"Hindu terror" Eidolon
K.Ram's post 144 above very important

Post 3/3 (there's a summary of this post at the start of #148)
3. Dara Singh: professes his innocence. Says he wasn't even present. Says the only evidence against him is from the angry people who were present who shouted his name (makes sense they'd yell his name when he had become their hero/protector in defending them from christoterrorism).

Dara Singh, awarded life imprisonment for the murder of Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two minor sons, Tuesday moved the Supreme Court challenging his conviction and sentence.

Dara Singh, whose death penalty was commuted to life imprisonment by the Orissa High Court, said in his special leave petition (SLP) that his conviction was merely upheld on the basis of presumption of his presence at the site of the murder as the mob was shouting slogans in his name.

The SLP sought quashing of the high court judgment and his being set at liberty.

He said since his conviction was solely on the basis of mere presumption, it was contrary to the principles of criminal justice and devoid of law.

The high court had on May 19 set aside Rabindra Pal Singh alias Dara Singh's death sentence, but slapped life imprisonment on him for being part of an unlawful assembly that burnt Staines and his two sons alive.
[...]
The court had held that there was absolutely no evidence on record that due to Dara Singh's individual act alone, the three or any of them had died and had quashed the death sentence imposed on him.

4. Dara Singh not allowed to meet his brother OR his lawyer. Tormented in prison. Asked for better conditions: proper food, access to bathroom and granting of water (he had neither), removal of the shackles on his feet - and asked for access to the Media. He is so woefully mistreated, he goes on a fast to death.
Why would Dara want access to the media, of all things? Because he wants to set the record about himself straight, of course. That's because he imagined the media did not have any religious affiliation - he imagined they would not be as biased as his jailors, prosecutors and convictors were in sentencing and mistreating him.

Dara who was awarded death sentence on September 15 2003 has gone on appeal to the High Court. He is also being tried in a few other cases such as murder of Catholic father Arul Doss in Jamubani, killing of Muslim garment trader Shaikh Rehman and burning of a truck carrying buffaloes and killing its cleaner in Godabhanga. The cases are being heard at the court of Mayurbhanj District Judge.
(In later news, of May 28, Dipu Das would be the one accused of the murders of Arul Doss and Shaikh Rehman. See below. After all, there were enough dead of the christoislamic "More Equal Than Others" variety to pin their murders on more than one of the Less Equals=Hindus.)
[...]
Dara Singh began his fast unto death at Baripada jail from midday on Tuesday after presenting a four-point charter of demands. He has demanded better water supply, toilet facilities, free communication with media and removal of the shackles on his feet.
[...]
Dara has further complained that the food given to him is of low quality and the shackles hurt. He has charged the jail authorities of not allowing him to meet his brother and the lawyer who came from Delhi recently.
Since christoterrorism already got Dara out of the way using Staines' death, I'd not be surprised to find that CBI thought Dipu Das could be taken down for the deaths of christo Arul Doss and islami Shaikh Rehman (previously they'd accused Dara in these - they were obviously betting on all the horses that could get them Dara):

QUOTERajat Kumar Das alias Dipu, who was also acquitted by the High Court, would not be released as he was facing trial in two other murder cases -- those of catholic priest Arul Doss at Jamubani village and of Muslim trader Shaikh Rehman at Padiabeda weekly market.

QUOTEDara Singh's fast enters third day

Posted May 15, 2005
Chennai Online
Baripada (Orissa), May 12 2005

The indefinite hunger strike launched by Dara Singh, sentenced to death in the sensational Graham Staines murder case, in the Circle Jail here entered the third day today even as his trial in a local court in another case could not be taken up.
Dara has been on an indefinite fast since Tuesday protesting against poor quality food and demanding access to the media.
Government doctors conducted examination of the convict's health condition yesterday evening and today morning in the jail.
Dara, also known as Ravindra Kumar Pal, complained that he was being fettered and had no water or toilet facilities in the jail.Besides the similarities with the cases of Sadhvi, Purohit, Upadhyay and other Hindus charged with Hindoo terrorism - in terms of the
- torture,
- not being allowed to see lawyer or family (Sadhvi and Dara)
- fake confessions extracted (or alleged confessions) - Umakanta Bhoi and Purohit,
- hyper-motivated investigation by ATS into Hindu Terriers and that of CBI in Dara's case,
- trumped up allegations based on the flimsiest evidence and unlikeliest testimony of 'witnesses' (like the basis on which CBI wanted all 13 accused in the Staines' murder case to be convicted: the testimony "speculative evidence" of a witness "who did not disclose the matter to anyone except a CBI officer five months after the incident" as the courts summarised the situation)
- constant spinning of other charges against the accused when they find there's no evidence for the primary accusations
- christomedia's deafening silence in presenting the Hindu accused's sides, but its loud premature (predetermined) condemnation of their alleged crimes. E.g. no first-hand statements from Purohit to the public are presented, media only reported 2nd hand info from ATS on the alleged confessions of Purohit. Just like Dara Singh's own confession of innocence was almost entirely ignored.
- ATS trying to kill Purohit, just as CBI wanted the courts to kill Dara Singh

Besides all the above similarities, there is another one, with a different case of christoterrorism versus the Hindoo. Look at the maltreatment in prison of Dara Singh, defender of cows and Hindus and claimant to innocence in the murder of Staines. The vegetarian Kanchi Shankaracharya was expressly given only meat products by the christian 'police' (who also tortured him in custody) when he was incarcerated by christianism for yet another murder falsely foisted onto a Hindu. Note how there was no evidence against Kanchi Shankaracharya either. Though he is free now, the christolying govt will not retract their false charges against him and this is precisely what christoism intends should go into christo archive of rewritten history. They framed the Kanchi Acharya for character assassination purposes. But the christo govt is able to perpetrate more onto Dara Singh - a more obscure Hindu, not having the religious recognition of the Kanchi Swami. Dara is given life imprisonment (and was initially going to be given a death sentence, and would have been had CBI succeeded in their push for one). The other difference between the two situations is that christos foisted a murder of a *white* *christian* onto Dara Singh. Whereas they were only able to dump allegations of the murder of a 'native' onto Kanchi Shankaracharya.

The Christian Inquisition of Hindus.
- The case against Dara et al was entirely christian. Christoterrorists needed a fall guy and who better to get rid of than an anti-conversion Hindoo who protected the cows - cows like the ones Staines fed to his christian converts (such as the convert woman Staines tried to assault).
CBI tried to get him dead because, to villains, an innocent person wrongly imprisoned is more dangerous than a guilty man walking freely about (which would be Mohammed Afzal if christoislamaniacs could have their way).
- christian too, was the media's blowing Graham Staines murder out of proportion (all because he was a dead alien *christian missionary* guy; one who ought to have been in prison, at least for long overstaying his visa). Christianism thrives on martyrs, see below - but they have to have heathens to pin these on.
- christian too, was the frame up of Kanchi Shankaracharya because he was successful in anti-conversion activities.
- christian too, was the murder of Swami Lakshmanananda who was successful in anti-conversion activities and in efforts to protect cows.
- christian too, was the *christian* missionary popularisation of showing J&K and Arunachal Pradesh as separate from India. Missionary sites started this trend in the 90s according to There is nothing "Secular" about the "Right to Convert" by Laura Kelly:
QUOTEFrom 1998 onwards, the disgusting stories about India started appearing in the websites, many are missionary websites, should be seen as part of the larger effort, to tip the worldwide opinion, against India and are aimed at disinformation, destabilization and balkanization. Operation world a missionary organization located in Carlisle UK, in 1993 showed the map of India with J&K and Arunachal Pradesh like it was to be found in some others’ territory. It was to the same Operation World located in Australia that the deceased missionary Graham Staines used to dispatch his progress reports.- christian too, was the crypto christian attack launched internationally against Hindus as being "fashist" and "inhuman" using the Godhra riots. Margaret Suzanna Roy and other crypto activists with their lying, christomedia with their lying, their continued lying against Modi.
- christian too, is the crypto christian attack launched against Hindus as being "terrorists" now. Accompanied by the torture/christo-inquisition of Hindus on false allegations.

More reasons why christomedia kept going on about the murder of illegal presence Graham Staines and his two kids and why CBI pushed hard for capital punishment of Dara Singh: stories of christian martyrdom *at the hands of heathens* are key in christianism. (And some heathen must be punished, else they can't say "look how gawd had its justice".) Unless it is played up for all its worth and milked for more, it won't translate into sheep numbers.

And finally, Christianity has always striven on martyrdom, on being persecuted. It was so in Rome, it was so in Africa, it is so in India. Before the murder of Mr Staines, the Christian story was slowly dying; the culprits of the Jhabua rape would have been condemned and the Wayanad fraud exposed. In one stroke the burning of Graham Stewart Staines has revived the controversy and insured that it does not die for a long time. Was the joy of martyrdom for the cause he fought for 34 years his last thought before dying?

More significantly, Pope John Paul II has dubbed the coming millennium as the Millennium of Evangelisation. Since much of this evangelisation will target non-Christian lands like India, the question arises: Is there a strategy to create "martyrs" to help promote the cause? Since the Sangh Parivar can be expected to resist the concerted targeting of tribals in this enterprise, what better way to begin than by discrediting the Parivar itself! Those aware of the activities of missionaries in Madhya Pradesh will not dismiss this lightly.

Coming to Graham Stewart Staines' gruesome end, despite vehement denials that he was an evangelist, it now transpires that he was aggressively into conversions, and that this had caused considerable local tension. Referring of his work among the lepers, his associate Subhantar Ghosh avers: "We shad continue preaching that tribals should study God's words to have a deeper knowledge of the Christian faith." (The Pioneer, January 27).

It is shameful, but true that this international conspiracy against India is succeeding. According to The Tehelka report, around 5000 Indians are getting converted to Christianity every day. The North east of the country is almost Christianised. An Italian Roman Catholic, Antonia Maino, a.k.a Sonia Gandhi, is running the country by proxy through a weak kneed coterie of spineless Hindus , Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, are ruled by Christian Chief Ministers, a Christian has been given charge of the nation's most sensitive organisation, the RAW, over the heads of several Hindu officers much senior than him, and anti Hindu missionaries like Gladys Staines, an Australian are being awarded prestigious national awards for social work (read propagating Christianity and converting innocent tribals, the Albanian nun Theresa of Kolkotta is given a Bharat Ratna and is elevated to Sainthood.

The Pope has already proudly declared that the Christian flag was planted in Europe in the first millennium, in the Americas in the second millennium. In the present millennium India is in the international movement's cross hairs.

ADDED:
Back in Jan 2005, before some suspects were appointed and dragged to court on flimsy evidence that later came to naught, Rajeev Srinivasan considered who could have committed Staines' murder.
Rajeev's paras are still relevant, considering that Dara said he wasn't even present and didn't do it, and taking into account the fact that the courts and investigation never really found out who actually did do it in the end (thus making it still an open case):

Death of a Missionary
By Rajeev Srinivasan
[...]

The usual suspects, say the pundits: the Hindu extreme right-wing. However, as Sherlock Holmes might say, we have to consider the possible culprits and eliminate the less likely ones. And the possible villains would be the set of all who stood to gain from this ghastly deed.

Eyewitnesses say Stains' attackers conducted an operation with military precision -- obviously pre-meditated -- and then, before they left, they shouted pro-Bajrang Dal slogans. That last, however, is very suspicious. If it were pre-meditated and skilfully executed, why on earth would they leave their visiting card, as it were? Unless it was someone else pretending to be the Bajrang Dal, surely?
(Also note that whatever mob it was, it was also most curiously shouting Dara Singh's name even though he was not present. And it was only this that led to the investigators presuming that Dara was even there at the time.)

Who might that someone be? Who might be motivated? Perhaps someone who wanted to malign the Bajrang Dal
