Sure, alongwith the tax bill for the red fort can we also direct certain bills to this guy..such as:

1. bill for restoration of a few thosand temples destroyed by his ancestors
2. bill for the life insurance premium of a few million people killed by his ancestors
3. not to mention the outstanding wages due to the descendents of the coolies that were used to build red fort
