Upperclass Indian Muslims have a path for achieving success in India. Its the underclass that needs an incentive. If they can get educated and achieve success they can emulate the upper class. So reservations are a way to provide a soar path for a portion of the Indian Muslims who choose to study. I also want an overarching women's right to not be defrauded with regard to property rights irrespective of their religion. Quite often husbands stake ad lose family property in businesses often without consent of wives.

Backward caste Muslims are eligible for OBC quotas, under Mandal

Specific earmarking of muslim quota is illegal under the constitution



Kerala has flouted this with a 10% quota for muslims



This is a golden opportunity for BJP like Shah Bano



I wonder how long Muslim-Yadav coalition will last if Yadavs have to give up their quota to muslims

By the way it's the "upper class" Muslims who tend to be the most fanatical. It was the UP upper class which galvanized public opinion in support of partition.

May be the next step should be to ask the Hindus to go pay jizya tax to their Muslim neighbors to help the economic progress of Muslims?

Why not extend this "logic" to the Indian military.



Since Muslims make up nearly 14% of the population let's reserve 14% of the posts in all branches of Indian military for them.



Since women make up nearly 50% of the population let's reserve 50% of the posts in all branches of Indian military for them.



Since Sikhs are overrepresented in the military they should be reduced.



In this way we will create the worlds best "multiculti" military which will sow terror in the hearts of the enemies.

Muslims brutally ruled India for 1000 years, why they need reservation? India is a only country where abusers are entitled for reservation. What was the purpose of partition? After getting two separate nation, they still need entitlement? Something wrong with liberal utopia?

There are really really poor people from all sects and caste including the supposed top class Brahmins. Poor people should be given all types of help no matter caste, creed or religion.

That's right. Muslims should have to pay a special tax to live in India to rebuild the temples they destroyed.

We need a one-child policy for Muslims in India, with a heavy fine charged for having more than one kid. Everyone knows the rats fully intend to breed their way to victory.

Fortunately, their earlier success in Europe and the resulting civil war there will give Indians enough time to wake up about that possibility in India.

The so called liberals in India are cowards at best or traitors at worst. Many of them may have closet converted to Islam or Christianity. The two most illiberal religions I might add.

My concern is that there is not enough majority in India to say that the constitution may be rewritten such that there exists no reservations at all based on caste, religion or genetics. It should be entirely based on economic conditions.



Either my concern is genuine, or they are all the members of a compliment majority group who keep pushing their voting buttons for longer banana republic life!
