It may safely be assumed that all of above were born and brought up in at least middle-class schools and were not malnourished.

And none of so called upper caste oppression

The interesting item from previous post is that NIB do not seem to show any IQ advantage over NI-bania, at the high end, unlike the scenario in SI. And in SI, virtually all on the list are SIB.



Another interesting aspect is that some Rajputs do make it into the list, which I did not expect



At the lower end of the IQ curve, reflected in PISA scores, TN clearly beats HP

I often lump Khatri, Jain, Sindhi as NI-bania

The Nairs are genetically same as SIB, due to large scale impregnation of matrilineal Nair women by Nambudhri brahmins. Visually I cant tell a Nair apart from SIB

Shashi Tharoor ( Nair ) for example is extremely Aryan looking and he got his genes from a Nambudhiri brahmin some generations ago

On a per-capita basis, Khatri shows up almost as often as SIB.



In the NI-bania, category, the most common occurence is Khatri



IMHO, the Khatris are the most optimised caste in India,



They are nearly as wealthy as the Jains, nearly as high IQ as SIB, add to it, they have a religious heritage - all Sikh gurus were Khatris and they had a military tradition, Finally looks wise IMHO the Khatris are the best looking caste in India, most bollywood stars and starlets are Khatris

1911 - Male Literacy in Tamil



Brahmin = 72%

Chetti = 39%

Nadar = 18%

Agamudayan = 21%

Velala = 25%

Kallan = 16%

Maravan = 14%

Vaniyan = 32%



The interesting thing we find that the only caste that kept tamil language alive was the Aryan Sanskritist brahmin



The core of the DK-DMK movement is the Velala landlords, and their tamil literacy is below chetti ( bania ) and even below Vaniyan ( MBC )

And velala literacy is not much more than Nadar ( MBC ), Agamudayan ( MBC ), Kallan ( MBC ), Maravan ( MBC )



There are very nasty sayings by velalas against Agamudayar,







Historically the Kallan-Maravan-Agamudayan came under Thevar caste. The imperial Cholas were Thevars,

Even now these are martial castes pro-Hindu and active in anti-EJ and anti-islam activities.



How did the imperial Thevar castes come to get ranked below velala landlord. I dont know.



IMHO, this must be due to the british ranking the Kallan and Maravan as a criminal caste

From above, In 1911, the literacy in british India was 6%, and in TN, even MBC castes had a 20-25% literacy rate.

Vellala = 2.12%

Agamudayan = 0.33%

Kallan = 0.27%

Maravan = 0.13%

Brahmins held 75% of govt posts and Non-Brahmin hindus held 20% of Govt posts

With an English literacy over 20X the non-brahmin rate, the brahmin govt job rate advantage was only 4X



Incidentally this was under British rule and no ban on non-brahmins from learning english.

In the US, each year at grade 11, 15000 National Merit Semifinalists are selected



And in the US, each year, after 4 years of college, 20000 are admitted into MD



So there is a very strong co-relation and overlap between National Merit and getting into MD



National merit list also reflects regression to mean



The FETNA-ites are virtually absent from the National Merit list

Given that SC = 16%, ST = 9%, Muslim = 15%, total 40% ,

The mean Indian IQ will struggle to exceed 90, even with nutrition and schooling



For reference, Israel has a 20% muslim , and its average IQ is 94

National merit scholarship tests 1.5 million US high school students, 100 IQ average.

Out of this 15000 , or 1% go into the semi-finalist list



Using bell curve, this is about 135 IQ

Dr.Ambedkar is remarkable getting a US law degree from such a deprived background



The next shocker is that the Kunbi peasant was twice as literate as the Maratha elite



Brahmins may have withheld knowledge of Sanskrit, but never the local language- and English was open to all



Also remarkable that TN-MBC had much higher literacy than Lingayat, a FC in Bombay Presidency

This is 2.5 SD above mean IQ, and contest winners are at 3.5 SD.

But extreme tails of bell curve like 3.5 SD are not an accurate means of measurement, due to non-linearities



Now I shall sort the data from the 133 names above



NI-bania-Total ( Including Jain, Khatri, Sindhi, Guj-bania ) = 36

Guj-bania = 8 ( On a per-capita basis, more than NIB and nearly at SIB levels )

Jain = 3 ( On a per-capita basis, more than NIB and nearly at SIB levels )

Sindhi = 5 ( On a per-capita basis, more than NIB and nearly at SIB levels )

Khatri = 10 ( On a per-capita basis, more than NIB and nearly at SIB levels )

Generic-NI-bania = 36 - 8 - 3 - 5 - 10 = 10

SIB = 51 ( The 69% quota is causing a serious brain drain of the best brains of India )

Nair ( genetically SIB, due to Nambudhiris impregnating matrilineal Nair women ) = 3

Jaffna Tamil Velala = 1 ( I couldnt find a single Indian Velala, the main instigators of Dravidianism )

Previously I had written of a South Indian IQ generic advantage. The reality is more Nuanced



The Indian IQ seems to be SIB > Khatri, Sindhi, Jain, Guj-bania > NIB > NI bania > SI-bania



And at the lower ends, SI-IQ is higher than NI-IQ due to more disfunction in NI





SIB, NIB, NI-bania, Khatri etc are Y-DNA = R1A ( Aryan gene )



Non-Brahmin SI = L1



OBC-NI = H1



R1A > L1 > H1



Both in north and south India, R1A is a minority.



SI is dominated by L1 and NI is dominated by H1,

My guess is L1 > > H1, which explains the disfunctionality of NI



Also, L1 mostly marry their 1st cousins and this has a 8 IQ point hit, and hurts them in comparison with R1A



The reason that dravidian castes , esp merchants vastly underperform their NI equiv is 1st cousin marriages which cost 8 IQ





My guess is that SIB-IQ is vastly superior to NIB-IQ due to inbreeding.

NIB marry at 7th cousin on paternal side and 3rd cousin on maternal side, and IQ genes get diluted



Whereas on average SIB marry their 2nd cousin. And at the 2nd cousin level there is no IQ hit of 1st cousin marriage, and IQ genes get concentrated, at the cost of being less physically robust. They probably should move to 3rd cousin levels to improve health without IQ hit and definitely move from sub-caste to jati to bring in fresh blood

TX is very similar to CA, except for a much stronger showing from NIB-bengali



India has 3 genetic IQ zones



R1A to the west of Delhi, Punjab area and Guj and these have the highest economic indicators



L1 in South India and



H1 in UP, MP, Bihar etc



again no H1 shows up in TX either
