In his concluding address Sri Tapan Ghosh stressed that it is a good thing Hindus should be organized but there sadly seems to be an over emphasis on organization and not on necessary action. He said that his 32 year long association as a Pracharak (full time worker) with the largest Hindu organizations of this country has made him realize that unfortunately organization and organizational activities has become a goal in itself, neglecting the dire need of proactive action. People organize themselves for a purpose and if the organization fails to meet and counter the threat that is being posed to the people, then the whole routine of organizing becomes purposeless.

To put a stop to the extreme persecution and aggression against the Hindus in the villages and even in the cities, he emphasized, the only way to succor is to take proactive action. Hindus, he said, should stand up and be ready for any sacrifice to protect their hearth, home and honour.
He also stressed that apart from the media even Hindu organizations are trying to suppress the incidents of rape, murder and persecution for the fear of being labeled anti-secular. Such a course of action is leading us to disaster.

He said that there should be no suppression of the facts but a constant exposure and continuous dissemination of the news of such happenings is needed to awaken the people. Only such a course of action would precipitate the necessary preventive measures.
On a sombre note Sri Ghosh also added that the current situation is fast heading towards another partition of India in the near future and that is going to happen in the eastern region, especially in West Bengal and Assam. If such an event did come to pass, he stressed, he and his compatriots would not just remain mere spectators in the gallery but would be on the field, fighting to the finish to preserve the integrity of our motherland.

A mob indulged in arson and damaged public property before securing the release of two Asara panchayat members from police custody on Friday.
The police registered a case against 250 people belonging to Asara village in Baghpat district. About 19 of them have been named in the FIR.
Mohkam and Mujahid, who led the Asara panchayat of ââ¬ËChhattis biradariââ¬â¢ (36 communities) that issued the Talibani-style diktat on July 7, were picked up by the Ramala police for questioning late on Thursday. Soon, several hundred people went on the rampage.
The panchayat reportedly issued a diktat banning love marriages and ordering women not to use mobile phones. When the police tried to control the situation, Prahlad Singh, in charge of the Kakripur police outpost, and constable Gauri Shanker were tied to a tree and beaten by the mob, which also torched a police motorcycle and a few other vehicles. The two were let off late on Friday night.
NO COMPLAINT
A senior police officer said in Lucknow that the police and the Provincial Armed Constabulary had been deployed at Asara and the situation was under control. Inspector-General of Police (Law and Order) Badri Prasad Singh clarified that no complaint about the panchayatââ¬â¢s diktat was made, and the police went to the village on Thursday after being tipped off by ââ¬Åinformers.ââ¬Â

Minister of State for Women and Child Welfare Aruna Kori has sought a report from the District Magistrate of Baghpat on the diktat. A report has also been sought by the Chairperson of the State Womenââ¬â¢s Commission, Anita Singh Verma.

In spite of opposition from Gandhi, Nehru and Maulana Azad, Sikh leader Master Tara Singh was able to get an agreement signed between India and Pakistan at Lahore on 5th Sept. 1947, that there would be complete exchange of population between East Punjab (it included the present states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal) and West Punjab & North West Frontier Province (NWFP). However, in complete disregard of this agreement, Gandhi reached Panipat to prevent migration of Muslims. Master Tara Singh also reached there to counter Gandhi. As per news in the Tribune dated 6-12-1947. ââ¬ÅMaster Tara Singh accused the India Government of failure to protect the property of Hindus & Sikhs in West Punjab. He also criticized Mahatma Gandhi and certain officials of the Government who were persuading Muslims in Panipat to stay there. He maintained that there was agreement that there would be total evacuation from both East and West Punjab. ââ¬ÅEntire credit for clearing Punjab, Haryana and Himnachal from Muslims goes to Master Tara Singh, although cities in these states, are once again getting flooded with Muslims from other places, as they multiply very fast.
Minister for refugees and rehabilitation in East Punjab, Sardar Ishar Singh Majhail said in a public speech at Banga, that ââ¬Åthe originators of the two nation theory (i.e. Pakistan and Muslims) would be faced with serious situation, when they would have to accommodate the evacuees from the whole of India and Pakistanââ¬Â. urban local governments in
Uttar Pradesh showed an
astonishing increase in Muslim
representation. In a state where
they constitute 18% of the total
population, Muslim candidates
were elected to almost a third of
the urban local body seats. What
is even more surprising is that
this trend is present in all regions
of the state.
Paradigm Shift?
What is most signifi cant about this civic
poll is the paradigm shift it seems to
indicate in the political representation
of Muslims in UP. The proportion of
Muslims elected to the UP state legislative
assembly was 13.8% (56 out of 403
seats) in 2007, which rose to 17.12% (69
out of 403 seats) in 2012. In the parliamentary
elections, the proportion of
Muslims elected from UP was 13.75%
(11 out of a total of 80 Lok Sabha seats)
in 2004 which declined to 8.75% (seven
out of 80 seats) in 2009. Given that Muslims
constitute about 18.5% of the total
population of UP, the number of elected
Muslim representatives in the state assembly
and the Lok Sabha has remained
lower than their population. However,
in the recently concluded ULB elections
Muslims have been over-represented in
them, winning 31.15% of the total seats
in the various ULBs.
What is even more remarkable is that
Muslim candidates have won a greater
share of seats than their share of population
at every level of the ULBs. In the 12
nagar nigams, though no Muslim was
elected as mayor, 21.4% Muslims were
elected as members. In the nagar palikas,
Muslims account for 31.9% of the presidents
and 33.86% of the members. In
the urban panchayats, 26.6% of the
presidents and 30.7% of the members
are Muslims.

Further, high Muslim representation
in ULBs is discernible in all subregions of
the state. The highest Muslim representation
(53.5%) is in Ruhelkhand where
Muslims account for 34% of the population.
This is followed by Awadh, west UP,
east UP and north-east UP. Even in
Bundelkhand with only 6.69% and the
Doab with 11.2% Muslim population, respectively,
Muslims constitute 8.86%
and 17.1%, respectively (Table 1).
Muslims are over-represented in 33
districts in the post of the president in
the municipalities and urban panchayats,
i e, they have won over 20% of the executive
positions here. In four districts ââ¬â
Bijnor, Behraich, Siddharthnagar and
Mau ââ¬â Muslims won almost all seats for
presidents in the municipalities. Similarly,
in Bijnor, Moradabad, Ambedkarnagar and
Mirzapur districts, all urban panchayat
presidents are Muslims. Muslims have
also won more than 20% of seats in six
out of the 12 municipal corporations, in
136 out of the total of 194 municipalities
and in 229 out of the total of 423 urban
panchayats. Muslims won over 60%
seats in 30 municipalities and 64 urban
panchayats. In Saharanpur district, with
39% Muslim population, 75% of the
municipality presidents are Muslims,
while their share of urban panchayat
presidents is 67%. With a 41.71% Muslim
population, the district of Bijnor has
92% presidents and 63% members of
municipalities who are Muslims while
among the urban panchayats, all the
presidents are Muslims who also have
74% of the seats.1
Many nagar palikas have elected
an overwhelming number of Muslim
members. A few illustrations follow:
Kakrala in Badayun district and Mubarakpur
in Azamgarh district, both have
22 out of a total of 25 members who are
Muslims. In Laharpur of Sitapur district
20 out of the 25 members and in Tanda
of Ambedkarnagar district 17 out of the
25 members are Muslims.

Conclusions
What explains this upsurge in Muslim
representation at the grass roots of
political life in UP? While this requires
much greater study, it surely points to
a growing autonomy of the Muslim
communities vis-ÃÂ -vis political parties.
But the question then arises as to why
this increased Muslim representation in
urban local governments does not get
replicated in assembly and parliamentary
elections? One part of an answer
may be that urban areas have dense
Muslim residential clusters while most
assembly and parliamentary constituencies
have a mix of rural and urban
areas, making it diffi cult for Muslim
candidates to get an edge on the basis of
community support.
However, in Muslim-dominant ULBs,
an unwelcome aspect is that there are
hardly any seats reserved for dalits. In
a very large number of cases, just one
seat is reserved for a dalit woman in the
nagar palikas and the urban panchayats.
It is still not clear as to what is the cause of
this lack of reserved seats, whether it is
because of the migration of dalits to non-
Muslim areas, or some other cause. This
makes these ULBs virtually non-representative
of dalits. Even among the Other
Backward Classes (OBCs) category, such
areas are electing only Muslim OBCs.
While adequate representation of Muslims
is welcome, their massive over-representation
in ULBs, that too at the cost
of dalits and non-Muslim OBCs, is a matter
of concern and can lead to a range of
diffi cult and dangerous political situations
in the future.

HOW BANGLADESH WILL DESTROY INDIA- By Mr. Baljit Rai (IPS Retd.)

Economic condition ââ¬â Poorest country in the World. It gets all its petrol and petroleum products free of cost from oil rich Middle East countries. It has to pay only transport charges.

Its density of population per sq. km. is three times that of India which is 267. In area Bangladesh is 1/25th the size of India but in population it is 1/7th.
Rate of growth of population in Bangladesh (all Muslims) is so high and fast that by the year 2017 (according to a report by the Government of Bangladesh) its population would be 240 million (24 crores). Where will they live in the small country? There is not enough land and resources even for the existing population.
Pressure on the population of Bangladesh is so great that at least 20 million ( 2 Crores) Muslims have illegally infiltrated into India. As a result of this massive illegal migration ten districts of Assam (out of 23) have become Muslim majority or near Muslim majority districts. In 56 constituencies of West Bengal Muslims have a decisive voice.
During the next 10 to 15 years at least 10 Crore (100 million) Muslims will infiltrate into India thereby adding tremendously to the population of Muslims in the country.
Since 1947, Hindu population in Bangladesh have been reduced from 30% to less than 10% because of the terrible religious persecutions and atrocities.
Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators have demanded second partition of India. This new country will be called ââ¬ÅMuslim Bango Bhoomiââ¬Â which will comprise large parts of West Bengal, Bihar and Assam and finally be merged with Bangladesh.
Bangladesh intellectuals have started claiming all the North Eastern States of India ( Assam, Meghalya, Arunachal Pardesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura), as the natural hinterland to accommodate the ever expanding Muslim population of Bangladesh.
In West Bengal Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators have forcibly grabbed houses and land belonging to Hindus and driven them away. It is not only in Kashmir that the Hindus have become refugees in their own country. It has happened in West Bengal too. This fact is known to the Government of India and yet is doing nothing.
The Congress-I and CPI(M.) Governments are strongly supporting the cause of the Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators in order to strengthen their vote banks.
Muslim population in West Bengal has increased from 5118269 in 1951 to 11743259 in 1981, as against Hindu population of 20751412 in 1951 to 42007159 in 1981. (1991 census figures have not yet been released by the Census Commission). Thus in 1951 there was 1 Muslim to 4 Hindus, whereas in 1981 the ratio was reduced to 1:3.5. With high natural growth of Muslim population and massive infiltration of Muslims from Bangladesh this ratio will get reduced to 1:1 in the next few decades. The other consequences can easily be imagined.
1991 census in Assam has been a big fraud. Census figures show that the 6 states of Arunachal Pardesh, Manipur, Meghalya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura have recorded population growth ranging from +27% to +57% during the decade 1981-91. How come Assam recorded a growth of only +23.58%?
If we fail to check massive infiltration of Bangladeshi Muslims, at least 10 Kashmirs will sprout in the next 10 years in the Eastern States of India. Today, no Indian can go to Kashmir. In 10 years time, no one will be able to go to Calcutta and Guwahati. Bangladesh with its massive population will bleed India to death as surely as Pakistan is doing today in Kashmir and Punjab.
Let there be no doubt about the shape of things to come. Mr. Chintamani Panigrahi, former governor of Manipur in an article under the caption ââ¬ÅA question of Identityââ¬Â in the Hindustan Times dated 10.1.93, made the following pertinent observations:
The census report of 1991 observed that when the density of population rose by 51 persons per square kilometer in 1991, West Bengal recorded the quantum increase at 151 persons per square kilometer. In eight West Bengal districts the population growth is very high.
As the influx from Bangladesh to West Bengal continues, leaders have now woken up and have brought to the notice of the Union Home Ministry that because of this influx, swift demographic changes have taken place in West Bengal. In their letter to the Union Home Minister they pointed out that in 132 constituencies in West Bengal votersââ¬â¢s strength have gone up by 40 to 50 percent while 34 other constituencies the votersââ¬â¢s list has shown a rise between 52 to 92 percent. The population in the border districts of West Bengal had risen by 30 percent as against 17 percent in South Bengal districts like Bankura.
Over a period of the last many years a substantial number of Bangladeshis were issued ration cards and were enfranchised. Bangladesh took full advantage of these opportunities.
Prime Minister Narshima Rao, during the first visit to Assam, in the first week of July 1992, while referring to this problem in his speech, said the influx was a national problem and was at the root of Assamââ¬â¢s instability. He suggested a meeting of the Chief Ministers of the concerned States to discuss this problem and to find out a national solution.
Had the process of the detection of migration of population been accelerated from the beginning and the laws enacted for the purpose of eliminating the delays, the problem would not have assumed such baffling proportions. How many migrants from outside can India hold, keeping in view its own growing pressure of population?
In this context it is also interesting to note that a group of intellectuals in Dhaka are seeking to legitimise the migration of its people into the adjoining North-Eastern region of India by invoking a theory of lebensraum or living space.
Daily newspapers in Dhaka publish write ups on these lines written by University professors. They write such articles with a view to motivate the people to cross over with a aim that one day Indiaââ¬â¢s North-Eastern region will be added to Bangladesh giving it a natural boundary in place of the present one, as they consider that it ââ¬Åthrottlesââ¬Â Bangladesh.
Such write ups and comments not only instigated an anti-India feeling in Bangladesh, it also advocated Bangladeshis right to migrate to India.
Some other reports which were published by the correspondents touring the border areas indicate that 500 to 1000 Bangladeshis cross over to India everyday through different areas. They are coming in small groups across the 2,145 km-long open border since the creation of Bangladesh in 1971. These reports published in the Frontier magazine dated November 6, 1992 highlight the dimension of the problem.
It is estimated that by the year 2000 there would be another five crore Bangladeshis desperate for land and trying to get into India. According to official estimates anything up to 80 lakh may be illegal migrants in India.
Take the case of 55,000 Chakma refugees from the Chittagong Hill tracts of Bangladesh, who have taken shelter in Tripura for the last many years. In Chittagong Hill Tracts, their lands have already been occupied by people from other parts of Bangladesh. The Chakmas demand that they should be first restored their alienated lands and then be given full security. In taking back the Chakma refugees, no positive measures have come from Bangladesh.
On the other hand Bangladesh raised the question of influx of Rohingiya refugees from Myanmar loudly to get international aid and assistance and to send them back to Mayanmar.
There may also be another reason for the migration. According to the prediction of ecologists, because the sea level will rise, many coastal areas in Bangladesh will be submerged in another 40 to 50 years.
It is high time that our country decides once and for all as to how many people from outside it can hold. It has also become urgent that our country should formulate a definite population policy specially relating to our border regions, where mounting social tensions are giving rise to political unrest because of unchecked regular flow of illegal migrants and their enrolment in the electoral rolls of their respective border states on the basis of ration cards issued to them.

The only answer is that India is being ruled by traitors who are hell bent on delivering the only Hindu country to Islam on a platter.
Note : Everyone must take a serious view of the fact that Begum Khaleda Zia, Prime Minister of Bangladesh cancelled her visit to Cairo to attended the International Conference on Population and Development (5-13 Sept. 1994) under the pressure of Muslim fundamentalists in her country who are dead opposed to family planning. Can an extremely over populated country like Bangladesh afford not to adopt family planning measures. The population bomb of Bangladesh will be much more destructive for India than even an Atomic bomb. The rulers of India whether in Delhi or Calcutta or Guwahati must wake up and take note of this ominous development. India cannot be allowed to be a victim of sexual profligacy of Bangladesh Muslims.

So, what will happen next in case you are from a different religion in love with a Muslim girl? Have no doubts, you will be bathed in petrol and set fire on!! A hapless boy of 21 years, Jithu Mohan was set alight after petrol was poured on him, all because he fell in love with Shabana, a Muslim girl hailing from Chunakkara. Grievously wounded, he has been admitted to the General Hospital, Ernakulam. The deed was done by the relatives of the girl, in an act of pure vengeance. And Jithu? A promising youth with a bright future in sports, being the Vice Captain of Keralaââ¬â¢s Junior football team which participated in the state championship held in Mizoram.
Jithu Mohan is a degree student of SD College. On coming to know about the relationship, the girlââ¬â¢s relatives opposed it and smuggled her to another relativeââ¬â¢s house. Following this Jithu gave a habeas corpus in the High Court, following which the girl was produced before court. She was, however, allowed to leave the place with her relatives. Meanwhile Jithuââ¬â¢s friends said that the youth was forcibly taken to the house of Shabanaââ¬â¢s sister who resides in Kodungallur by Shabanaââ¬â¢s brother in law. Also in league with Shabanaââ¬â¢s relative is a Police Officer of AR Camp, Wahab. The incident of setting Jithu afire took place in Wahabââ¬â¢s house.
A badly burnt Jithu was admitted to Medicare Hospital, Kodungalloor in the most ghastly condition, with 90% burns. His body was covered with burns and wraped by a plantain leaf, as he was taken to hospital. Later, by evening, 2 police officers, with the help of 2 hospital attendants took Jithu to the Ernakulam Medical Trust Hospital. From there, he has been shifted to Ernakulam General Hospital.
It was from the hospital at Kodungalloor that Jithu told his friend Sojan that Shabanaââ¬â¢s relatives tried to kill him by setting him alight with petrol. Sojan revealed this to Janmabhumi. Ernakulam judicial magistrate has taken Jithuââ¬â¢s statement in connection with the same.
