<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->There are many flaws in the system of our government machinery but their efficiency is not that low as Shri Mudy expects the world to believe. If that would have been the case, India would have long disintegrated. Ranting and ridiculing all the organs of the State in respect of India does not fit into
the present situation when India is getting invited to the G-20 meeting <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Indian government is rot where common person can't find justice or medical treatment or school admission or getting anything done before slapping some currency on Babus face or political leaders. Its shame.

Getting invitation by G20 is because of Private sector and people like us who after every struggle got ourselves educated and It was Vajpayi vision.
India will be disintegrated if this rot remains. Country who had appointed Prime Minister, where criminals are ministers, Babus runs corruption syndicate and embassies are used to save criminals. Speaker Greedy Chatterjee is glued to its speaker position because it gives him foreign trip. Country where some Baneerji gets up and declare Godhara was mass suicide by women and Children. Closing eyes or part of corruption doesn't mean that everything is hunky dory in India. I think you live in a lala land.

Even to get a damn passport, idiots of every machinery in Indias babudom asked me bribe.

We are not here to sing songs for India with head shut and eyes closed, for that purpose, Doordarshan and Fake Press release from Govt of India is doing pretty good job. Denial is assets sometimes.
I hope that the ATS criminals and their superiors will be put to justice and get tortured at least the same way as they have done to the arrested armymen and Sadhvi ji.
Another group to be hunted to be put to justice is the media. Indian media has proved to be of such a low level of paparazzi papers and tabloid gossips to be found on the desks of waiting rooms of offices or the dentist.

It looks like the Bush/Karl Rove gang election policy is copied by the Congress of Sunya Maino. Her Emptiness doesn't care to annihilate India. It is not her motherland. One can't really blame a Grdhra to be one. It is the chamcha's who established a Grdhra-rajya who have to be blamed.

The mad development is that Sadhus, Sadhvis and Sainikas are made a target.

I do not know the (political) colouring of NDTV, but these two reports below hit the mail or frustration of the ATS of Maharashtra and the Congress.

<i>Counsel clarifies Purohit didn't get army RDX
NDTV Correspondent
Monday, November 17, 2008, (Nashik)
It is U-turn that could prove expensive for the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS).

The state appointed public prosecutor is now saying that he was misquoted and that he never said that the RDX was pilfered from the Army and used in the Samjhauta Express blast.

On Saturday the same public prosecutor had said in court that Malegaon accused Lt Colonel S Purohit had sourced army RDX for the Samjhauta Express blasts. He made these arguments in court while trying to extend his custody.

The development comes after the Anti-Terrorist Squad began looking at the possibility of Purohit's involvement in the train blasts which killed 68 people.

The blasts took place on February 17, 2007 near Panipat in Haryana.

Initial investigations in the case had said that the perpetrators of the blast could have affiliations with Lashkar-e-Toiba.</i>

<i>Is Malegaon blast probe lacking evidence?
Rashmi Rajput
Monday, November 17, 2008, (Mumbai)</i>

<i>A Lieutenant Colonel who stole 60 kg of RDX, a sadhvi whose bike was used to set off a bomb and a Mahant who ordered a terrorist attack, with each claim in the Malegaon investigations the questions are mounting -- does the police have enough evidence?

The police claim the first breakthrough was the bike used in the blast, which was traced to sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur. But the sadhvi said the bike changed hands many years ago.

Another claim of proof was a statement from an eyewitness who allegedly overheard a phone conversation between the sadhvi and the main accused Ramji Kalsangra. But if the conversation was on phone, how did the eyewitness hear both sides?

The police also claimed that Purohit stole 60 kg of RDX from an Army depot in Nasik. But experts say that it's very difficult for Military Intelligence officers to source RDX, especially this quantity.

The police have so far charged most of those caught for being part of the conspiracy. But they still haven't zeroed in on those directly involved in the plot of making the bomb and planting it.

The bulk of the police case, as in most such cases, is built on the statements of the accused, owning up to the crime and on telephone transcripts, neither of which is admissible in court.

But the police say they have got evidence which they will produce in due course.

My critique: how reliable is a statement made through unreliable means (narco tests). Besides, they are under pressure to come with results. As they don't have, the only thing they can say is that they will produce (read: create) evidence in due course.
The ATS has nothing and have no other option but to return to the SIMI and Muslim terrorists. But the ATS, through their Maharashtra Congress instigation, has to compete with the CBI, backed by the New Delhi Congress, when nailing Hindus and turning attention off Muslim terrorists.
Sitting thousands miles away from criminalized courts of India, I can tell everyone, appoint some Bannerjee for investigation, before starting investigation tell him his whole family will have full vacation in Europe or Son will get admission in Donation college without paying donation, Baneerjee will come out wilth best report where he will ask arrest Lord Rama and Lord Krishna for theft, inciting violence, rape and release innocent Afzal Guru, every "Hindu terror" should pay Afzal Guru family.
<b>ATS makes U-turn</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Now mum on role of Purohit, use of RDX in Samjhauta

Fresh questions have surfaced on the Malegaon blast probe with Mumbai ATS failing to produce any new evidence before a local court at Nashik on Monday even as it backtracked on its earlier stance that Lt Col Srikant Prasad Purohit had used pilfered RDX to blow up Samjhauta Express in February 2007.

The jampacked court of Additional Judge HK Ganatra saw ATS facing serious charges of torturing Sadhvi Pragya Thakur and blocking proper legal aid to another accused (retired) Major Ramesh Upadhyaya.

Not able to produce even a single piece of legally tenable evidence against the eight accused, the ATS is now virtually groping in the dark and the cases were on the verge of collapsing. The ATS credibility has suffered a major setback since it had claimed that Purhoit might have used ‘pilfered’ 60kg RDX for his terror acts across the country, including Samjhauta Express blasts. In fact, this was one of the prime contentions put forward by the ATS counsel before the court on Saturday while seeking to extend the remand of Srikant Purohit.

Did they checked head of ATS links with Dawood terrorist gang and ISI?

<b>Sadhvi alleges torture in custody</b>
<b>ATS charge backfires</b>
The Pioneer Edit Desk
‘Investigation’ descends into witch-hunt<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->The Anti-Terrorism Squad of Mumbai Police has virtually ended up with egg on its face. <b>After planting stories in those sections of the media which are only too happy to publish and broadcast any cockamamie tale that portrays Hindu spiritual leaders as ogres, denigrates Hindu society and defames Hindu organisations, and claiming in a Nashik court that Lt Col Srikant Prasad Purohit had used RDX stolen from the Army for the terrorist attack on Samjhauta Express in February 2007, it has had to eat humble crow and do an about-turn. What the too-clever-by-half ATS </b>personnel, who have eagerly offered their services to launch what increasingly appears to be a witch-hunt and be party to a political conspiracy of calumny and worse, thus raising questions about their integrity, forgot while hurling their latest startling allegation against Lt Col Purohit is that public memory may be short, but it is not short enough to fail to recall the nature of the terrorist strike on Samjhauta Express. The explosives use on that occasion were improvised incendiary devices and the Forensic Laboratory in Chandigarh had not found any traces of RDX in the debris — for that matter, nor were any traces of RDX found at the site of the Malegaon explosion. These details are on record, as are the findings of the subsequent investigation. No less stunningly crude is the ATS’s allegation that Lt Col Purohit misappropriated 60 kg of RDX from the Army: The charge could have been brushed aside as ridiculous had it not been for the sinister implications of what has been alleged. Sixty kilograms of RDX is not a small amount of explosive material; nobody can just walk away with it from an ammunitions store of the Army. That apart, what the ATS has shockingly alleged is that the Army as an institution is so callous that an officer can pilfer a huge amount of explosive material without the theft being noticed. This is outright slanderous and the ATS must be held accountable for portraying the Army as a rogue institution; to let the calumniators go scote-free would be tantamount to whitewashing their misdeed. This paper has in the past raised the question whether the ATS sees itself as being above the law of the land and answerable to none. Since it is neither, it must be brought to heel right now before its recklessness causes irreparable damage to reputations.

<span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>It is by now obvious that the ATS is dancing to the tune of its political masters who are unmoved by the enormity of the damage that is being inflicted by the spit-and-scoot tactics which have been the mainstay of the so-called ‘investigation’ </span> into the explosion at Malegaon that killed six Muslims in September. The feverish pace at which the <b>ATS is pursuing this case, spinning bizarre stories by the minute and planting them by the dozen in the media</b>, is in sharp contrast to the non-response of Maharashtra’s Congress-NCP Government, endorsed by the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre, to the mass slaughter by jihadis who bombed commuter trains in Mumbai on July 11, 2006. <b>The perpetrators of that crime are sitting pretty, possibly laughing themselves silly over the manner in which the ATS is making a mockery of what it claims is an ‘investigation’ into a ‘terrorist attack’</b>. This paper believes that the law must take its own course and anybody found guilty of indulging in violence should be punished. But what is being witnessed is blatant abuse of law.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Fake investigation by criminal babus is open now. I hope this will unite and open Hindus eyes.

Let's try to stay on one issue if we can. On previous page you had ridiculed B Raman's article. I'd like to really know why, your optimisim for the G20 red carpet for Manmohan notwithstanding.

Can you really tell me the reason as to why would an educated person (let alone a Lt Col at 'Army Education Corp') plant explosives in a vehicle registered to himself!!
If this is the level of IQ of our Lt Cols in Indian Army, we have bigger things to worry about.

I agree that we should hold off ranting our mouth off till investigations are complete. But that has not stopped you from pinning blame on Hindutva groups back in nun-rape case of Orissa, has it? So pardon me if I find your submissions anything but simple.

Yes, Hindus are capable of resorting to violence and I have no doubts that those who perpetrated the atrocities at Nadigram were Hindus too. But I don't see you ever speaking up against these people - infact if my memory serves me right you had even given those very Naxals a clean chit stating that they are merely poor-underpreviliged-oppressed people (think it was a debate with member Harshavardhan).

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Further praising of India and recounting its achievements may not be digestible to many of the members of the Forum<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Let's get's basics correct before we make judgements. While we criticize the moronic vote bank policies of current ulta-pulta, we cheer for achievements of the people. Many here have harsh words for current Indian administration and but never for India or ordinary Indians.
Someone had once defined that the love for one's country should be like lover's qibble. But it's easy for the water-carriers of current administration drape themselves in tricolor and question the motives/patriotism of those who criticize their pay masters; they aren't fooling anyone here.
Stepping back a little bit, there are some features which are odd in this "investigation". All the folks being pinned down on fake charges have a SASB/J&K connections- Pandey/Diwvedi, Lt Col. Purohit, Armed Forces and specifially Mil Inteliigence . Is this payback for being thwarted by the Jammu agitation? Is there a Cashmere (massa)connection?
Yes, it is Jammu payback and some news that Dawood is behind.
Vatican summons Indian Embassy jokers and now they have to prove their manhood.
If you add all this , you will get clear picture.

No Vatican will summons Embassy jokers for false arrest of Seers or Hindu Sadhus. So humulating Hindus Sadhus and Saints is very good pastime of current Ghazavi Indian Government.
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>BJP returns fire, says Cong behind many terror acts</b>
PNS | New Delhi
Soon after the Congress accused the RSS of having links with SIMI,(LOL)-NK the BJP returned fire, claiming the ruling party was behind many terror activities and communal riots that took place in the country.

Getting into a verbal duel with the Congress on terrorism, the BJP tried to substantiate its claim by listing out the alleged <b>relationship between three Congress Ministers and the ULFA in Assam, conviction of its Ministers in Gujarat in communal riots case and the tacit understanding it was having with Maoists in Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.</b>

<b>"The Jamat-e-Ulema-Hind has submitted lists of 40 Congress leaders to Sonia Gandhi. They are names of those involved in the Godhra riots. Congress Seva Dal member Vimal Mushari, who is a close associate of the State Revenue Minister Bhumidhar Barman, has been arrested for his role in the recent serial bomb blasts in Assam," BJP spokesman Prakash Javadekar said</b>.

<b>The Congress, he said, which had spoken in favour of Madani, the Coimbatore bomb blasts accused, in the State Assembly of Kerala and which always worked hand in glove with Maoists, had no moral right to hurl baseless allegations against others.</b>

Accusing the Congress of communalising the sensitive issue of terrorism and adopting a policy of 'spit & run' through baseless allegations against the nationalist organizations, the BJP said the ruling party appeared to be doing this exercise of politicising terrorism with a sinister design to save itself from the nationwide anger against its soft policy towards terrorism.

Taking a critical view of 'selective leaks' by Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad probing the Malegaon blast in which some Hindu religious leaders and an Army official are suspects, BJP also accused the Congress Government in the State of 'pressurising and directing' the investigation.

<b>"The BJP charges the Congress Government in Maharashtra with pressurising, directing and misusing the ATS probe for its selfish political benefit. Congress is speaking more than the ATS. And why the selective leaks?" </b>Javadekar asked.

The party spokesman alleged the Congress Government had forced ATS to close down inquiry into the serial train blasts in Mumbai on the request of some leaders who felt the sentiments of a religious community would be hurt.

"The State Government never allowed the ATS to conduct any scientific tests like narco analysis, polygraph tests on any of the suspects in that instance," Javadekar said.

<b>"Similarly, the earlier 2006 Malegaon blasts case was handed over to the CBI only for political benefits,"</b> he said.

While Sadhavi, Lt Col are being to put to narc test, torture, look at the kid-velvet-glove treatment for killing 200+ in the 7/11 blasts:

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Meanwhile, the Centre is believed to have commended the Mumbai crime branch's investigation of the Indian Mujahideen's role in the Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai 7/11 blasts.

Crime branch sleuths had arrested 20 persons and got their confessions about their alleged role in various blasts. Then human right activists, minority leaders et al were allowed to meet the accused persons without police
presence and make inquiries. <b>All those who met the accused came out with the unanimous conclusion that the accused persons were not tortured and had voluntarily confessed to their role in 7/11 and other blasts</b>.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<b>Purohit did not filch RDX</b>

Bengaluru, Nov. 17: Lt. Col. Srikant Purohit, in the custody of the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad in connection with the Malegaon blasts, did not obtain any RDX from Jammu and Kashmir during his stint in the Military Intelligence, the Anti-Terror Squad and sources in the Forensic Science Laboratory, Bengaluru, said.

<b>Sources in the Maharashtra ATS said that Lt. Col. Purohit had not confessed to having taken RDX either during his interrogation or narcoanalysis. "The inference that he obtained 60 kg of RDX in Jammu and Kashmir for terror blasts and that he gave the explosives to one Bhagwan to execute the Samjhauta Express blasts in 2007 was cooked up. We don’t know the source of these media stories," said an official source.</b>

During narcoanalysis tests conducted on Purohit by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Bengaluru, last week, the <b>Army man categorically denied having taken RDX from any source during his J&K stint. Questions in this regard were repeated to him but each time he strongly denied that he had any links to the RDX</b>. He was cooperative and answered with clarity, said sources.

Sources in the Army also said a Military Intelligence officer has no access to explosives. <b>"He is in mufti and his brief is to collect intelligence on insurgency and anti-national activities. Also, the Army does not use or store RDX," an official source said</b>.

What is the meaning of this editorial slant of Hindu symbols (see the attached image) by your news channel without any proofs or constitutional rights? Your channel which is well known for its Anti-Hindu lineage has just surpassed every moral/ethical ground and journalistic code of conduct as laid by Press Council of India. It is fine and in your very right to have leftist ideology and you may present the news, as your channel often does, through the prism of your biased viewpoint but to slander religious and highly sacred Hindu symbols like ॐ ("OM") is completely unacceptable. You and your whole editorial team has just violated Section 153A of IPC by hurting my religious sentiments and believably so of millions of other Hindus around the world. Your editorial team and graphical team has committed a punishable act and hence, can and will be prosecuted and sent to prison for three years, or with fine, or with both under the law. Such unnecessary extra-constitutiona l media trial and justice when there are no concrete proofs of your imaginative so-called "Hindu terror", when no such case/trial is even subjudice or completed, with such reckless disregard of Hindus religious feelings and freedom is preposterous. Your channel also stands under the violation of Norm 22 of Press Council of India for such nonsecular communal act.

There is no proof of use of the symbol ॐ ("OM") by anyone found committing terrorist activities, let alone anyone justifying such heinous acts by reference of any Hindu scripture and use of this sacred holy symbol for such purposes. Even if so, you and your team still have no constitutional right to denigrate the sacred symbols as such of any religion. If you can rightly restrain from using symbols of other religions, even when the caught terrorists shamelessly quote from their religious mythological text, then why isn't the same yardstick applied in the case of Hindus. This is a violation of Article 15 of the constitution which prohibits any discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. And this is a blatant case of discrimination committed by your editorial team by choice.

Such wanton attack on our religious sentiments will not be tolerated and if CNN-IBN does not come out with an unconditional public apology within two days, there will be copious lawsuits coming your way to bring justice to all and your channel to the books. Such KKK tendency will not be tolerated against Hindus and lawsuits will be filed as in the case against the Klan group ("Lawsuit seeks to bankrupt Klan group") and Kataria vs INOC case of suppression of Freedom of Speech. It will be seen to it legally that your channel does not see the light of the day again to mislead the Indian public with such reckless breach of journalistic ethics to commit an offense against public taste and denigrate anyone's religion with prejudice.

Yours faithfully,

<b>BJP, Sangh plan Hindutva stir</b>

New Delhi, Nov. 17: In the raging political tussle over the Malegaon blasts, the BJP has joined hands with the Sangh Parivar and embarked on a move to turn the heat on the Congress-led UPA. Apprehending that the Congress is trying to consolidate its minority vote bank by cashing in on the Hindu terror plank, the BJP and the Sangh parivar have sent signals to the majority community by targeting the Centre for "misusing ATS" and planning rallies across the nation.

If the BJP tried to paint the Congress as "communal and anti-Hindu", the VHP called for a Jan Jagran rally with over 50 lakh ex-servicemen and sadhus marching together to protect "Hindus" against the UPA’s "witchhunt against the community."

<b>Peeved at the BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate, Mr L.K.Advani’s silence over the issue, the VHP leader, Mr Praveen Togadia, exhorted him to "speak up for being a Hindu himself".</b>

The BJP spokesperson, Mr Prakash Javadekar, asked on Monday: "Hindu terror, Muslim terror, Christian terror...what is this?" Mr Togadia lashed out:<b> "Hindus are victims of jehadi terrorism and today Hindus stand accused." While the BJP spokesperson tacitly defended the accused sadhvi, Pragya Thakur and army officer, Lt. Col Purohit, the VHP was more categorical.</b>

With certain contradictions emerging in the ATS investigation over the Samjhauta Express blast, the BJP and the Sangh outfits have decided to launch a counter offensive to corner the Congress. While Mr Advani has so far maintained a safe distance from the raging controversy, it was the RSS’ recent favourite, BJP chief, Mr Rajnath Singh who initiated the charge of his brigade on the Sangh line. On Sunday, Mr Singh attended the first rally of the Sangh parivar outfits attacking the Centre for targeting Hindus.

Also, due to the constant christomedia whining about imaginary Hindoo tewwowism, Hindu populace is kept in the dark as to what the islamoterrorists are doing to the Assamese Hindus and how Hindus in Orissa are being terrorised by the christoterrorists.
Double purpose:
1. Real terrorism is concealed carefully by christomedia.
2. Fake terrorism (a la the christo accusations of 'persecution' against Ancient Romans) is instead being given all the time.
This is part of the christoterrorist archive/history-rewriting method. Just like christos are writing pages upon pages in wackypedia about persecution of christians, including how the French Revolution was also supposedly 'christian persecution'. (Rather, it was a chance for France to break free from the terrible centuries of oppression by christianism, but as the revolution was unable to escape influence by christo-conditioned elements, it just became all messy.)
In reality, christianism is the greatest terrorism the world has ever known. When considered alongside christianism's record, islamism looks like a raging murderous juvenile delinquent would next to a seasoned, experienced sociopath. That is, islamism is the younger version of christianism's matured criminal.

I am in such violent disagreement concerning that last statement in the above quoteblock.
It is the worst possible argument. It is very, deeply, utterly wrong.

a. Neither you/Hindus, nor I are terrorists. It is a lie to admit to something we are innocent of. Why would Hindus take upon themselves this lie when it not only utterly untrue, but also when the very real islamoterrorists and christian terrorists (like those who murdered our Swami Lakshmanananda) keep denying they are terrorists? The christoarchive wants to pin Hindus with this foolishness for posterity, while they seek to be let off the hook in their false history-writing. And some Hindus are handing them this. What is wrong with such people that they can thoughtlessly do such a thing?

b. Sadhvi and Upadhyay and Purohit have refused to confess in spite of being tortured. And the first two have publicly professed their innocence (Purohit has not been allowed to address the public in the media reports I've read - they only print the words ATS attributed to him, so that the public won't get to see the disparity between the 2nd-hand alleged confessions and his own 1st-hand public denial of all accusations and any guilt).
These three have defied the attempts at character assassination, denied the false accusations, undergone mental torment, have borne physical torture and survived planted 'evidence' - *not only* for the sake of the integrity of their own character/reputations but also because they have realised how the christoterrorist government is willing to stoop even to falsely incriminating and punishing innocents, all in order to smear the entire Hindu community and Hindu Dharma with the manufactured notion of 'Hindu terrorism'.
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->"Sadhvi faints in court as Shiv Sena, BJP activists protest"

<b>The Sadhvi, who argued her own case, however, told the court that she and the two others arrested along with her were innocent and were being implicated as part of a larger game to defame Hindutva movement.</b>
She also alleged torture on the part of the ATS sleuths during her interrogation before and after her formal arrest.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->They have withstood all of the nightmare presented them, to protect what they hold sacred: truth, and consequently Hindu Dharma and fellow Hindus.

Surprising how ungrateful some Hindus are: while the accused Hindus are fighting valiantly not only for their own innocence but against the intended slandering of the entire Hindu community, the ungrateful Hindus are willing to sell Sadhvi, Upadhyay and Purohit and the others falsely implicated by christogovt. The ingrate Hindoos who say "so what" about the utterly false allegations of Hindu terror are basically joining the christoterrorist media chorus both in disbelieving these forbearing Hindus' protestations of innocence (thus calling them 'terrorists') and thereby helping to perpetuate the false accusations against them. Such Hindoos are the falsest of friends: the undeserving Hindoos are making a mockery of the hardships faced and negating the efforts expended by the unrighteously implicated, who've been subjected to and withstood the torments of cruel christian lies and tortures by the christomedia, christogovt and ATS. One wonders why Purohit and/or Upadhyay didn't just say to the ATS "Give me the money you offered in exchange for my reputation and to avoid torture. I'll confess to anything, those ungrateful Hindus aren't worth defending." Perhaps Sadhvi should similarly have said "No Thanks" to the torture, and issued a "What do I care if you'll call all the Hindus 'terrorists', arrest them and torture them - they'll sell me and my character the first chance they get anyway." They could have spared themselves so much grief if they had just given in to the christoterrorism.

After all the accused Hindus have suffered for their perseverance to safeguard the Truth, after all their insistence on their innocence, this is what they get? To be doubted and sold as "Hindu terrorists" by <b>some vocal Hindoos who merely want to score cheap debating points because they think a community-wide self-admission to such criminal accusations (with far-reaching consequences) sounds like a clever retort</b>? (And this is exactly what christoislamicommunism wants Hindus to do.) What acid are such people on? They sell Hindu Dharma's reputation so cheaply without the slightest warrant and without giving the matter any serious thought, when better people than them have worked so hard at great personal expense to defend its pristine character.

But fortunately, Sadhvi and others' efforts to fight the lies have not gone to waste: most of the Hindus out there are not ungrateful and do not rubbish their tireless actions to preserve truth and Hindu Dharma's reputation. Neither do such Hindus bring Sadhvi et al's steadfastness and valorous suffering to nought by issuing trite declarations of believing in the existence of some imaginary Hindoo Terror. These Hindus not only believe in Sadhvi and the others thus wronged, but also in themselves - the very thing Sadhvi has fought to preserve: the general Hindu community's right to continue to believe in its innocence from unreal crimes.

c. Terrorism is cowardice. It is a christoislamic tactic.
Hindus are not cowards/pacifists. They would never shrink from retaliatory violence when it is called for. Just as they would not shrink from answering a call to war - the kind that's been issued repeatedly by christoislamism. But neither do Hindus commit terrorism, which is indiscriminate instigatory violence against random (innocent) people. Only cowards would do that or defend such behaviour.

And it ought to be the case that only characters with zero foresight and bad taste could be pleased with - let alone accept - titles of "Hindu terrorism". The sort of small-minded people, who, while cheering labels of terrorism (=cowardice) thrown at them, can not bring up the *courage* to direct their efforts in the only fight that can bring us any victory: that of exposing christoislamism. Such an action would just sound too unsecular to them, I'm sure. At least you'd think that the sort of silly Hindoos who are able to promote such false and dangerous notions as 'Hindu tewwowism' would have the soundness of mind to openly call for expelling christoislamism completely. But no: while they are willing to be considered thoughtlessly violent and willing *us all* to be regarded as thoughtlessly violent, they are not willing to be effective (effectiveness does not require violence, but it does require <i>zero</i> tolerance for ideologies of intolerance).

I don't care who I offend with writing point 3 above. People who are okay with being unjustly called Hindoo Tewwowists couldn't possibly be offended by my pointing out obvious things.
NDTV is run by Roy etc so commie and other are natural.
Dear Husky and Mudy,

Thanks for clarifying. I had my doubts about that channel too. To be frank, I fiund almost most Indian media suspicious.

I agree with you, Husky on Christislamic terrorism. One of the very few ancient nations of all times not having bowed its head before attacks and terrorism and still surviving and keeping its head straight and proud, despite a millennia and more of massacres etc. is Hindu India.

The only answer to terrorism is the way Hindus have shown their use of Dharmika Himsa: protective, defensive Himsa against perpetraitors, if needed (quick) offensive strikes to annihilate terrorist agression. (Pratiharas, Anangapala, Bhojadeva, Chandellas, etc.)

A natural ally may be another nation suffering from Christislamic terrorism: Israel.
But I do not know enough about their strange position as allies of the US.

They are only allies because of significant Jewish pop in the US and strong Jewish presence in the highest echelons of American society. Combine with that, Xtian belief that Holy Land should be protected for return of jeebuz, you got yourself a pretty strong alliance with the US. This is the only reason why Xtians in US love Israel, but otherwise they have outwardly expressed their ambivalence or more likely, disdain towards Jews and their issues. Jerry Falwell for example, who openly said Antichrist will be a Jewish male.

<b>ATS giving barbaric treatment to Pragya: BJP</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->The BJP on Tuesday accused Maharashtra ATS of acting in a politically motivated and unprofessional manner in the Malegaon blast case and meting out "barbaric treatment" to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and demanded a change in the team probing the incident.

"It has become clear that the ATS is acting in a politically-motivated and unprofessional manner. After going through her(Sadhvi Pragya) affidavit..I have to express my shock and outrage which I am sure all Indians will share," BJP leader LK Advani said during his one-day tour of the poll-bound BJP-ruled Chattisgarh.

The NDA's Prime Ministerial candidate demanded a change in the investigating team and a judicial inquiry into allegations of torture made by Sadhvi Pragya against ATS.

"In view of the shocking charges made against the ATS by the Sadhvi and the fact that the present investigating team has lost all moral authority, I demand a change in the present ATS team and
a judicial inquiry be ordered to probe the charges made by Sadhvi Pragya and the manner in which unsubstantiated allegations have been made against army personnel," he said.

Advani said, "so far, I had refrained from commenting on the allegations leveled by the Maharashtra ATS against Sadhvi Pragya and her supposed associates but after going through her affidavit detailing how she was physically and psychologically tortured and abused in obscene languages by her interrogators, I have to express my shock and outrage."

<b>"I cannot believe that such barbaric treatment has been meted out to a spiritual person, that too, a woman in a country that prides itself on its democracy and rule of law",</b> he added.

Meanwhile, Advani charged the ATS of working in a politically and unprofessional manner while dealing with Pragya's case.

<b>"It is incredible that the Sadhvi was kept in illegal detention for two weeks and tortured in a vicious manner which led to her hospitalisation. Polygraph and narco analysis tests were conducted without her consent. Not even a female constable was present during her illegal detention,"</b> he said.
