"Kashmir militancy not part of joint mechanism on terror</b>"<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Islamabad, Nov 22: Briefing PoK leaders on the outcome of the recent foreign secretary-level talks with India, Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Muhammad Khan has reportedly said issues relating to militancy in Kashmir would not be part of the joint anti-terror mechanism set up by the two countries.
Khan "told us that the Kashmir freedom movement was not part of the decisions taken during the recent Indo-Pak talks," Yousaf Nasim, convener of the PoK Hurriyat Conference was quoted as saying by a daily.
"The two countries agreed to share intelligence to counter terrorism," he told media persons.

Why deal is so selective? If Kashmir valley is out, then Jammu and Ladakh is in.
Same should be with Balouchistan, Chitral and other areas.
