<b>14th April 2008</b>

<b>Statement of Dr. Subramanian Swamy, President of the Janata Party.</b>

The proposal of the NCP leader Mr. Praful Patel to support Ms. Sonia Gandhi or Mr. Rahul Gandhi for the post of Prime Minister after the next General Elections to the Lok Sabha, is laughable and unimplementable.

Under the reciprocity proviso to Section 5 of the Citizenship Act, Ms.Sonia Gandhi is ineligible for the post of Prime Minister of India because in Italy Indian taking Italian citizenship cannot become the Prime Minister and hence on reciprocity, Italians becoming Indian citizens cannot become Prime Minister of India. It was this proviso which was responsible for the somersault of Ms. Sonia Gandhi, from staking the claim for Prime Ministership on 16th May, 2004, and then withdrawing the same in favour of Dr. Manmohan Singh on May 18th, 2004. Although this proviso has since been deleted by the then outgoing NDA Government, it is however illegal because the said deletion was carried out on an Act passed in January 2004 for NRIs. Under the Objects and Reasons of the Bill moved in Parliament to enact this law does not empower the Government to delete the said proviso to Section 5 of the Citizenship Act. Hence if Ms. Sonia Gandhi stakes her claim to the Prime Ministership of India it is subject to challenge in court along with the challenge to the deletion of the said proviso to the Citizenship Act.

<b>As far as Mr. Rahul Gandhi is concerned, he was born when his mother was still an Italian citizen and hence his name was under Italian Citizenship Act automatically entered in the Citizenship Register maintained by the Italian Government and the Italian Embassy in New Delhi. Mr. Gandhi has never renounced his Italian citizenship and hence the legality of his Indian citizenship can also be challenged since India does not recognize dual citizenship.</b>
But Rahul's father is an Indian citizen. I do not think anyone can win about Rahul. There is a fair chance as far as Sonia is concerned.

Law is an ass. You have to respect it!

I mean by (secularist) law Raul was born an Italian in Indian soil to an Indian father but you cannot impute the defunct Hindu law (that a person born to a father acquires rights) on the secular law. Believe me, India is not Hindustan as you conceive but a secularistan forced on the somnambulist Indians. The secularists exploit the ignorance of the Hindus like you who think we are still Hindustan that was killed over 60 years ago. Your Hindustan cannot revive by wishful thinking on our part. Its resurrection is possible only by insurrection, believe it or not.

Dr.Subramanian Swamy, though not a lawyer, was a Law Minister of India and the Supreme Court listens to him with rapt attention. His wife who has a Ph.D. in law is also an eminent lawyer of the supreme court.

Abdul Rahman Antulay represents the Muslim agenda in this country. Their immediate agenda is as follows:

1. To divert the attention of the govt. from any chance that it might attack Pakistan in retaliation to their terrorist attack on Mumbai;

2. To project the view that India suffers not from Muslim terrorism both of Pakistani and internal variety but a Hindu terrorism; and

3. To force the Congress that relies heavily on the Muslim vote bank to abandon its defense of the nation and give up pursuing of the Islamic terrorists both within and without. This applies to other non-congress parties such as JD(U), SP, BSP, the DMK, the Communists and a variety of sundry parties who wish to appeal for the Muslim votes.

Actually the Islamists are declaring a war against Hindustan through Abdul Rahman Antulay.

<b>If the congress succumbs to the Muslim pressure and decide not to punish Pakistan but to persecute the Hindu Sadhus and Sadhvis and in such eventuality if the President refuses to dismiss the Congress from power then we have to appeal to the patriotic men of armed forces to save the country from the menace of the Congress.</b><!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Antulloo, is covering up for Dawood gang's invovlement.

If you see the sequence of events there was no ambush but a shootout. Everyone thought it was ambush when all three officers and others were killed and their vehicle hijacked. It was bad karma (usuuro in Telugu) for all the bad things the ATS did to innocent people.

The Pioneer Edit Desk
Government glosses over his transgression!
The Minister for External Affairs, no doubt on the basis of either what he had been told by the Prime Minister or what was discussed in the Congress core group meeting and possibly by the Cabinet Committee on Security, had promised that the Government would make a statement on Union Minister for Minority Affairs Abdul Rehman Antulay's rancid comments insinuating that Pakistani terrorists were not to blame for the deaths of Maharashtra ATS chief Hemant Karkare and two of his senior colleagues during last month's carnage in Mumbai. In the event, Home Minister P Chidambaram's statement in Parliament on Tuesday has turned out to be no more than a statement on the Mumbai terror attacks. <b>Yes, Mr Chidambaram has said that Mr Antulay's unwarranted remarks are "wrong and deeply regrettable", </b>but he has also sought to absolve his colleague of any violation of the principle of collective responsibility, which is the mainstay of the Cabinet system of governance, thus embarrassing the Government at a time when it has launched a diplomatic offensive against Pakistan. Nor has he bothered to address the three points that have been raised after <b>Mr Antulay stunned and shamed the nation in so grotesque and perverse a manner</b>. As a result, the people of India still remain in the dark as to whether Mr Antulay was speaking for himself when he repudiated facts of the fidayeen attacks of November 26 or whether his comments were part of the Congress's strategy to appease Islamists at home. Nor has the nation been told why the Prime Minister chose not to sack Mr Antulay and the Congress allowed its senior leaders to defend his indefensible utterances. Similarly, the issue of Mr Antulay being 'used' to provoke a communal backlash remains unresolved.

It is not good enough to be told by the Prime Minister that to "err is human" and thus forgive Mr Antulay his transgression. After playing ducks and drakes for nearly a week, the Government has merely glossed over Mr Antulay's outrageous remarks -- this is political sophistry that deserves to be treated with utter contempt. What further exposes the Government to ridicule and worse is the fact that Mr Antulay remains unrepentant. Indeed, his arrogance is truly astonishing: Asked about the Opposition's demand that he should either resign from office or be sacked by the Prime Minister, he told newspersons on Tuesday, "the Opposition can touch my feet and ask for my resignation or touch the feet of the Prime Minister and ask him for Antulay's sacking (but nothing is going to happen)". These are not the words of a demented individual, but a cunning politician who sees merit in playing the Islamist card and thus reaching out to fanatics among us. The Government's inaction has emboldened Mr Antulay sufficiently to assert, "My loyalty to the country is much more than that of those who are questioning my loyalty.<b> If Antulay is supporting Pakistan then everybody in India is supporting Pakistan."</b> This is a patent lie. The loyalty quotient of those who are dismayed, distressed and disgusted by Mr Antulay's comments is much higher than his, not least because most people have come to see him as disloyal to the nation. More importantly, while Mr Antulay is welcome to speak for himself and an effete Prime Minister and an unethical Congress are welcome to defend him, he is absolutely wrong if he believes that "everybody in India is supporting Pakistan". This could at best hold true for a minuscule minority to which he belongs.

And lastly, just because Karkare died, is no reason to exonerate him for his criminal professional dereliction of duty.
(He invented the Hindu terror with his handler and neither of them had bargained for Mumbai. When Mumbai happened, Karkare died leaving behind a host of perplexing questions which people want neither to articulate nor answer because of this bogus respect for the dead but which has served this country ill; but his handler and the handler's boss/bosses are swallowing the poison of having Pakistan do to India what India did to Hindus.)

Let us not forget that having floated the balloon of "Hindu terrorists behind the Samjhauta train fire", the Maharashtra ATS issued a less than a half-hearted denial of the same soon after Mumbai.
(So weak was its denial that the canard continues to float in the public domain. The UPA government, its Chairperson and all their minions who diverted the nation's resources to create and sustain the 'Hindu terrorist' are solely responsible for the Mumbai blasts.)

But so wimpish is the BJP leadership about taking a position that not only is the UPA getting away with politicising the ATS

<b>Hindus flee persecution in Pakistan: Dhimmis refuse Indian citizenship</b>
According to several estimates borne out by experience on the ground, <b>50-60 million, i.e 5-6 Crore illegal Mohammedan infiltrators from "Bangladesh"</b>
aka East Pakistan infest India - with the active connivance and collaboration of the <b>"SECULARS"</b>. And it is becoming increasingly commonplace for bigots from West Pakistan proper to infiltrate by various avenues open to then, courtesy the Psecs, i.e. "People to people contact", "Cultural exchange", "Dilli-Lawhore Bus Yatra", marriage to Kaangress wallahs daughters etc.

This adds insult to injury - compounding the Islamist genocide of 5 million
Hindus and Sikhs in the partition and usurpation of Hindu land in 1947. The presence of illegal Mohammedan "immigrants", their convenient blending in with the indigenous Mohammedans fifth column and functioning in service of Jihadi terror and Daawa constitutes an extremely grave provocation.

Yet, the Dhimmi idiot from the "Union Home ministry" states without batting an eyelid that granting Indian citizenship to Hindu victims of Pakistani genocide would somehow "adversely affect relations" with the Jihadi rogue state!!!

Atrocious brutes like these deserve capital punishment, perhaps even more
than the Jihadi terrorists.
        <!--QuoteBegin--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Pak Hindus hide in Punjab</b>

CHANDIGARH: Fearing persecution in Pakistan, more than 150 families of Pakistani Hindus have been hiding in Punjab and Haryana for the past two years without valid documents to support their stay in India.

Police in the two states have not initiated any legal action against them, though their stay has been termed “grossly illegal”. The police said about 5,000 to 6,000 Pakistani Hindus are living in the two states. “The refugees are refusing to go back to their country,” said a senior police officer.
(Compare with the 50 to 60 million islamaniacs from BD whom the christogovernment has invited over to infiltrate Bharatam, and to which the christogovt gives ration cards and the right to vote. Christogovt in India is jihadi govt.)

Om Prakash, a Pakistani Hindu, said: “We lived in the Mianwali area of Pakistan. While many of our relatives crossed over to India in 1947, we failed to do so.”

<b> “We were tortured in Pakistan. Daughters of poor Hindu families were abducted. There was no point in complaining to the police as they refused to help,”</b> they said.

Om Parkash, who used to run a small shop near Peshawar, said in the past few years many Hindus had been killed by criminals for ransom or for not converting to Islam.

Many of the refugees are keen on taking Indian citizenship. Official sources said the problem had been brought to the notice of the <b>Union home ministry. “If we give them Indian citizenship, our relation with Pakistan may be affected. That is why their cases have been pending for so long,”</b> the sources said.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<b>A real con job called Conspiracy Theory</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->All the clichés were trotted out: That Mr Antulay feared no one but god (loud applause), that he did not care for office (“Take my resignation!”) et al. But the record shows that while it takes very little to persuade Mr Antulay to offer to resign, it takes a great deal to force Mr Antulay out of office. When Babri masjid was demolished, and Mumbai suffered two months of riots, Mr Antulay did not even offer to resign from Parliament. There were two reasons. First, three-and-a-half years were left before the next general election, not just three-and-a-half months. Second, PV Narasimha Rao would have accepted the resignation immediately. <!--emo&Big Grin--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Siddharth Varadarajan, writing in the Hindu, had the finest conspiracy theory of the whole lot: <b>That Antulay was a BJP plant in the Congress. It is certainly more logical than the suggestion that Mumbai Police officers conspired with Pakistani terrorists to kill a top officer of their force. At a time of serious tension, all Mr Antulay did was break the unity fashioned in Parliament. Just when it seemed that India was speaking in one voice, he split the Cabinet and handed Pakistan a public relations coup. His bid for pseudo-heroism has given Pakistan effective ammunition in the psychological skirmishing that has become a substitute for open warfare. Before asking India to unite, the Prime Minister might have asked his Cabinet to unite. His abject retreat will not change the Pakistani narrative. Islamabad will accuse Delhi of using pressure to ensure silence</b>.

Why the Congress won't make Antulay say sorry

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->One would love to believe that Antulay's statement was simply the view of a single individual, not that of the Union Cabinet nor that of the Congress. But the studied silence of the Treasury front benches and the evasions of the party spokesmen makes one wonder. I grant you that poor Dr Manmohan Singh [Images] dare not drop a minister, or even criticise him, without Sonia Gandhi's [Images] approval. But as long as the minority affairs minister sits at the Cabinet table doesn't it indicate that the Congress boss takes him seriously?

If the Congress takes Antulay seriously, so should we. In that spirit, let us examine his allegations. <b>The thrust of his charge was that Karkare was too good an officer to rush to the Cama Hospital [Images] when the Taj hotel [Images] appeared to be the main target of the terrorist strikes.</b>

There is a simple explanation. <b>The records indicate that the attack on the Taj hotel was reported to the Police Control Room a full 13 minutes after Karkare was killed.</b>

I cannot help wondering, however, if Antulay -- backed by all those Muslim leaders who are now speaking out -- actually thought through their accusations. Forget the fact that the report did not reach the ATS chief when he was still alive, and examine the allegation on its merits.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->I am happy to note that the inability to say sorry is not shared by all UPA ministers. E Ahamed, the minister of state for external affairs, did not name the Jewish victims at Nariman House in his December 9 speech to the United Nations Security Council. Taken to task in Parliament by the Leader of the Opposition, the minister was quick to apologise, admitting it was his duty to 'defend every Indian or any foreigner who is in India.' But then E Ahamed is not a Congressman!

What can you say about Antulay? That he was sacked as chief minister by Indira Gandhi. And retained as a Union minister by Sonia Gandhi. <b>And that love of votes means the Congress never will make him say sorry.</b>

<b>Madrasa certificates will now be CBSE equivalent!</b>
December 30, 2008

Paush Shuddha Trutiya

This move by Central Govt. is taken to appease Muslims, so as to retain its Votebank in forthcoming elections. Now it is responsibility of Hindus to boycott all pro-Muslim parties in forthcoming elections!

New Delhi: In a move that goes a long way in mainstreaming Madrasa students across the country and help clear their way to higher education, the Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry is all set to grant madrasa certificates equivalence to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

A key recommendation of the Sachar committee — and also on the PM’s 15-point programme for minorities — a special panel set up by the Ministry recently recommended that in states where madrasa certificates are recognized as equivalent to secondary and senior secondary level, these should also be granted equivalence by the CBSE.

The notification is expected soon and will benefit some 7000 madrasas and 3.5 lakh students in seven states that have madrasa boards: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam and West Bengal. This will also apply to madrasa certificated already issued.

In states without a madrasa board, the panel has recommended that students should have an option to approach a madrasa board in a neighbouring state to avail of the CBSE equivalence.

For enrolment of madrasa students in post-graduate courses, universities like Jamia Milia University, Jamia Hamdard and Aligarh Muslim University recognise graduation certificates from madrasas for select courses. The committee has recommended that this should be replicated across universities and for all courses. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has also constituted a committee to look into the issue.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->But for the Mumbai attack, <b>Raj Thackeray </b> could have easily walked away with the first position. After all, by targeting poor Bihari labourers with his henchmen, he single-handedly defamed Maharashtrians and destroyed the nationalist legacy of the great Shivaji. But alas, the Mumbai attacks and the fact that he is untraceable make his case weak.

As the <b>head of the home ministry, with over 1400 killings in a year, the former home minister (whatsis name?)</b> is a strong contender for the honour. But one realises that merely being stupid and inefficient is not sufficient for becoming the national villain. <b>The former Maharashtra home minister who focussed his police forces on 'bar dancers' and left the terrorist to have a free run, also comes close to the other Patil. </b> But again, he failed when it came to the viciousness that one expects from a genuine villain. So let us leave the ex-home minister to his chore of changing clothes and the former state home minister in search of bar dancers.

Another promising candidate for the top spot is the 'human rights brigade'. Unfortunately, presently shell-shocked by the Mumbai attacks, most of them have gone back into the woodwork. They would resurface once the terror trial begins and demand 'justice' to the terrorist, tarnish the reputation of NSG commandos who saved lives, and launch an agitation. They will again invoke the Babri masjid demolition to justify the terror acts. But all that is likely to happen in 2009 and hence they do not qualify in this year's contest.

<b>Finally, we can cite the perfect villain in no less a person than an august Union minister. Yes, I refer to A R Antulay</b>. Since public memory is short, let us remind the readers that he is the same person who had to resign as Maharashtra chief minister on corruption charges in the infamous 'cement scandal' many years ago, which adds to his pedigree.

When Antulay rose in Parliament and cast doubts about the circumstances of death surrounding Mumbai's three top police officers, he killed several birds with one stone. First and foremost, he came to the rescue of a beleaguered Pakistan, who now could flaunt his statement to peddle conspiracy theories of how the whole thing was a joint operation by Mossad, RAW and CIA. He also tired to divide the Mumbai police into pro and anti groups so that they should become ineffective. And finally, he pointed figures at the Armed Forces as possible conspirators in this incident as well as the Malegaon blasts. A great leap of faith indeed.

In sheer audacity and brazenness Antulay leaves behind the Gabbar Singhs, Dannys or Prans of Bolywood by miles. And like a champion villain, after doing his deed, he flashes a 'V' sign! A mark of true villain who is proud of his villainy. <b>My vote goes wholeheartedly to Antulay as Villain of the Year 2008.</b>

But there is a tiny doubt in my mind, Antulay's villainy is out in the open, yes, but ought we not to consider who prompted him and continues to protect him? After all, he still continues to be an honourable minister in the Union cabinet. Wouldn't his protector be the true Villain of the Year?<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

The depths Indian democracy has fallen to
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Literacy is apparently not one of the gifts possessed by the newly-elected MLA from Mahuwa (Dausa). This has not, however, prevented Ashok Gehlot from naming her as minister of state for khadi and gramodyog.

It has been reported that much hilarity ensued when the new ministers were taking their oaths of office, normally a fairly solemn ceremony. But Ashok Gehlot knew what he was doing when he named Golma Devi as one of his ministers, he was obeying the compulsions of caste politics. <b>The Congress played the caste card to the hilt during the Vasundhara Raje era, pitting the Jats against the Gujjars and the Gujjars against the Meenas. When that was still not enough to propel the Congress to a simple majority in the Vidhan Sabha, Gehlot was forced to turn to independent MLAs.</b>

The Meena leader Kirodi Lal, the MLA from Todabhim (Karauli), was once one of Vasundhara Raje's ministers, but then became one of the BJP rebels. He now leads a group of five independent MLAs that hold the balance of power. Kirodi Lal apparently refused the offer of a ministry for himself, but demanded a seat at the table for his wife, Golma Devi.

The fact that Kirodi Lal refused office indicates that he is unwilling to be associated too closely with the Gehlot administration, especially with Lok Sabha elections around the corner. After the oath ceremony, the beaming husband told the media that with Golma Devi in office he himself would take over household duties; the dutiful wife duly attested that her husband could make excellent gajar mattar, daal-baati.
