BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 06-30-2011 I came across Cho's insightful remarks: Vajapayee should have stayed as the PM for 3 years and allowed Advani to be the PM for 2 years. Doing this would have benefited BJP today, because it lacks a good leader now. He added, Vajpayee had Advani to campaign, but Advani has nobody to campaign for him. I kind of see LK in a new light now. BJP Future - 7 - ramana - 06-30-2011 When the history is written LKAji's sacrifices and contributions will be understood. He is the star of 2009 elections. Not from LS2009. I consider this survey as genuine though things generally will change by the elections are announced. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-03-2011 I don't buy this analysis. Congress can't gain that much. So is with SP. It is from Toilet paper anyway. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-03-2011
I don't buy this analysis. Congress can't gain that much. So is with SP. By the INC did not gain. It lost 2% from 2009LS. As I said in my earlier post, the swings are from 2007 Assembly elections where INC did like s h i t. 2009LS onwards it is a player in UP and we should not fall for the so called scams based rhetoric. Also LensOnNews did a pretty good survey on the political base. INC's political base is also intact inspite of 2G etc. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-03-2011 Quote:INC's political base is also intact inspite of 2G etc. This is surprising and Rahul drama will hurt Congress. Muslim vote will move from SP to Congress, it means Hindu vote will move out from Congress to BJP, Maya. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-03-2011 This is the best survey which mainstream media houses never do such surveys. Read it all. Read the above UP survey in conjunction with this survey. Congress perceived as synonymous with corruption, yet retains support of traditional base Quote:There is something in this survey that may give the beleaguered Congress party some relief. While the nationwide mood on corruption is adverse for the Congress party, in states like Punjab and Haryana, the Congress is the preferred party for governance at the Centre. And, among different voter segments, there are some segments that are still rooting for the Congress rule at the Centre despite finding the Congress to be corrupt. Less educated voters (58% to 33%), Muslims (75% to 17%), scheduled castes (55% to 33%), scheduled tribes (52% to 41%), and labourers (60% to 34%)ââ¬âbelieve the Congress is better for governance at the Centre than the BJP. These traditional supporters of the Congress perhaps feel that they are better off and their interests are better protected by the Congress rule at the Centre. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-05-2011 Quote: in states like Punjab and Haryana, the Congress is the preferred party for governance at the Centre. Because of Sikh as PM. What about educated and middle class? That must be reverse. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 07-27-2011 N Santosh Hegde is a corrupt congress plant. Who will investigate him? Hope BJP is not going to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. Ringmaster. - Jagannathan BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 08-01-2011 BSY is gone, who will be next. Do you think BSY will start his won party? BJP Future - 7 - ramana - 08-02-2011 Maybe BSY is a casualty in the ridding corruption campaign. By the time its all over many folks in all parties will be gone and its for India's good. So long as there are a few tainted folks in BJP they cant go hammer and tongs after INC. Think of this as opening shot in the war of attrition. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 08-02-2011 Sacking Yeddy is to please Sonia. BJP is Sonia's party. BJP has no future as a national party. They will never let Mody lead them. Hajpayee wanted Mody arrested and sent to jail. That shameful rotting flesh is the biggest betrayer of the Hindus. His followers rule the roost in today's national BJP and believe me my friends it will die before the INC does. Hindus must hurry and join a truly Hindu Party or cease to belong to the religion that Muslims and whitemen could not kill. BJP Future - 7 - Capt M Kumar - 08-02-2011 Five steps to a revitalized Brand BJP - The Times of India http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2011-07-31/all-that-matters/29835217_1_indian-politics-congress-party-spokespersons It is boring to watch anything one-sided ââ¬â from a wrestling bout to a cricket match. Indian politics is facing a similar situation. The BJP is turning out to be the weakest political opponent we have had in a long time. It is boring to be an observer in Indian politics. Also, it is terrible for the nation to not have a good alternative. This is despite the Congress doing numerous self-goals in the past two years. Scam after scam, a borderline civil unrest, rampant inflation, a smug and silent leadership and a first family that is either complicit or does not know what is going on ââ¬â even if the BJP planted insiders in the Congress, they could not have engineered so many debacles. Still, the BJP could not work the tide in its favor. People are not warming up to it. This despite having earnest BJP spokespersons, who come on TV everyday and tell us the following: Sonia Gandhi is Italian (for the nine millionth time), all Congress decisions are made by madam and everyone in the Congress party has an account in Switzerland. There are few challengers who could be called really opposition to INC and they are being attritioned. I am sure Shiela will not go. INC agents are infiltrated everywhere and almost all the opposition is compromised or checkmated. BJP Future - 7 - Guest - 08-02-2011 muppallaji, You have forgotton that there is the judiciary which is not in tune with the parliament. It has called the shots by arresting one minister and if anyone assumes that it the end then he is gravely mistaken. BJP Future - 7 - ramana - 08-03-2011 What is the real problem in Karanataka BJP? Why does Yeddy govt repeatedly have to face trust votes even after winning the elections? Is the party divided on his leadership? So whats the real story here? |
