India asked to speak up against Roma expulsion by France
By Gurmukh Singh, Toronto, Aug 29 : Ujjal Dosanjh, former Canadian health minister and top Indo-Canadian leader, has condemned France for en masse expulsion of Indian-origin Roma people and urged India to speak up against the French action.
India and Britain also share so much culturally whether itââ¬â¢s watching Shah Rukh Khan, eating the same food, speaking the same language and of course, watching the same sport. Many of you in this room would have grown up revering Kapil Dev. I did the same with Ian Botham. And Sachin Tendulkar, the Little Master, is so talented that wherever youââ¬â¢re from, you canââ¬â¢t help but admire him as he hits another century. I am surprised India is not on list. Currently, Indian ruling party (Congress party, who President is Sonia Gandhi) is engulfed in every single scam. They will not leave power easily. Only way to stay in power, they will create civil war like environment. Currently, they are directly creating environment against majority religion of India and religious leader. India bureaucrats, who are directly involved in scams are working full time to protect Queen and her stooges, so that they can protect their own assets.
DUSHANBE, Tajikistan ââ¬â Tajikistan has agreed to give away a portion of its territory to neighboring China in a bid to put an end to a land dispute dating back more than a century.
Parliament voted Wednesday in favor of giving up around 1,000 square kilometers of land in the Central Asian nation's sparsely populated Pamir Mountains region. There was no immediate information on how many people live in the territory to be ceded.
Opposition leader Mukhiddin Kabiri said the land transfer is unconstitutional and represents a defeat for Tajik diplomacy. But Foreign Minister Khamrokon Zarifi portrayed it as a victory, saying China had initially claimed more than 11,000 square miles (28,000 square kilometers).

"State multiculturalism" has failed and left young Muslims vulnerable to radicalisation, David Cameron, the British prime minister, has said, arguing for a more active policy to heal divisions and promote Western values.
Cameron, in a speech to a security conference in Munich on Saturday, said that Britain and other European nations needed to "wake up to what is happening in our countries" as well as tackling terrorism through military operations overseas.
"Under the doctrine of state multiculturalism, we have encouraged different cultures to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream," Cameron said.
