Indian Internal Security - 4
#21
Christian governments in non-christian countries have a history of turning national armies and police forces christian. In India the situation is far more difficult, complex. So they enlist the aid of their equally-terrorist islamic brethren for help in achieving this. It explains very well why they officially have quotas for hiring islamis whilst unofficially hiring islamis preferentially and particularly implanting terrorists.

Nothing worse than undercover terrorists joining army or police ranks. They'll try to pick off the Dharmics in the force one by one.
Terrorists should be the only species that ought to become endangered and go extinct. IMO, upon conclusive discovery, shoot on sight. Because the traitor christoterrorist govt doesn't care about the safety of the general public or that of the security forces: it's not going to help Indian officers nor will it stand up for justice. After all, Congress supports Afzal, not his victims.

x-post. Shows the development of a predictable situation, one which is consistent with christorule:

A governor has written to Defence Minister A.K. Antony protesting that the Indian Army has not renewed the contract of some 30 lecturers who give discourses on various aspects of the Hindu religion to army jawans in different parts of the country. The system of organising religious lectures for jawans in forward areas to help them destress was started several years ago. Preachers belonging to the four major faiths — Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Sikhism — are trained at the National Harmony Centre in Pune. Antony has replied to the governor to say he is examining the matter. But eight months have passed and none of the lecturers on Hinduism have been taken back into service.

While there is an ongoing thread discussing the dangers of Islamic extremism in India, there are some wider issues which can also be discussed.

India, and its mainly Hindu citizens are facing economic cultural competition from four major sources. And discussion is certainly warranted. Note that I am distinguishing between West secular pop culture(which has Greco-Roman and Enlightenment, and some Christian influences) and purely Christian culture.

1. Economic & Socio-cultural Competition from Western secular popular culture:

While the West has some good ideas about civil liberties, social justice, let us not forget that absolute and utter liberty is not good for all citizens who then can not be cared for by the State. Liberty and Welfare should go together. We should be more like Scandinavia then say some right wing states in the US, without state mandated health insurance, etc.

2. Economic & socio-cultural Competition from Christianity:

Christianity has some good aspects to it, no doubt, like emphasis on charity and caring for one's fellow human being, but Christianity in competition with Indian ideologies in India is a pre-Enlightenment(European development of ideas of liberty, social justice) ideology which is anti-secular and anti-liberal. They oppose separation of Church and State, Women's rights to Abortion, and have a dated social and cultural view.

3. Economic & social-cultural competition from Political Islam:

Political Islam seeks to replace the existing Hindu dominated political and cultural landscape with a purely Islamist one. There may be more tolerant streams of political Islam, but they are not as strong in numbers as the more maintstream orthodox Wahabbi inspired thought-groups.

4. Economic & socio-cultural competition from Sino-Marxism:

Marxists and their Chinese compatriots want to weaken the dominant Hindu mindset of India to make room for a mindset which acknowledges Chinese pre-imminense in Asia, and makes room for the cultural desert of Marxism.

--------------

The above four are acknowledged sources of competition and have been spoken about by thinkers such as B. Raman, etc.

SHRI FRANCOIS GAUTIER

Dear friends,

Here below a summary of what FACT is going on at the moment. Please
pass it around, FACT has shifted into higher gear and we need
desperately funds to keep all the projects going:

1) We have started the preparation for a film on Christian
Conversions in India with some indications by HH Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
It will be shot in Gujarat and in the Bangalore slums, with maybe some
footage from Delhi. Should be ready by Feb end.

2) We will use the stills to make a traveling exhibit for India
and the West.

3) We have completed a film "The Trauma of 1947 "with
testimonies of survivors.

4) We will start filming testimonies of recent victims of
terrorism (Varanasi, Hyderabad,Mumbai, Delhi) soon after that and an
exhibition will come out of it.

5) We are now doing an exhibition on Sikhism in collaboration
with the President of the Gurudwara Committee of Delhi. Tentative
inauguration: 25th Jan, New Delhi

6) We are trying to also show exhibits on Aurangzeb and Shivaji
in Delhi gurdwaras

7) Big show for Shivaji in Mumbai on 9th March with HH Sri Sri
Ravi Shankar and hopefully Bal Thakeray (if his health permits)

Audio CD on Hinduism with particular reference to western
societies. This is a big project and we need sponsors

9) A film on families of killed/murdered military heroes. Funds needed

10) Aurangzeb exhibition was successfully shown in Delhi, Bangalore
and Pune. Next stop: Mumbai and MP

1) We are starting this year a new exhibit on Dara Sukhoh, or 'the
true spirit of Sufism'.

12) we have upgraded our websites. Please have a look:

http://www.fact-india.com/
http://www.factusa.blogspot.com/
http://youtube.com/factindia
http://www.francoisgautier.com/

But overall,as you know, FACT has an ultimate goal: To build an Indian
Memory museum. No nation can move forward, unless it faces squarely
its past. As His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art
of Living Foundation, pointed out recently, " the courage to remember,
helps us not to repeat the same mistakes and to build a better future
for our children ". We have got the land now in Pune, but we need
funds to start leveling, fencing etc.

If you want to help for all these noble endeavours, you can help us
raise funds, as we operate on shoestring budgets. FACT India is a
registered Trust with tax exemption. If the donation is in Indian
rupees, a cheque can be made in the name of FACT and mailed to
François Gautier, Auromodel, Auroville, 605101, India. If it is in $,
£, or €, it can be made in the name of François Gautier, specifying in
an accompanying letter for which project it is meant. I will transfer
the rupees in the FACT account which is Canara Bank, Pondichery a/c
NO: is 27147

Take care

Imran Warsi, the ISI agent hailing from Karachi, was arrested in Bhopal on Saturday with sensitive information regarding deployment, unit details and important phone numbers of the Indian Army," Inspector General (STF) Sanjeev Singh told reporters in Bhopal.

On information collected from him, police arrested two others -- Iqbal and Akhtar -- who were acting as his local contacts and supplying him sensitive information, Singh said.

Imran had been passing on sensitive information through e-mail and phone to his "handlers" in Pakistan and Dubai, from where he received the funding through Western Union Money Transfer, Singh said.

Jihadis shifting base to N-E

Rakesh K Singh | New Delhi

Pakistan-based terror outfits are turning their attention away from Jammu and Kashmir to North-East. Sustained interrogation of a Bangladeshi terrorist by the intelligence agencies in Guwahati has revealed a diabolical plot to revitalise militancy in the North-East through greater coordination between local terror outfits like ULFA and Lashkar-e-Tayyeba and Jaish-e-Mohammad. Pakistan's ISI is actively engaged in aiding and abetting the entire exercise.

Arrested Bangladeshi terrorist S Alam, a pointsperson for ISI operations in the North-East, was nabbed by the security agencies from Guwahati recently. He hails from Uttara police station in Dhaka and is one of the founding members of Chhatra Shibir, a banned terror outfit in Bangladesh, intelligence sources said.

Alam's interrogation has revealed that he was in touch with 24 militant outfits active in the North-East. Acting for the ISI, he was also tasked with developing sleeper cells in the Muslim-dominated pockets of the North-East as well as along the Indo-Bangladesh border in West Bengal, sources said.

His interrogation also revealed that the ISI has directed the ULFA to share the profits of its illegal business concerns in Bangladesh and South East Asia.

ULFA is funded by a sophisticated network of extortion in Assam and other States of the region. Besides, the outfit is also into ISI-backed illegal business of circulating counterfeit Indian currency notes and drug-running for generating funds.

ULFA commander-in-chief Paresh Barua is worth approximately $110 million, according to the American think tank Strategic Foresight Inc (Stratfor).

Stratfor specialises in global intelligence, analysis and forecasting.

ULFA chief, according to a Stratfor report, has business operations throughout India, Bangladesh and the Persian Gulf, including hotels, consulting firms, driving schools, tanneries, department stores, textile factories, travel agencies, investment companies, shrimp trawlers and soft drink factories.

The militant group's core leadership is believed to be living in luxury in Bangladesh for the past 15 years. ULFA is believed to be funding political parties in Bangladesh in exchange for shelter and patronage from the political allies in that country.

Flush with funds, ULFA continues to rely heavily on the use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and lobbing grenades and half of the violence perpetrated by the outfit in Assam was reported from Guwahati, according to intelligence agencies.

Communication intercepts with the intelligence agencies suggest that the top brass of LeT and JeM have held regular talks with the ULFA leadership for the militant strategy to be adopted by them in the North-East, sources said and added that the implementation of the latest strategy in the region is being funded by ULFA at the behest of the ISI.

These outfits are planning to spread their influence in the region following the setback they have suffered at the hands of the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, said a senior intelligence official.

According to intelligence agencies, the North-East region remains a disturbed and sensitive area, with a high degree of militant violence in Assam, Manipur and Nagaland. The lethality of ULFA violence in Assam has increased manifold with the killing of 175 persons, including seven personnel of the security forces, in 188 incidents last year till August. About 75 per cent of the violence and over 50 per cent of the incidents in Assam were accounted by ULFA-triggered terrorist acts.

QUOTEFamily pension for jihadis
pioneer.com
This chat was downloaded from the web. It is a conversation that took place between the commander of a jihadi outfit and a middle-rung functionary operating somewhere in Jammu and Kashmir. To mask their personalities, we decided to call them jihadi 1(J1) and jihadi 2 (J2) respectively.

J2: Salaam Waleiqum Boss, I have bad news to report. Infidel dogs of the Indian security forces have mounted a great deal of pressure on our jihadi groups. As it is, the cold wave in the Valley is at its peak. It has snowed all over and made movement difficult. The local population is less scared of us than before, so we are having trouble finding safe houses. Worse, we are having great difficulty recruiting. In spite of all our brainwashing efforts and sustained Pakistani support, we aren't getting enough locals to act as informers or porters. Even our hardcore people are getting frustrated and want to go back home. Tell me, Boss, what should I do? Really need your guidance now.

J1: Waleikum Salaam. You have turned out to be a real bewaqoof! Whoever made you Area Commander? I need to have that fellow's head examined, besides yours. Obviously you don't follow the news. Haven't you heard what the Indian Government has announced to help our jihadi cause?

J2: Indian Government is going to help us? I don't believe this! What are you saying Boss? Please don't communicate in riddles. True, I have been too worried about logistics the last week, having lost several boys in encounters with Indian forces. So, I haven't been able to keep up with the news. Please tell me.

J1: Listen properly you idiot. The Indian Government has made recruitment much easier for us. They have offered such attractive terms for jihadis that we won't have to send you assorted Afghans, Chechens, Sudanese and other outsiders. You will be able to recruit all the boys you need locally. I think they will queue up to join your ranks after last week's announcement. You should go from village to village giving the good news and reassure families of the boys already with us, and those who are likely to join us soon.

J2: Sir, please don't keep me in the dark any more. Tell me what is the great bonanza the Indian Government has announced.

J1: The Indian Government has declared that it will pay compensation to the family of every jihadi killed in encounters with security forces. I don't know yet if this means that the families will get a monthly pension or a hefty one-time compensation. But whatever it is, do you realise its significance? In my 10 years of service in different countries, Afghanistan and Chechnya particularly, I have never come across a Government that actually rewards us for killing their boys! This is quite incredible. It can happen only in India. It will make our recruitment drive so much easier. Now you guys spread out all over and tell villagers that enlisting as a jihadi is as good as enlisting in the police or Army. The service conditions are probably better with us. They will not only get regular salaries from us, but also opportunities to travel the world. Whenever we plan terror strikes outside India, we will consider sending them to places like Spain, Britain, Australia and other such countries. Of course, they may have to do stints in Africa and Russia too, but we will ensure they don't only get hardship postings. And who knows, as our terror net expands and we succeed in infiltrating into the US in big numbers, they may even get a chance to take part in something like 9/11.

J2: But, Boss, these service conditions exist already. What's new? We are currently offering new recruits a great package, much better than what we got. In fact I have mentioned my salary hike issue to you several times...

J1: Khamosh, budtameez! How dare you bring up your salary issue now? You are supposed to be working for a Great Cause. When you die fighting in a jihad you will get to heaven and have a pick of the choicest houris. But think of the future recruits. Now they can join our ranks, kill Indian forces at will and when they are eliminated in encounters, they would have died happily in the assurance that the Indian Government will take care of their families.

J2: Yes, Boss. It is a great offer. You are right we will be able to cajole hundreds into joining the jihad from now. Potential recruits were always worried what would happen to their families when they got killed. That's a worry that's gone forever. But tell me, Boss, what's wrong with the Indian Government? How could they make a promise like that? Won't people in India get outraged?

J1: The Indian Government has always been very considerate to jihadis in Kashmir. Don't you remember the time when quintals of delicious, mouth watering biryani was ferried into the Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar where our boys were holed up for a few weeks? The boys got so used to biryani and kabab that they didn't want to leave! And as for public opinion, no Government in India cares about such things. Indian people are very docile. Everyday Maoists are killing dozens of security forces, but the Home Minister says that terrorists are poor, misguided youth! Remember the Parliament attack of December 13? So many Indian policemen died saving their leaders, but even now compensation has not been given, their family members don't have the jobs they were promised. Does anybody care? I am telling you, our sympathisers in the Indian media will soon start agitating to improve the compensation package offered to jihadis. They are all very considerate towards us and dead against their own security forces.

J2: You are right Boss. After all, when they released Azhar Masood Sahib, a top Minister even escorted him and his fellow jihadis back to Kandahar. I remember that very distinctly. Those who cried hoarse asking for his release, holding placards on Delhi's streets that time are now blaming the earlier Government for being chicken! It is a funny country, I must confess. Oh my God! Gunfire! I think the infidel dogs have discovered my hideout. I have to get out, Boss. Don't worry, I will launch a big recruitment drive very soon and explain the Government of India's generous compensation scheme. I assure you big success. Shukriya Boss.

J1: By the way, the State Government has started another programme to help us. It is going to kill 50 dogs in the next few days so that they don't bark and alert the security forces. I think they will gradually massacre all dogs in the Valley so our boys have a free run.

J2: Indian Government is great Boss! With enemies like them, who needs friends?

(The facts mentioned are real. The conversation, needless to add, is imaginary.)

Note 1
The official language of Nagaland is English and its ‘national anthem’ is also in English. Irving Berlin (1888 - 1989) wrote “God Bless My America”, a patriotic song that has been quite popular in US since WW II. As per the Library of Congress (of USA) records it is the “America’s unofficial national anthem”. The Naga national anthem is a true adaptation, just short of a copy. The original American is given below, and the Naga one alongside in square brackets.

God Bless America [God bless my Nagaland]

Land that I love [That I love]

Stand beside her, and guide her [Stand beside her and guide her]

Through the night with a light from above. [Through the night with a light from above]

From the mountains, to the prairies, [From the mountains and the valleys and]

To the oceans, white with foam [The hilltops where I roam]

God bless America [God bless my Nagaland]

My home sweet home. [My home sweet home].

Pioneer News Service | New Delhi
A terror threat has cast its shadow over senior BJP leader LK Advani's proposed Sankalp Yatra. After the Government officially conveyed to Advani about a possible suicide attack on him, the BJP decided to rework the yatra schedule and postponed all his rallies for a month. Advani will, however, visit Jabalpur on Wednesday to formally launch the yatra, which among other things, was to highlight the worsening internal security scenario.

Sources said National Security Adviser (NSA) MK Narayanan met Advani on Monday night and told him that intelligence agencies have credible and specific information that he may be targeted by suicide squads. Narayanan advised Advani to keep his appearances at public places like rallies to the minimum for about a month till the extent of the threat was verified, sources said.

Fighting Terror: Indian Army to train KSRP troops
QUOTEFeb 10, 2008
Bangalore: The Indian Army will train Karnataka Special Reserve Police (KSRP) personnel in counter-insurgency operations at the Parachute Regimental Training Centre in Bangalore.

The Army’s offer comes in the wake of the arrest of two terrorists near Davangere and their shocking revelations of trans-border linkages in Pakistan.

Caught off guard by the intensified terror activities across the State, the Karnataka police has sought the Army’s assistance in dealing with the menace. The training programme would last four weeks with a semi-technical capsule on neutralisation of improvised explosive devices, Brig Clement Samuel, Commander Karnataka and Kerala Sub Area said.

Brig Samuel added that the training programme was in accordance with a letter from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), New Delhi to the Home Secretaries of various states to avail assistance from the Army to train their para-military forces to tackle internal security threats.

“The MoD has directed the states, especially those affected by Naxalite or terrorist threats, to get a nucleus or core group of policemen trained by the Army which in turn would train other police personnel,“ he added. The Army headquarters has also instructed its various formations in different states to provide all help to state para-military forces.

To start off, 30 KSRP personnel will be trained in counter-insurgency operations like cordon and search, attack on a ultra hideout, IED neutralisation and physical fitness programmes to enhance endurance levels. Physical fitness would also be part of the training capsule which involves a 25-kilometre road walk and run.

While the four-week training programme would be conducted at the Parachute Regiment Training Centre, the three-day capsule on neutralisation of IEDs would be undertaken at the Madras Engineer Group (MEG) and Centre, Bangalore. The MEG specialises in demolition and field engineering, involving expertise in defusing explosives.

The KSRP which also has its battalions stationed at Belgaum, Hubli and Karwar is also exploring options to train its personnel at the Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre, Belgaum. The Army has acquired immense institutional expertise in counter-insurgency operations owing to its extended employment in J&K besides the north-eastern region.

When contacted, Additional Director-General of Police, KSRP, A R Infant confirmed that KSRP will be working with the Army in the days to come. “There will soon be a training programme in co-operation with the Army,” he said.
