Yup this looks like execution plain and simple- a direct hit on the head. But there have improbable accounts issued by Mushy's boys that a one Kamandu killed 4 people including Mullah in a single burst of fire. I think in reality when the Mullah was trying to escape by the Nullah, he was pulled back in and shot in the head.
