Though Jharkhand assembly election is due in March 2010 in the normal course, politicians cutting across party line are busy pulling up their socks after Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram on July 14 promised Assembly elections in the state within the next few months. Jharkhand assembly is currently under suspended animation.
