Dear Bodhi,

This thread is really exciting as I have been over last few months building content for Business Ethics for B-schools using the Ancient Indian value system.

Although a cursory reference is given on Chanakya Nithi I havent been able to source content on any authoritative source yet on the connection in HR and Business Management.

Can you please share some saying of Chanakya or links which are related to Human resource management and administration which you may feel very useful and critical for students in management studies.

It would be deeply appreciated.

regards,
Kishor Jagirdar

just pick up arthashAstra. There are many good translations commercially available now from several publishers around. The original one by R Shamasastry, although faulty at places, is available at several online outlets for free as well. one such source is http://www.bharatadesam.com/literature/kau...hashastra_1.php
