I do not know if I am alone in thinking this together with other recent events is an attempt by the UPA to disintegrate the Anna movement that gained unprecedented support suddenly.

Are the people quitting Anna Team mere machines to be manipulated by the Congress? If not, they must be corrupt and vulnerable! Secondly, you cannot ignore that Anna movement was largely 'used' by so many different vested interests. The Congress itself felt secure in placating him and promoting his method. Now they are receding one by one, I suppose. By this argument I would say that Anna who tried to eclipse others who were in the forefront against corruption would inevitably end up yielding to those very people to carry the fight against corruption. In the interim Anna's movement has also played well in retarding and sidelining the real fight against corruption.
