It is U-turn that could prove expensive for the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS).
The state appointed public prosecutor is now saying that he was misquoted and that he never said that the RDX was pilfered from the Army and used in the Samjhauta Express blast.
On Saturday the same public prosecutor had said in court that Malegaon accused Lt Colonel S Purohit had sourced army RDX for the Samjhauta Express blasts. He made these arguments in court while trying to extend his custody.
The development comes after the Anti-Terrorist Squad began looking at the possibility of Purohit's involvement in the train blasts which killed 68 people.
The blasts took place on February 17, 2007 near Panipat in Haryana.

The police claim the first breakthrough was the bike used in the blast, which was traced to sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur. But the sadhvi said the bike changed hands many years ago.
Another claim of proof was a statement from an eyewitness who allegedly overheard a phone conversation between the sadhvi and the main accused Ramji Kalsangra. But if the conversation was on phone, how did the eyewitness hear both sides?
The police also claimed that Purohit stole 60 kg of RDX from an Army depot in Nasik. But experts say that it's very difficult for Military Intelligence officers to source RDX, especially this quantity.
The police have so far charged most of those caught for being part of the conspiracy. But they still haven't zeroed in on those directly involved in the plot of making the bomb and planting it.
The bulk of the police case, as in most such cases, is built on the statements of the accused, owning up to the crime and on telephone transcripts, neither of which is admissible in court.
My critique: how reliable is a statement made through unreliable means (narco tests). Besides, they are under pressure to come with results. As they don't have, the only thing they can say is that they will produce (read: create) evidence in due course.
The ATS has nothing and have no other option but to return to the SIMI and Muslim terrorists. But the ATS, through their Maharashtra Congress instigation, has to compete with the CBI, backed by the New Delhi Congress, when nailing Hindus and turning attention off Muslim terrorists.

You and your whole editorial team has just violated Section 153A of IPC by hurting my religious sentiments and believably so of millions of other Hindus around the world. Your editorial team and graphical team has committed a punishable act and hence, can and will be prosecuted and sent to prison for three years, or with fine, or with both under the law. It is the worst possible argument. It is very, deeply, utterly wrong.
a. Neither you/Hindus, nor I are terrorists. It is a lie to admit to something we are innocent of. Why would Hindus take upon themselves this lie when it not only utterly untrue, but also when the very real islamoterrorists and christian terrorists (like those who murdered our Swami Lakshmanananda) keep denying they are terrorists? The christoarchive wants to pin Hindus with this foolishness for posterity, while they seek to be let off the hook in their false history-writing. And some Hindus are handing them this. What is wrong with such people that they can thoughtlessly do such a thing?
b. Sadhvi and Upadhyay and Purohit have refused to confess in spite of being tortured. And the first two have publicly professed their innocence (Purohit has not been allowed to address the public in the media reports I've read - they only print the words ATS attributed to him, so that the public won't get to see the disparity between the 2nd-hand alleged confessions and his own 1st-hand public denial of all accusations and any guilt).
These three have defied the attempts at character assassination, denied the false accusations, undergone mental torment, have borne physical torture and survived planted 'evidence' - *not only* for the sake of the integrity of their own character/reputations but also because they have realised how the christoterrorist government is willing to stoop even to falsely incriminating and punishing innocents, all in order to smear the entire Hindu community and Hindu Dharma with the manufactured notion of 'Hindu terrorism'. http://www.thaindian.com/newsportal/world-..._100114571.html

After all the accused Hindus have suffered for their perseverance to safeguard the Truth, after all their insistence on their innocence, this is what they get? To be doubted and sold as "Hindu terrorists" by <b>some vocal Hindoos who merely want to score cheap debating points because they think a community-wide self-admission to such criminal accusations (with far-reaching consequences) sounds like a clever retort</b>? (And this is exactly what christoislamicommunism wants Hindus to do.) What acid are such people on? They sell Hindu Dharma's reputation so cheaply without the slightest warrant and without giving the matter any serious thought, when better people than them have worked so hard at great personal expense to defend its pristine character.
But fortunately, Sadhvi and others' efforts to fight the lies have not gone to waste: most of the Hindus out there are not ungrateful and do not rubbish their tireless actions to preserve truth and Hindu Dharma's reputation. Neither do such Hindus bring Sadhvi et al's steadfastness and valorous suffering to nought by issuing trite declarations of believing in the existence of some imaginary Hindoo Terror. These Hindus not only believe in Sadhvi and the others thus wronged, but also in themselves - the very thing Sadhvi has fought to preserve: the general Hindu community's right to continue to believe in its innocence from unreal crimes.
c. Terrorism is cowardice. It is a christoislamic tactic.
Hindus are not cowards/pacifists. They would never shrink from retaliatory violence when it is called for. Just as they would not shrink from answering a call to war - the kind that's been issued repeatedly by christoislamism. But neither do Hindus commit terrorism, which is indiscriminate instigatory violence against random (innocent) people. Only cowards would do that or defend such behaviour.
And it ought to be the case that only characters with zero foresight and bad taste could be pleased with - let alone accept - titles of "Hindu terrorism". The sort of small-minded people, who, while cheering labels of terrorism (=cowardice) thrown at them, can not bring up the *courage* to direct their efforts in the only fight that can bring us any victory: that of exposing christoislamism. Such an action would just sound too unsecular to them, I'm sure. At least you'd think that the sort of silly Hindoos who are able to promote such false and dangerous notions as 'Hindu tewwowism' would have the soundness of mind to openly call for expelling christoislamism completely. But no: while they are willing to be considered thoughtlessly violent and willing *us all* to be regarded as thoughtlessly violent, they are not willing to be effective (effectiveness does not require violence, but it does require <i>zero</i> tolerance for ideologies of intolerance).

I agree with you, Husky on Christislamic terrorism. One of the very few ancient nations of all times not having bowed its head before attacks and terrorism and still surviving and keeping its head straight and proud, despite a millennia and more of massacres etc. is Hindu India.
The only answer to terrorism is the way Hindus have shown their use of Dharmika Himsa: protective, defensive Himsa against perpetraitors, if needed (quick) offensive strikes to annihilate terrorist agression. (Pratiharas, Anangapala, Bhojadeva, Chandellas, etc.)

They are only allies because of significant Jewish pop in the US and strong Jewish presence in the highest echelons of American society. Combine with that, Xtian belief that Holy Land should be protected for return of jeebuz, you got yourself a pretty strong alliance with the US. This is the only reason why Xtians in US love Israel, but otherwise they have outwardly expressed their ambivalence or more likely, disdain towards Jews and their issues. Jerry Falwell for example, who openly said Antichrist will be a Jewish male.
