Welcome to shiv,arindam,Ray, vanahan and many others. thanks to shiv for the encouraging words. I-F has a ways to go before it reaches the content level of a mature site like BRF. I trust all members will consider actively participating, rather than wait for somebody else to post an interesting topic. Each site develops a unique personality over time and we trust I-F will develop its own personality distiinct from other sister sites.





We have a lot of new members, so a reminder of some guidelines to follow

2. No personal attacks on other forum members or gratuitous flame baiting. By all means feel free to discuss/disagree with his/her post but not his/her personality, question motivations, or character or his/her political affiliation,presumed or actual. We do not encourage demeaning characterizations of any ethnic or religious group,community, tribe,race or nationality.



3. Generally all viewpoints are welcome and discussions on religion are permitted, based on facts and reasoning. If you feel particularly provoked by a particular post , sleep over it and frame a reply when you are in a more mellow mood and especially not when you are hopping mad.
