Well I am a living proof. You want more proof goto any indian living room and talk about the shenenigans of VHP trishul yatra or the fits thrown by people like Praveen Togadia.
I am a hindu nationalist, but not a killer like what happened in gujrat and being a hindu i have all the right to put the protest of taking the hindu movement in a wrong direction.
I believe that RSS should allow BJP to function independently just working as a watch dog and putting the pressure of a lobbyist, with active research and policy directions(not directives). I cannot comment on the recent advani incident. It looks good to put advani back on track after he was trying strange things. But RSS should in no way put the impression that it remote controls BJP. Get off the back of BJP and allow it to rise. Otherwise we will never see the heights being reached by the hindu movement what the congress movement reached in its haydays.
If BJP/hindu movement has to reach all the corners of india from north to south, from east to west it has to have a much broader appeal that it carries right now. It has to be based on a positive agenda of development and dedication and service and most importantly peace and communal and religious harmony.
