when you say "North" you mean whole of India minus south? (Thats becomes a very broad "North"!)
And if that be so, your assumptions do not hold uniformly good for all regions within that "North". E.g. in East, the scale and frequency of islamic massacres were much less, compaed to West and proper North. (Assam/NE they could not penetrate, majority of Bengal converted easily without needing an ongoing masscre). So your assumption of 5 basis point reduction can not be uniform.
What about the impact of european colonization, especially on "south"? did it increase IQ or decrease it, and how much?
