operating from its territory.

"I have explained it to the government of Pakistan at the highest level that if the acts of terrorism are not controlled, it is exceedingly difficult for any government to carry forward what may be called as normalisation and peace process," he told a press conference in Mumbai after a three-hour visit to the city rocked by Tuesday's blasts in trains that killed about 200 people.

"We are also certain that these terror modules are instigated, inspired and supported by elements across the border without which they cannot act with such devastating effects," he said.

Asked whether talks on confidence-building measures with Pakistan will continue, Singh said, "Pakistan, in 2004, had solemnly given an assurance that Pakistani territory will not be used to promote, encourage, aid and abet terrorist elements directed against India."

"That assurance has to be fulfilled before the peace process or other processes can make progress," he said.

Noting that the terrorists were intending to destroy India's economic strength, unity and communal harmony, he asserted, "We cannot allow this to happen."

Earlier, Singh visited hospitals where those injured in the blasts are being treated and met top officials of the state government.

"The terrorists (responsible for the blasts) were supported by elements across the border without which they cannot hit with such an effect," Singh said without naming any country.

Noting that the terrorists were intending to affect India's economic progress, the Prime Minister asserted, "We cannot allow this to happen."

He said "it is time to crack down to destroy all these anti-national elements" and that "no stone will be left unturned" in ensuring that terrorism is eliminated.

Singh said terrorists, by carrying out such attacks, wanted to create communal tension in India. He asserted that terrorist elements could not be allowed to destroy the country's secular fabric.

Terrorists are acquiring sophistication and in view of this there is a need to upgrade the technology available to the security forces, the Prime Minister said.

He said steps like installation of sophisticated surveillance gadgets at vital installations and high profile establishments would be taken.

"The whole nation admires the spirit of Mumbai," the prime minister said.

"Just as things can never be the same for those who have lost their near and dear ones, it cannot be dismissed as usual for us," he said.

Contending that "we have to ponder over and work out an effective strategy that such things do not recur", he said, "We must recognise that the terrorists are trying to spread their tentacles across the country."

Earlier, Singh, who arrived on Friday afternoon, interacted with top Maharashtra officials at the airport. The meeting was also attended by Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar.

Singh reviewed the progress of investigations into the attacks and took stock of security measures taken by the state government following the explosions.

He visited Sion and KEM Hospitals and spent about 20 minutes there, meeting the injured and inquiring about their condition and their treatment.

Bhushan,

Despite its detractors' most prejudiced and patently false opinion, Vishwa Hindu Parishad has been doing excatly what you have suggested, which is convince

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->our family, friends, neighbors, and people living in our community (go to temples and argue with priest, go to community functions and talk to people, distribute pamphlets)<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

and has been doing this for close to fifty years.

The vaccum in its membership, influence, support, educatation is glaring(even in the Hindi heartland where it was born). Perhaps I was being immoderate by attributing this lack of success to self-flagellation. Whatever reason (dhimmitude, limitless pragmatism, callousness, I dont know), but unifying Hindus for whatever reason - even the threat of extinction - is simply a false dream to pursue.

Maybe I am just too crestfallen pal.

Right peace process gets called off for now, then in a few months it's all back to the same situation and then another blast .... We Indian's have proven ourselves to be really spineless, we boast about being a growing economy, about the IT industry but can't even protect our citizens or retaliate against the perpetrators and on top of being useless the Indian gov't has the guts to criticise Israel for doing something instead of sitting there spinnig charkhas and doing peace marches.

it is sad we hindus don't show the unity as the musus do. we must find out why.

My guess is Musus read Quran and follow the massage that all muslims are one and they should fight, fight as one, we on the other hand read 'history' in which Brtis told us we fight a lot and hate each other so we believe and follow.

Gives a sample of Indian reactions, most want some kind of action but I couldn't believe that there are still nutcases with Hindu sounding names who believe that 9/11 was done by US and that US foreign policy is the cause for these blasts, hopefully they will get blasted to pieces in the next terrorist attack.

Here are 2 such nuts:
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Subject: India should try to find who is real power doing it.

After seeing 9/11 truth video, it is evident that America setup the attacks on WTC to gain control over oil fields.

And I think it could be America using terrorists network of Pakistan to cause a war between India and Pakistan?

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Subject: Can India nip the bud of terrorism at its root? The root is not Pakistan!

The root cause of the large-scale anti-national activities in India - the latest being the 11/7 attack on innocent commuters in the Mumbai suburban train - is not the bunch of fanatics in Pakistan, nor the crazy guys of Al Quida, but the NATO in general, and the USA foreign policy in particular. USA in the name of fighting the communists in Afganisthan has built the mujaheedin universities, colleges and schools in Pakistan since the early parts of 1980s and we Indians are paying a heavy price for it since then. Why are we blaming Pakistan for the activities those are happening on its soil? How is Pakistan responsible for the international acts of terrorisms those are exported from its soil. Have we forgotten that the base of Pakistan is resting on the 3As - 1. Allah (I don't mean the God Allah, but those fanatics who in the name of Allah are fomenting hatred among various religions), 2. Army (obviously, the Pakistan army led by its military ruler Parvez Mussaraf), and 3. America (not the citizens of the USA, but her foreign policy). Now, let me conclude by saying: Pakistan cannot create problems for my BHARATMATA, because its only a part of She. The root is USA's foreign policy...

If the gov't can't do anything then Hindus might as well get in touch with Chota Rajan and co for a contract (and ask them to set up shop in Kashmir and do a few blasts in Pakiland whenever possible), atleast they might get some of those involved in the blasts before this gov't does anything.
