<b>Curfew imposed in Guwahati as mobs vent fury</b>
State is ruled by corrupt Congress Party of India.

Shame of India should resign, he represents Assam in RS.

Indian Government had no incentives to arrest Muslim terrorist whether they are from Pakistan, Bangladesh or India. Till they are killing innocent Indians Indian Prime Minsiter can sleep and they can win election by small parties. But if they arrest Muslims terrorist, big loss to small parties tie up.

NEW DELHI: The Samajwadi Party has announced that the party will give Rs1 million (10 lakh) to the Jamia Millia Islamia students who were arrested on the charge of being allegedly involved in Sep 13 blasts in Delhi.

Amar Singh, general secretary of the Samajwadi Party, made the announcement on Thursday evening while attending a meeting of Jamia Old Boys Association on the issue of Jamia Nagar shootout.

"We have decided to provide support to Jamia students arrested on the charges of their alleged involvement in the blasts," said Amar Singh.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->MC Sharma’s family refuses Amar Singh’s cheque, Protests outside his residence
Tribune News Service

New Delhi, October 6

The family of slain Delhi police inspector Mohan Chander Sharma today expressed anguish and hurt at the remarks of Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh in which he called the encounter fake. The family also refused to accept a cheque given by him.

Sharma was killed in an encounter with terrorists on September 19 in the Jamia Nagar area of South Delhi.

The family and friends of Sharma today held a demonstration outside the official residence of Amar Singh on Lodhi road. About hundreds of protestors, who had gathered there, demanded an apology for his remarks and shouted slogan against Singh calling him “friend of terrorists”.

<b>The Samajwadi Party leader had announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh for the family of the deceased inspector soon after his death and in fact had given a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to Sharma’s widow. However, after Amar Singh’s remark yesterday, the family has decided to return the cheque, which they had not yet encashed.</b>

“We are deeply hurt by his remarks on the encounter. If he thinks it was fake, then why did he announce help of Rs 1 million for us after my son died in the shootout,” Narottam Sharma, father of the slain cop, said at his Dwarka house in South West Delhi. “My son was very much with the special cell and was not transferred to any other department of the Delhi police as claimed by Amar Singh. One should refrain from doing politics over the issue,” Narottam Sharma said.

Amar Singh had raised doubts about the police version of the September 19 shootout on his visit to Jamia Nagar last Saturday and reiterated the same during a public meeting in Sharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) yesterday. “Inspector Sharma had been transferred from the special cell of the Delhi police only few days before the so-called encounter. Why was he sent when his transfer was already decided?” Singh had said.

However, the Delhi police has rubbished the charges by Amar Singh. “Inspector M.C. Sharma was very much a part of the special cell and was leading the operation against the terrorists in L-18, Jamia Nagar in his capacity as the inspector of the cell. He was an asset to the special cell and there were no such thing as he being transferred out of it,” clarified Rajan Bhagat, PRO, Delhi police.

Terror revisited the city on Friday as three persons were killed and seven injured, some critically, when a powerful bomb planted by suspected ULFA militants went off at a busy market in this city's Maligaon area on Fiday.

Police said that the bomb planted in a bicycle and left behind two parked cars near the railway shuttle gate market exploded at 6.30 pm killing three persons and injuring seven.

The two cars were completely damaged under the impact of the blast, which took place just 100 meter away from the headquarters of the North East Frontier Railway.

Today's blast comes close on the heels of the killing of Pranjal Deka, prime accused in the New Year's day blasts, in a shootout with police and army on Thursday.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Staff Reporter | New Delhi

The third chargesheet filed by the Delhi Police has reiterated the Batla House angle to the conspiracy behind the September 13 serial blasts in the Capital. Despite various political parties, including Ministers in the UPA Government, questioning the veracity of the encounter, the police have stated in one chargesheet after another that the<b> serial blasts were plotted at L-18, Batla House, in the Jamia Nagar area of south Delhi</b>.

Submitting the third chargesheet before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Sanjay Bansal, the police have held Zeeshan and Mohammad Sajid, the Indian Mujahideen operatives, responsible for carrying out the blast at Barakhamba Road on September 13 last year. <b>Zeeshan, one of the key conspirators, is currently in the custody of Gujarat police. Another accused, Sajid, was killed in the shootout at L-18 Batla House on September 19. Zeeshan was arrested from Jhandewalan area on the evening of the Batla House encounter</b>.

In the chargesheet, the Special Cell of Delhi Police referred to the disclosure of Zeeshan that he, along with Sajid, had planted the bomb inside a dustbin at Barakhamba Road. The explosion had claimed two lives and left 28 injured. The police have stated that the entire conspiracy was hatched by Amir Raza Khan, a co-founder of the Indian Mujahideen. Khan is said to have worked in close coordination with Shehzad Ahmed and Mohammed Ariz alias Junaid, who had escaped from Batla House after shooting at Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma. Appearing in the court, the Investigating Officer (IO), however, said the Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory (CFSL) report pertaining to the laptop, mobile phones and explosives recovered from them was pending and would be filed later.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Sanjeev Yadav said the other co-accused chargesheeted by the police are Mohammad Saif, Saquib Nissar, Mohammad Shakeel, Jia-ur-Rehman, Quayamuddin and Sadiq Sheikh. While the police had secured the custody of Quayamuddin from Madhya Pradesh, Sadiq was brought from Mumbai on transit remand. The police have also accused Mohammad Hakim, whose custody was secured by the police on January 4 following his arrest by the Uttar Pradesh police. A supplementary chargesheet against him would also be filed later.

The police have accused 28 persons in connection with the serial blasts, of which 16 have been arrested and <b>12 are absconding. Those on the run include Riyaz Batkal, Shahrukh and Mohammed Khalid, who allegedly supplied the explosives</b>. The police also secured the non-bailable warrants for the absconders till February 16. <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

NEW DELHI: In what should scotch all doubts about who was responsible for the Samjhauta Express blasts of February 2007 that killed about 70 people, US has approached the UN to get a certain Asif Kasmani declared an international terrorist.

The reasons cited by US to get Kasmani, a Pakistani national, declared an international terrorist are his involvement in the Samjhauta Express blasts.

Kasmani is considered to be the link between Laskar-e-Toiba and Al Qaida. Though India had blamed the Samjhauta Express blasts on elements from Pakistan, the latter has strenuously denied any connection to the incident.

<b>Much later, a goof-up by the prosecution in the Malegaon blast case raised some doubts about the involvement of Abhinav Bharat plotter Lt Col Srikant Purohit, bringing an Hindutva terror element into play. This had given Pakistan a handle, claiming that terror events are routinely blamed on it while the "Hindu" angle was ignored.</b><!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

PTI | New Delhi
Army Chief Deepak Kapoor on Tuesday warned that 26/11-type Mumbai terror attacks were a possibility and that India has to take all steps to counter such strikes.

<b>"We have to take all steps to prevent any Mumbai-type attacks. We cannot rule out apprehensions of such possibilities,"</b> Kapoor told reporters here on the sidelines of an Army function.

To a question if there were any terror alerts in the recent times, he said the South Asian region is infested with terror groups. Be it India, Afghanistan or Pakistan, "we have to collectively battle such threats."

Noting that Pakistan too had come under terror attacks in recent times, he said both Defence Minister AK Antony and Home Minister P Chidambaram had asked us to be cautious against such threats.

To allegations from Pakistan Army that they have seized some Indian-made weapons from terrorists involved in recent attacks, the Army chief said <b>India had no intention of causing trouble inside Pakistan and that it did not support any terror group in the region.

"We want Pakistan to be stable and peaceful,"</b> he said.

On the naxal menace, Kapoor said the Army would continue to train paramilitary forces to fight against the naxals and it would be an ongoing process.

"The battle against naxals will not be over in one day. To eradicate naxalism, it is going to take time. It is going to be a long drawn battle," he said, giving examples of counter- insurgency operations in Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast which had gone on for decades.

He said providing strategy and equipment to paramilitary forces in the fight against naxals would be a futuristic option.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Any-more-terror-attacks-from-Pak-will-be-retaliated-Chidambaram/articleshow/5185506.cms

the stern warning that the <b>next</b> time the pakistanis attack, there will be hell to pay.

oh yeah, pakistanis were reported to be quivering so hard in their boots that they had to buy new boots. they were also reported to the rolling on the floor laughing.

there has been exactly zero retaliation for 11/26. all of us know that the next incident will have no impact whatsoever, because all the dead are normal citizens of india.

now, however, if the pakistanis really want to have some impact, they need to kill someone of importance. the state knows how to react when an important person is killed.

for instance, when samuel reddy died, there were 5,000 troops combing the forest within minutes. (of course, when veerappan was terrorizing normal people in similar forests, they could only muster 10 policemen for the manhunt).

when indira gandhi was killed, they could muster 10,000 kkkangressis to go out and kill sikhs.

so, the wise pakistani knows that if he keeps killing ordinary citizens, but avoiding killing any of the holy cows, there will be no reprisals, no deterrents. even if they attack parliament, the convicted terrorist will be kept alive by the human-rights cottage industry, aka the "only-mohammedans-have-rights" industry.

Posted by nizhal yoddha at 11/01/2009 06:51:00 PM 3 comments <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->I don't know ... it sounds more like an invite to TSP. "See you next time" sort of thing.

Or perhaps they mean it. At last. The cryptochristian govt installed in India has threatened to retaliate <i>next</i> time the terrorists of TSP attack.
What, by ceding Hindu Kashmir to islam? (Can't rule this out, after all, since MMS did promise on Sonia's behalf that islamania will have first claim to resouces in Bharatam. Hence the blind eye to islamic terrorism and the timed christian diversion by inventing "Hindoo terrierism" to scuttle the justice system. And hence the Sexual Jihad where islam is given uncontested and unprotested first claim on Hindu and other infidel female resources, while the unIndian govt of India does nothing and Hindus are not allowed to say anything, in case christoislamic sentiments get impinged upon. And hence the various etceteras.)

Oh and never mind that TSP has already attacked (mostly) Dharmics on Indian soil innumerable times since the British left - but then jeebus(jehovallah) being all-merciful, forgives his sheepish ummah umpteen times: it's only the kaffiri heathens that got blown up after all. But finally, for the umpteen+1 time, the non-existent jeebus has holy spooked his puppet Santa Sonia to tell her sockpuppet Madmoron Stink to tell his finger (toe, rather) puppet Chidambaram to Strike A Pose for a bit.

And *that's* why he's now singing Iko - you know, that (unofficial) US national anthem. That typical school playground fight song. Oh come on, let's not pretend we're all grown up and don't remember the lyrics anymore, especially since Chidambaram has now vocalised the run-up to it with his little bit of verbal fist-shaking at TSP. Besides, since MMS is going to duet with him on this the next time round, the fans may as well revise the words in anticipation:

<i>My flag boy and your flag boy, sitting by the fire
My flag boy told your flag boy: I'm gonna set your flag on fire
(Talkin' 'bout
Hey Now, Hey Now x2
Iko Iko Inay
Jockamo fino ananay
Jockamo fina nay)</i>

Yeah, take that TSP!
I think that means MMS may perhaps burn a TSP flag in rehearsed angry condemnation after the next attack. And Chidambaram may cheer him on and do some more grandstanding for publicity. No?

Or perhaps - yes, I think this is it - the duo may then <i>even</i> move onto that other stanza, which we can in context interpret as referring to communists of various shades of red (naxals, maoists, leninists, marxists, ideologically-christian communists, any other sorted, unsorted and assorted communists). Maybe this means that, in their final dare, Sonia and gang are going to threaten TSP with calling in the internal (or even the external/neighbouring?) Red army:
<i>Look at my king, all dressed in red (Iko Iko Inay)
Betcha five dollars he'll kill ya dead (Jockamo fina nay)</i>

And while one's at it, may as well re-traverse the final stanza which in this sordid take can be seen as referring to the "Love" Jihad and its Baby Factory intentions:
<i>See that guy all dressed in green (Iko Iko Inay)
He's not a man, he's a luvin' machine (Jockamo fina nay)</i>

(See? A song for all seasons. Or ours at any rate.)

MMS, Chidambaram and other native useful idiots are part of a band called the Singing Sepoys I think. They sing to Sonia for their supper. She throws them a bone now and then. Since it's not enough, they would like you to support them. Please buy their Singles and Jingles album and/or donate generously to their The Loaded Political Paupers fund.

Yeah, sorry for involving the song.
