With all the evidence at hand, yes he is guilty for accepting money for the party. As for drinking, and smoking, I have done it even in my days as a RSS member, yes it is not healthy or encouraged at the org, but again its not a Nazi like cult.
It depends on a individual, I thought professors were capable of viewing solutions beyond the relam of 11 dimensions.
Please lets not make a org. with impecable record of national service be hostage to one member's actions and lifestyle, it will be very petty of us as being civilized Indians.
