Quote:No Country For Kafirs?

Insecurity envelops Balochi Hindus after a series of abductions. Many are emigrating.

In the inhospitable terrain of Balochistan, perennially outside Islamabad’s shrinking circle of control, marauding gangs have made it a habit of targeting people even on days of celebration. It was so with Maharaj Lakhmi Chand Garji, the 82-year-old head priest of the ancient Kali Mata Mandir in the town of Kalat. On December 17 last year, he and four of his companions were driving down the RCD (Regional Cooperation for Development) highway, on their way to attend a wedding in Khuzdar. A vehicle began tailing them. Finally, 100 km away from Surab, it shot past them on the deserted stretch of the highway, only to menacingly manoeuvre so as to bring Garji’s vehicle to a screeching halt.

Armed men poured out of the vehicle to accost the group of Hindus. Blindfolded, their hands tied, they were driven into wilderness. Three of them—Sajan Das, Ram Chand and Babu Lal—were subsequently set free; Garji and Vinod Kumar, a prosperous trader’s son, were whisked away. Babu Lal later told the media, “Because we were blindfolded, it is impossible for us to know where we were taken.” Nor does the provincial government have any clue about Garji and Vinod’s whereabouts, more than a month after the abduction. It’s said the kidnappers have demanded a ransom of Rs 3 crore to free Garji, whom the Hindus of Balochistan revere as their spiritual leader.

His exalted status is precisely why his kidnapping has continued to hog headlines, stoked the simmering anger among the Hindus, and prompted some to file applications in the Indian High Commission in Islamabad seeking asylum. The federal minister for human rights Saeed Ahmad Khan confirmed, “As many as 27 Hindu families from Balochistan have applied for asylum to India.”
This symbolises the minority community’s lack of faith in the Pakistan nation-state and is testimony to its faltering ideals. Hence the media’s dogged focus on the plight of Balochistan’s Hindus.

It’s also true that the Hindus, despite their minuscule numbers, haven’t allowed the kidnapping of Garji to sputter into oblivion. As news of his abduction broke out, the community organised protests in the towns of Kalat, Khuzdar, Naushki and also blocked the national and RCD highways. Outside the Khuzdar Press Club, leaders of the community blamed the government for its inability to protect the life and property of the people, particularly those of minority groups. In Balochistan’s capital, Quetta, the Hindu Panchayat organised a spectacular march that wended its way through the streets of the city, a form of protest minorities rarely resort to. Santosh Kumar Bugti, a member of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), told Outlook, “We are very scared and desperate and need protection. We will do anything to release our Maharaj.”

What, though, has embarrassed the government and aroused sympathy is the repeated assertion of Hindu leaders that migration to India is a definite option for them. Simultaneously, they have also harped upon the exemplary Baloch tradition of religious tolerance, a subtle reminder about Balochistan’s alienation from its own moorings. For instance, earlier this month, Radhay Shyam openly justified the migration option, “The kidnapping of Hindus has increased. The kidnappers didn’t even spare our 82-year-old spiritual leader. This has deeply shaken our community. For centuries, we have been living with Baloch nawabs and sardars; assaulting the weaker Hindu community is against Baloch tribal traditions.”

This combination of threats and placatory appeals has mounted moral pressure on the government and opposition, prompting them into issuing statements in support of the Hindus of Balochistan. Chief minister Mohammad Aslam Raisani said, “The Hindus are an integral part of Balochistan and the government will provide them with complete protection.” This week saw Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leader and National Assembly member Marvi Memon visit the Arya Samaj Mandir in Quetta, a commendable step in the prevailing atmosphere of religious intolerance. Memon told a gathering of Hindus, “We have condemned the kidnapping on the floor of the National Assembly. The government should ensure the security of all citizens, including minorities. It’s also the responsibility of tribal chiefs and sardars to ensure the security of the Hindu community.”

Perhaps never before has a minority group as small as the Hindus of Balochistan so effectively reminded the nation about its ideals, its hallowed traditions. Look at their population—the 1998 census reported a little over 30,000 Hindus; the locals, though, say their number is as high as 1,50,000. Unlike their religious brethren in Sindh, the Hindus of Balochistan are prosperous, an important factor underlying their visible campaign against the abduction of Garji. As Prof Mansoor Akbar Kundi of Quetta University wrote in Balochistan: A Socio-cultural and Political Analysis, “They belong to the business class.... Some of them are wealthy merchants owning jewellery and general stores, but the majority are of middle and lower middle class businessmen with their shops/stores in the bazaars of various towns.” But the Hindus here are not a monolith community. A 2003 report of the Minority Rights Commission, prepared by Akram Mirani, notes that Baloch and Brahui tribes in some areas hire lower-caste Hindus to perform tasks that Muslims consider below their dignity.

It’s the Hindu businessmen who are often the target of kidnappers. Their wealth, not religion, is the reason why they are targeted, many told Outlook. Before Pakistan was sucked into the vortex of violence, the Hindus were a distinctive strand in the social tapestry of the province—they were treated as members of the tribe holding sway over the area where they lived. Balochistan’s minister for minority affairs and human rights, Engineer Basant Lal Gulshan, told Outlook, “Baloch Hindus have lived here before the Muslims came and have always been protected by tribal leaders. Why, Nawab Akbar Bugti (killed during the Musharraf era) would say that Hindus are like the hair on your chest and very dear. Of course, the new generation of tribals are different.”

Perhaps circumstances have transformed the younger generation. The social fabric of the province was torn asunder as the secessionist movement gathered momentum and the state adopted repressive measures to crush the rebels; the rise of Islamists and the growing culture of violence undermined the moral authority of traditional leaders. Islamabad’s neglect of the province has led to the breakdown of the law and order machinery, enabling criminal gangs to operate with impunity. Says Kamaluddin Ahmad, a businessman who has shifted from Quetta to Karachi, “These kidnappings are not religiously motivated, the Hindus have been caught in the crossfire. They are easy prey as they readily pay ransom after being kidnapped.”

PML(Q) leader Marvi Memon meets Lal Gulshan and members of the Hindu community.

Gulshan concurs on this: “Balochistan is reeling under the terror that has gripped the entire country. Hindus are easy targets as they readily pay the ransom. The community has lived in peace, you will never find a Hindu traitor. It’s only when life becomes difficult that they migrate to other parts of Pakistan or abroad.” Gulshan cites the example of Gardari Lal Bhatia, a politician-businessman whose family had to mortgage their property to pay the ransom to kidnappers. Financially ruined, Bhatia migrated to India.

Causes for kidnapping apart, there’s no denying that the Hindus in Balochistan have a perilous existence. The Balochistan Home Department says 291 people were abducted for tribal or political rivalries; another eight were kidnapped for ransom—most of them Hindus. In the provincial assembly debate on January 25, though, former minister Jay Prakash quoted a higher figure of 20 Hindus who were abducted last year. Eight or 20, both figures seem an insignificant number for a strife-torn province but is large enough to undermine the confidence of a community as small as the Hindus. A Hindu businessman told Outlook, “I have no choice but to leave the country. I’m in touch with relatives abroad, some in India, to help my family. It’s not easy to migrate either but it’s better than the fear that we live with every day.”

There’s no official statistics available, but locals confirm that Hindus are gradually trickling out of Balochistan—to destinations as far as Canada but mostly to India next door. Some claim that at least 400-500 families have moved out over the last decade. This is indeed alarming for the small community. For Pakistan, it’s a gauge to measure the depths to which it has fallen.

“Follow the money trail” – Deep Throat’s advice to Indian Muslims

Muslims in India have been going around with the begging bowl for the last 60 years while all Brahmin-led political parties - Congress, BJP and CPI (M), have been looting public money in an organized institutionalized manner. The cat is out of the bag due to serious infighting between the Brahmin looters.

A US president had to resign – first time in American history. His downfall came through the initiative of a mole in the White House, code-named ‘deep throat’, egging the two Washington Post’s ‘investigative’ journalists, to follow the ‘money trail’. According to an estimate headlined in Sunday Guardian, the new investigative vehicle launched by M. J. Akbar, not less than 250,000 crores of public money is swindled during the Congress led coalition ruling India, during both of its phases.

Muslims in India have been going around with the begging bowl for the last 60 years while all Brahmin-led political parties – Congress, BJP and CPI (M), have been looting public money in an organized institutionalized manner. The cat is out of the bag, due to serious infighting between the Brahmin looters.

It is time; Muslims switch their strategies, at least to a measured extent, to follow the money trail. The biggest scandalous enterprise that has sustained the ruling oligarchy is the Nationalized Banking system. Public money is being given out as legitimate loan business transaction and never recovered. The bad and non-performing loans are written off most unceremoniously. No Parliament session has been rocked, when 60,000 crores of bank loans were written off by the Nationalized Banking system, and enriched the preferred ruling class to the detriment of the millions of poor and deprived that lived a meal to meal existence in the country.

Besides, the general poverty that millions suffered due to benign neglect from the ruling oligarchy, Indian Muslim suffered a second dose of ‘malign neglect’ – nay malign vendetta for having some Muslims rule in their name or some others opting to go out of the Brahmin clutches by carving out a separate state, primarily at the behest of and to cater to UK and US compulsion to keep a part of Indian sub-continent for their future strategic planning. 150 million Indian Muslims with another 350 million other Muslims in the subcontinent could have ruled India if democracy and secularism as spelled out by the Brahmin intelligentsia had to be the benchmark of Indian nationhood. However, Muslim community was deliberately divided on most blatant pretexts and the nation stands divided in three parts. To divide the 500 million Muslims of the Indian subcontinent, the Brahmins divided the nation itself.

Now they are at each others throat for sharing the loot that is pouring in from all around the world. This time the colonialists will get a shock that they will never forget. One observer said, this time they will lose even their underwear and will have to run. The fraudsters are in command and their greed has no limits. Indian Muslims have a big role to play in saving the nation. They are fortunately still out of the rat race. They should now follow the money trail to expose the malignancy. They should realize that corrupts are the most cowardly. They cannot stand against the righteous. Indian Muslim should realize how their marginalization till now could be a saving grace for the coming generations. They had been planning to take over the politics of the country. Now they should mobilize to take over the economy of the country. And their assets would be their honesty, their fair and equitable dealings, their moral and ethical grounding, thanks to their Islamic upbringing. Islamic no-interest banking is already becoming attractive to the West for its moral content. Muslims should not forget that Islam spread all over the world, not the least, from the high moral values of its traders.

In these times of the corruption crisis that India is now undergoing, they should come forward as saviour of the one billion masses. That will not only be their own salvation but the salvation of the subcontinent, nay the wider world too.

Chechen rebel leader claims airport bomb

Top Russian government officials told parliament Tuesday about their investigation into last month's deadly airport bombing, the day after Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov claimed responsibility for the suicide attack.

(Then again, was it the "students islamic movement of India"/SIMI that claimed responsibility for that famous terrorist attack for which the christogovt has been inquisitioning the Hindoo Swami Aseemananda under "Hindu Terror" charges, and about which the christomedia blared "news" of his alleged "confession", no doubt extracted as usual by the christo-inquisition methods of the christo-police.

So I wouldn't be surprised if the christogovt of India will similarly ignore islamania's confession in the Moscow blast by islamic chechens and instead blame "Hindu Terror" for that too and inquisition more Hindoos. No?)

MOSCOW —

Top Russian government officials told parliament Tuesday about their investigation into last month's deadly airport bombing, the day after Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov claimed responsibility for the suicide attack.

In a video posted late Monday on a website affiliated with Islamic rebels in the Caucasus, Umarov said he ordered the Jan. 24 suicide bombing of Moscow's Domodedovo Airport and that more such attacks will follow, if Russia does not allow the region to become an independent state governed by sharia law.

The bombing of Domodedovo, Russia's largest airport, killed 36 people and injured about 180. Russian investigators said the bomber was a 20-year-old man from the Caucasus region that includes Chechnya, but have not released his name or other details.

Parliament was briefed Tuesday in a closed session, and no details were immediately released.

"You see this special operation carried out by my order ... more special operations will be carried out in the future," Umarov said in the video, wearing a camouflage uniform and a skullcap.

"Among us there are hundreds of brothers who are prepared to sacrifice themselves" in further attacks, he said. "We can at any time carry out operations where we want."

Umarov said that the rebels will continue their fight to free the Caucasus from Russian rule and voiced solidarity with Islamic militants in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan.

The Federal Security Service, the KGB successor agency charged with fighting terrorism, refused on Tuesday to comment on Umarov's claim.

Over the weekend, the website released another video in which Umarov also threatened more attacks, saying 2011 would be "the year of blood and tears" and that he could call on 50 to 60 suicide bombers if necessary.

Chechen rebels have fought two full-scale wars against Russian forces since 1994. Major offensives in the second war died down about a decade ago, but the Islamic insurgency has spread increasingly across neighboring North Caucasus provinces.

Umarov, who became the top Chechen military leader in 2006, has claimed responsibility for an array of terrorist attacks, including last year's double suicide bombing of the Moscow subway system that killed 40 people. However, some observers see him more as an ideological than a military figure as many terrorist cells operate autonomously and shun centralized command.

The blast at Domodedovo raised new doubts about Russia's strategy against the insurgents and about its ability to protect against future attacks.

President Dmitry Medvedev has fired several top transport police officials and ordered heightened security measures at all the country's main transport hubs, including major railway stations.

The attack took place as Medvedev was preparing to speak at the prestigious World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he hoped to reassure foreign investors that Russia was safe and attractive.

INDONESIANS are reeling from one of their country’s most awful incidents of religious violence in years. It happened on February 6th, in a village in Banten, the western end of Java, not far from Jakarta, a district where strictly Islamist parties poll well. Out of keeping with the more usual pattern of Muslim-versus-Christian attacks, this was a mob attack by Muslims against men who claimed to be their own fellows: members of a Islamic sect called the Ahmadiyah.

Three Ahmadis were killed and five seriously injured in a frenzy of violence: footage of the assault was deemed too graphic to be shown on Indonesian TV news, which tends to have a fairly high tolerance for the stuff. Instead the footage is circulating on the internet, if you have the stomach.

Check this from "moderate" sullas of India:

Quote:Over 5 Lakh Muslims lay siege to Gurgaon-Delhi expressway (NH-8), and scream "Allah is the ONLY God"

The well-planned "occupation" of the expressway was carried out at the Rajiv Chowk area in Gurgaon) under the pretext of Eid.

This forcible namaz is now being planned as a regular nuisance every Friday until Haryanvis rise up to put an end to this ungodly menace.

Now, an Idgah has sprung up at the same Rajiv Chowk area (Gurgaon) close to NH-8 and has become the local den of anti-national activities.

Over 5 Lakh jihadis will demonstrate their strength every week by forcibly doing namaz on the expressway and service lanes - blocking traffic and trying to intimidate Hindus to stay away from this area. Are you ready to foil their evil plans?

- Excerpts from an article by V Sundaram (IAS, Retd.) below:

Last month (September 21, 2009) more than Five Lakh Muslims "occupied" the National Highway 8 between New Delhi and Gurgaon in a planned and methodical manner and offered their Eid prayers with supreme contempt for the regular users of this busy National thoroughfare. Many innocent citizens who could not avoid using that NH 8 on that day to reach their respective places of destination felt unduly harassed and persecuted by this exercise of "minority rights" by the Muslims.

Click on this photograph above to see the actual size of the mob on NH-8.

This reminds me of a mammoth Islamic meeting addressed by Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the and the destroyer of United India, one month before the Direct Action Day in Calcutta in July/August 1946. His main aim on that occasion was to terrorize the Hindus of India into meek submission and acceptance of his Two-Nation Theory which resulted in the birth of Pakistan on August 14, 1947. Thanks to the pseudo-secular policy followed by Pundit Nehru and his Congress successors in Office, the Muslims of India today have been able to gain a blanket unfettered political license to blatantly deny the sacred and time-honoured fundamental religious rights of the majority Hindus in their own homeland today. Today the Muslims in India are flexing their political muscles with uncontrolled fervour to intimidate the peace-loving Hindus of India using the unrequited political support of the Congress government, which derives its transitory political sanction from its commitment to minority vote-bank politics.

All the Hindus of India have now come to understand that the Muslims and Christians are the most favoured children of the Government of India. John Dayal is a known Hindu-baiter in India. When he defended the rights of Muslims to lay siege to the National Highway 8 on the specious plea of saying EID Namaz, Sri R. K Ohri I.P.S (retd) and Secretary General, Patriots Forum in New Delhi gave him a fitting rejoinder in this manner: "Please tell me is it possible suddenly, improptu, for lakhs of Namazis to suddenly converge at a particular point to lay seige to NH-8 on the plea of saying Eid Namaz? You know very well that such large numbers of Muslims (according to Indian Express there were 5 lakhs of them) do not, repeat DO NOT, live in the villages adjacent to that particular spot on NH-8. Still you are trying to defend something totally indefensible. Your flimsy excuse that Muslim demand for an Idgah might have been denied is again a typical "John-type" argument. Was any demand for Idgah in that area ever made, was it refused at all? No, never. Yet you must keep on telling lies ad infinitum. This "show of force" was a very well organised event to showcase the rising crescendo of jihadi footfalls across India and their booming clout in the ruling political dispensation!

At this rate a day might come, in not-too-distant future, when Namazis will lay seige to all major roads leading to most metropolitan cities. That might as well coincide with the launching of a diabolical war by Pakistan based jihad outfits. Please stop befooling Hindus and let them wake up to the growing threat of India emerging as a global battleground of clash of civilization. That might happen around 2020, or latest by 2030."

Shame of Britain's Muslim schools: Secret filming shows pupils being beaten

Undercover footage shows pupils being taught religious apartheid

Muslims who adopt Western ways will be 'tortured in afterlife'

Unprovoked beatings captured on camera in Yorkshire madrassa

Boy threatened with bench by senior student left in charge of class

It is an assembly hall of the sort found in any ordinary school. Boys aged 11 and upwards sit cross-legged on the floor in straight rows. They face the front of the room and listen carefully. But this is no ordinary assembly. Holding the children’s attention is a man in Islamic dress wearing a skullcap and stroking his long dark beard as he talks.

‘You’re not like the non-Muslims out there,’ the teacher says, gesturing towards the window. ‘All that evil you see in the streets, people not wearing the hijab properly, people smoking . . . you should hate it, you should hate walking down that street.’

He refers to the ‘non-Muslims’ as the ‘Kuffar’, an often derogatory term that means disbeliever or infidel.

Grabbed: Secretly filmed footage from the Markazi Jamia mosque shows a teacher pulling a pupil towards him and striking him on the back
  Reply
This school is required by its inspectors to teach tolerance and respect for other faiths. But the Channel 4 current affairs programme Dispatches filmed secretly inside it – and instead discovered that Muslim children are being taught religious apartheid and social segregation.

We recorded a number of speakers giving deeply disturbing talks about Jews, Christians and atheists.

We found children as young as 11 learning that Hindus have ‘no intellect’ and that they ‘drink cow p***’.

And we came across pupils being told that the ‘disbelievers’ are ‘the worst creatures’ and that Muslims who adopt supposedly non-Muslim ways, such as shaving, dancing, listening to music and – in the case of women – removing their headscarves, would be tortured with a forked iron rod in the afterlife.

In 2009 this school was praised by Government-approved inspection teams for its interfaith teachings. The report said that ‘pupils learn about the beliefs and practices of other faiths and are taught to show respect to other world religions’.

It seems that the inspectors were unaware of the teaching methods revealed by our undercover reporter, Osman. He was taken on as a volunteer at the Darul Uloom school in Birmingham in April 2009 and was allowed to sit in on some lessons – but not their Islamic classes.

Warning: Reporter Tazeen Ahmad says Muslim schools need closer scrutiny

So, in July last year, he went into one of the rooms where we’d heard they taught Islamic studies and left a secret camera to record the lessons.

Filming intermittently over a period of four months, the camera recorded children being taught a hardline, intolerant and highly anti-social version of Islam.

During the same period our reporter also attended the Markazi Jamia mosque in Keighley, West Yorkshire, after hearing of serious allegations that children were being hit at its madrassa.

Madrassas in the UK are part-time after-school or weekend classes, often held in mosques, where children are taught to read the Koran. In Keighley it is not what they are being taught that is the problem, but how.

Again, Osman went into the mosque and left the camera in the room where classes took place.

The film shows children as young as six sitting on the floor of a large room in the mosque, one of the biggest in the country. The boys are hunched over wooden benches, rocking backwards and forwards as they rote-learn the Koran in Arabic. A man with a long white beard dressed in a traditional shalwar kameez – tunic and trousers – sits at the head of the class.

Periodically he gets up and walks behind the boys. As he passes, the children appear to cower and watch him nervously. It soon becomes clear why.

He unexpectedly raises his hand and slaps a young boy hard on the head. Moments later he strikes another. And then he kicks a third child.

In just two days of filming in December 2010, the camera recorded the teacher hitting children as young as six or seven at least ten times, in less than three hours of lessons.

From what we could see, every ¬single blow was pretty much unprovoked. We soon realised that the beatings were routine. The behaviour of the boys, the way they flinched and backed away when he approached, indicated that they were long-accustomed to being hit and kicked as they studied.

In another incident an older boy, left in charge of a class while a teacher is out at prayer, picks up a bench and threatens to hit a younger boy with it.

During the making of this Dispatches film I have often counted my blessings. I received my Islamic education at home. My mum would read the Koran with me and most of my knowledge of Islam came from within the family. Others have not been so lucky.

Osman was subjected to beatings at four separate madrassas in the East Midlands as a child. He says that for the nine years he spent going to after-school Koran classes, he was hit regularly, at least a couple of timesa week.

‘It destroyed my confidence,’ he says, ‘and the worst bit was never knowing when it was going to happen. I had a horrible teacher who would use his fists, a stick, a shoe, anything he could find. He’d just get angry and lash out.’

Threatened: An older pupil holds down a boy while another pupil - put in charge during the teacher's absence - aims a bench at him

Osman’s young cousins go to the same madrassas he attended and told him the beatings were still continuing. This persuaded Osman to try to reveal the truth behind the private world of faith schools. Over a period of two years he bravely placed cameras in both schools and collected highly sensitive material for us. His experience of madrassas is not uncommon. But persuading people to go on camera about this has been difficult. One family who were willing to talk were too frightened to do so openly.

‘Salma’ and ‘Ayesha’ are a mother and daughter whose identities we are protecting. Ayesha is now sitting her A-levels but when she was seven she was beaten at her Koran classes. She says: ‘The teacher would sit there, tell me what to read, pronounce it to me – then if I said it wrong he would hit me on the hands with a ruler.’

Her younger brother, only five at the time, would be hit on his feet with a stick. They dreaded going to those classes but did not tell their mother. Salma eventually withdrew her children from attending madrassas for a completely different reason: she learned that they were being taught an intolerant version of Islam. ‘They were using terms like “Kaffir” just because somebody isn’t of the same religion,’ she says, ‘and I’m teaching my children to integrate and not be racist so I pulled my children out.’

Academic and theologian Dr Taj Hargey invited me to visit his part-time Islamic school in Oxford where children are taught in mixed-gender classes.

Here I witnessed a modern and refreshing method of teaching. Pupils were told to respect other faiths, ask questions about their religion and recite from the Koran in English as well as Arabic.

Dr Hargey told me he set up this school because of claims that Muslim parents had made to him about beatings in other madrassas. ‘It’s an outdated, archaic concept,’ he says, ‘and if we inflict this violence we will sow the seeds of violence in them.’

Sir Roger Singleton, former Government chief adviser on the safety of children, and Ann Cryer, former MP for Keighley, want the law to change to ban physical punishment in supplementary classes, as it does in full-time schools. ‘It just isn’t acceptable,’ says Cryer. ‘We wouldn’t allow this to happen to white kids going to Sunday schools.’

Punished: One of the madrassa students is grabbed by the wrist, pulled towards the teacher in charge of the class and struck on the back

We approached the Darul Uloom Islamic High School in Birmingham with the findings of our film. It claimed that the senior student who gave the speech about Hindus was later reported by other students, and has been expelled, and that no teachers were present ‘during the incident’.

The school said that a speaker who made comments about Jews was ‘visiting’ and his views did not represent school policy. It denied that its religious instruction was hardline or extremist and said it did not tolerate hatred towards any faith group.

In a statement, the school said: ‘Our ethos is for students to be full and active participants of British society.’ It also said that it would study our evidence and take ‘disciplinary measures’ if required.

Regarding the Keighley madrassa, we were told that the Jamia Mosque committee was firm in its resolve to take whatever action was necessary to protect children being taught at the mosque and that it would give its full co-operation to any enquiries resulting from our film.

If the law on physical punishment does change, that would be one way to protect the very young that attend these classes. But these part-time and full-time Muslim schools also need closer scrutiny – the regulatory system needs to be tightened up.

However, we have a Government that, on the one hand, gives grand speeches about tackling the causes of extremism, as David Cameron did last week, while, on the other, encouraging local communities to set up their own schools – including faith schools. It’s time to stop these mixed messages.

And Muslims can no longer sweep this under the carpet – they need to face up to what is happening behind closed doors. Many warn that if we don’t all tackle this toxic mix of hatred and violence head on, we will reap the whirlwind in years to come.

The Birmingham footage was obtained by an undercover reporter posing as a

volunteer, using a hidden camera. It showed a preacher at Darul Uloom, a

fee-paying school in Small Heath, making offensive remarks about Hindus, ranting

about non-Muslims and telling pupils they face torture in the afterlife if they

adopt western customs such as dancing or listening to music. He tells them to

avoid more liberal Muslims. "The person who's got less than a fistful of beard,

then you should stay away from him the same way you should stay away from a

serpent or a snake."

Another group are told in an assembly: "The disbelievers, they are the worst of

all people. The Hindus do, they drink piss, I've told you this. Do they have any

intellect? No."

Quote:Fanatics do it again in Vadodara, innocent people beaten, Murtis vandalized

Vadodara, 17 February, 2011

Perhaps in whole India, Bin Laden’s posters were shown like this in public only in Vadodara(this is file photo). Does Vadodara harbor the fanatic most Muslims in India? Even Amdavad blasts culprits were the citizens of Vadodara. In recent past, some Muslims rushed to local newspaper office and started beating local editor for alleged derogatory projection of Islam. Such examples are now plenty, and moderate, peaceful and educated Muslims of this city need seriously think about such elements in their community.

A group of violent fanatic Muslims of Vadodara on Thursday vandalized Hindu religious posters, attacked a hostel, attempted to attack a bank, pelted stones on two buses, and caused injuries to several innocent people.

For the city of Vadodara, such behavior of Muslims of Pani gate area is not new. They have created such ruckus even before several times.

A group of Muslims had erected a makeshift gate and decorated it with banners of Eid festival. However one local person Charmis Kahar had problem with this. He not only opposed but also set part of the gate on fire. One local Muslim resident who it Talati in central Gujarat village filed police complaint against this, after which Charmis Kahar was arrested. The issue could be solved legally, but a group of violent Muslims suddenly appeared on Ayurved college road in the afternoon demanding to beat Charmis Kahar in public.

When Police didn’t accept this demand, a group of Muslims started damaging vehicles of Hindus parked nearby. They also surrounded a local passenger bus and pelted stones to damage it. The passengers had to leave the bus for their safety. A group of rioting Muslims also tried to damage S.T. bus, however they were prevented to do so by the police. A group of goons from Muslim community entered into a hostel and started beating/attacking the Hindu students inside. They vandalized Hindu religious posters and Hindu murtis inside the hostel and looted three mobile phones and one purse. They broke down a cooler and water purifying system.

Police lobbed two tear gas shells to control the rioters. Police arrested 11 rioters before they can flee.

According to ground reports, about 11 persons are injured in this incident of riot.

Islam in action. More glimpses into the life of dhimmis when among True muslims. (Makes you totally want to avoid wondering what life for kidnapped dhimmis was like in earlier times - like back when islamania kidnapped people from all over, turned them into slaves and stole - "imported" - them into alien territory.)

Riyadh, Feb 19 (IANS) A Sri Lankan maid, who was made to serve virtually as a slave by her Saudi sponsor for 17 years, has been rescued by officials of the Sri Lankan embassy in Saudi Arabia.Kusuma Nandini, 56, who had arrived in Riyadh in 1994, was kept as a slave at her sponsor’s home. She was not paid salary even once during the years of her enforced imprisonment at her employer’s house and was forbidden from communicating with her relatives in Sri Lanka, Arab News quoted Sunil Wijesinghe, labour welfare officer at the Sri Lankan embassy, as saying.

Nandini was kept at one home for 15 years and then transferred to the home of her sponsor’s brother.

At one point of time, she thought she would be permanently imprisoned in the house, Nandini said. “I did not see sunlight during the past 17 years since no one took me out.”

At her employer’s brother’s house she was given a salary for two years, the official said.

A traumatised Nandini could not speak her native tongue when she was rescued and “behaved like a robot”. She had even forgotten her family members, said Wijesinghe.

“After meeting other Sri Lankans at the embassy, the maid began remembering things and started picking up her native language,” he added.

The Sri Lankan embassy learned about Nandini’s plight after her 25-year-old daughter, who lives in Kalutara, 40 km from Colombo, informed the foreign ministry that her family had not been in contact with her mother for 17 years.

The officials were able to track her down and bring her to the embassy.

Nandini, who came to Saudi Arabia to earn money to pay for her children’s education, said: “I came to Riyadh when my eldest daughter was eight years old. Now she is 25. My son was six years at the time.”

The Sri Lankan Embassy rescued an Sri Lankan maid who was kept as a virtual slave by her Saudi sponsor for 17 years on Wednesday.

Kusuma Nandini, 56, came to Riyadh in 1994 and was kept a virtual prisoner at her sponsor’s home. She was not paid salary even once during 15 years of her imprisonment and forbidden from communicating with her relatives in Sri Lanka. “This is a record breaking case in the history of housemaids in the Kingdom. This woman was kept as a slave at one home for 15 years and then transferred to the home of her sponsor’s brother. There she was given a salary for two years,” said Sunil Wijesinghe, labor welfare officer at the Sri Lankan Embassy.

According to diplomats, Nandini had forgotten her native tongue when she was rescued and behaved like a robot. “She couldn’t speak her native language and had forgotten her family members when she was rescued,” said Wijesinghe.

“After meeting other Sri Lankans at the embassy, the maid began remembering things and started picking up her native language,” he added.

The Sri Lankan Embassy learned about Nandini’s plight after her 25-year-old daughter, who lives in Kalutara, some 40 km from Colombo, informed the Sri Lankan Foreign Ministry that her family had not been in contact with her mother for 17 years.

Embassy officials visited the home of Nandini’s sponsor and those who lived there denied she was there. Officials persevered and were able to subsequently track her down and bring her to the embassy.

“I came to Riyadh when my eldest daughter, Yamuna Vinodini, was eight years old. Now she is 25 years old. My son Ravika Priyankara was six years at the time,” Nandini told Arab News, adding that she came to the Kingdom to earn money to pay for her children’s education as her husband was not in proper employment at the time.

“I am very happy and thankful to the mission in Riyadh for having rescued me from this house where I was working like a machine,” she said, adding that she thought there was no point in thinking of her home in Sri Lanka as she was permanently imprisoned in the house.

“I did not see sunlight during the past 17 years since no one took me out,” she said.

The embassy is currently taking up the matter with the authorities concerned to get the maid’s outstanding salary, which stands at SR54,000. Nandini has, however, managed to save SR7,200 which she received in wages from her sponsor’s brother. She does not have a passport or a resident certificate to prove she was working in the Kingdom, Arab News reports.

(Saudi Arabians confiscate passports. This is well-known. It helps in retaining the kidnapped as slaves. And yes, it is done exactly for such reasons as the above-demonstrated Deniability: to deny that the victims were ever there and to deny that islamania - which has turned Arabians into barbaric demons - victimises foreigners, especially heathens imported as "servants" and ending worse than "slaves".

Lying islamaniac Saudi govt will have you believe that Kusuma Nandini never lost 17 years of her life. But christoislamania is famous for being the ideology of compulsive lying.)

And there are still islamics and crypto-christists desperately trying to peddle to unsaved kaffirs that "lower caste" Hindus chose to convert to the "egalitarian" "brotherhood" of islamania. There's a *reason* no sane person even countenances such a preposterous claim.

Slashed: Victim Gary Smith was left with a fractured skull

Four men launched a horrific attack on a teacher in which they slashed his face and left him with a fractured skull because they did not approve of him teaching religion to Muslim girls.

Akmol Hussein, 26, Sheikh Rashid, 27, Azad Hussain, 25, and Simon Alam, 19, attacked Gary Smith with a Stanley knife, an iron rod and a block of cement.

Mr Smith, who is head of religious education at Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow, east London, also suffered a fractured skull.

The four now face a jail sentence.

Detectives made secret recordings of the gang's plot to attack Mr Smith prior to the brutal assault.

The covert audio probe captured the gang condemning Mr Smith for 'teaching other religions to our sisters', the court heard.

The RE teacher was targeted as he made his way on foot along Burdett Road in nearby Mile End on July 12 last year, Snaresbrook Crown Court was told.

Prosecutor Sarah Whitehouse told the court: 'The evidence from what was said on the probe points overwhelmingly to a religious motive for this attack.'

It is believed the gang had made two earlier attempts to get at the teacher.

They were due to stand trial for the attack at Snaresbrook

Below are some excerpts from secret lectures given to Madrasa students in Bangladesh:

One lesson says, “I tell you to place your right at where your two thighs meet. Tell me what you find there?” Meanwhile the penis got erected. I asked again, “What you find there.” Learners, the tender adolescent boys said, “It is the penis sir.” Then I told them, “It is not the penis. It is a gun. It is an M-16 Gun that Allah has given to you. You have to push this Islamic gun into the wombs of as many malaun (kafir) women you can. It is the law of jihad. Beside that you have to plunder money, all gold ornaments and other valuables of the malaun households.” The learners cried “Allahu Akbar.”

The lecture continues, “I get really amazed by observing the power of that Islamic gun. They start pushing the Islamic gun without any pause. They pushed the Islamic gun into a malaun girl in front of her parents. After tasting the daughter, they tasted her mother. Some tasted the mother first and then the daughter, while some tasted the daughter first and then the mother. In one occasion, 10 – 12 jihadis seized a 10-year-old malaun girl. The mother of the came to me in tears and requested me to send the jihadis one by one. She also said that her daughter is very tender and she has not yet reached puberty and begun menstruation. If so many jihadis go to her at a time, my daughter will die. So, I asked the jihadis stand in a queue and go inside the room one by one.”

“Jihadi called Mohammad al Jamiruddin was the first man in the queue. He was a very strong man and had two wives in his house. It seemed that his penis was more than a gun. Shortly after he entered the room, I heard a heart-rending scream of the girl. I could understand that a cannon was

entering her vagina. Then jihadis started entering and coming out the room one by one. No jihadi took much time and I could understand that, they were extremely excited and hence could finish the job quickly. Then onwards, I did not hear any scream of the girl. The girl was really nice and her

parents were sitting at my feet and shedding tears.”

Quote:Jesse Bender, 13, Escapes Forced Marriage in Pakistan, Say Police

Family of California Girl Investigated for Sending Police on Nationwide Search

By SUSAN DONALDSON JAMES

March 3, 2011

The parents of a California 13-year-old are under investigation after the girl told police she was being forced to go to Pakistan for an arranged marriage.

The girl, Jesse Marie Bender, disappeared for more than a week and prompted a nationwide search after her mother, Melissa Bender, told police that her daughter had run off with someone she met on Facebook.

Friends and neighbors in the high-desert community of Hesperia launched a desperate search -- only to discover Wednesday that Jesse was being hidden from her mother and Pakistani stepfather by other family members.

Bender, who was described as an honors student in the eighth grade at Cedar Middle School, was taken in by child protective services along with her three siblings as authorities decide whether to charge the parents, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff's office.

Jesse went missing on Feb. 22. She was discovered with her uncle and grandmother in nearby Apple Valley on March 2. No arrests have been made.

"There is nothing new at this time," said San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Rachel Walker. "The report has been forwarded to the district attorney's office for their review."

Jesse and her younger brother John had been living with their uncle, Michael Bender, who is their mother's brother and was not married. The family also included their disabled grandmother, Mary Bender, according to neighbors.

"Michael takes care of her and the children," said a 33-year-old neighbor who lives on his street and did not want to be identified. "He's a really great guy and works really hard to support all of them."

She said Bender was in school and worked nights.

"I actually give him a lot of credit," she said of reports that he had hidden Jesse when the girl thought she might have to go to Pakistan.

Several calls to Melissa, Michael and their mother, Mary Bender, were not returned to ABCNews.com today.

The children's mother was married to a Pakistani man who identified himself to reporters as "Mo." He was not the children's father.

(Short for Mohammed.)

"The mother generally doesn't live here and came back a few months ago," said the neighbor. "The kids are raised by Michael, their uncle. Jessie is a great girl -- a really sweet girl. She plays with my twins all the time."

The neighbor said she was "really taken aback" when they learned that Jesse had been found hiding with her uncle.

She said she had even joined the search and arranged to have photos of Jesse printed on Domino's Pizza boxes.

Jesse Bender: Neighbors Shocked By Alleged Hoax

"They live on my street and it's definitely crazy how things have changed through this case," said the neighbor. "We were under the impression she was taken and my children were so scared. We even had someone fly in to stay with use because my husband was out of town."

The neighbor described the Jesse Bender's mother as "definitely not a stable person and I know her children didn't particularly care for her."

Jesse had told the neighbor and her 10-year-old daughter that she was "moving" to Pakistan.

"She never mentioned anything about an arranged marriage to my daughter," said the neighbor. "But she did tell me when the news said that the family was going on a two-month vacation, 'It's not a vacation, she's moving there. She can't take her out of school for two months. It made no sense."

Jesse's mother reported her daughter missing on Feb. 22, telling authorities that her daughter was upset about having to go on a two-month vacation to Pakistan, according to police.

Police reported several days later that Melissa Bender said she worried that her daughter had run off with someone she had been communicating with on Facebook, which prompted a nationwide kidnapping investigation by the FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, and multiple law enforcement agencies.

"All that information was misleading," Cindy Bachman, spokesman for the San Bernardino County sheriff's office, told the Associated Press. "Whoever she was communicating with online was not a threat to her."

Investigators began to zero in on the family and police eventually learned that a "relative" was hiding Jesse. That person led police to the girl.
