I hope that the ATS criminals and their superiors will be put to justice and get tortured at least the same way as they have done to the arrested armymen and Sadhvi ji.
Another group to be hunted to be put to justice is the media. Indian media has proved to be of such a low level of paparazzi papers and tabloid gossips to be found on the desks of waiting rooms of offices or the dentist.
It looks like the Bush/Karl Rove gang election policy is copied by the Congress of Sunya Maino. Her Emptiness doesn't care to annihilate India. It is not her motherland. One can't really blame a Grdhra to be one. It is the chamcha's who established a Grdhra-rajya who have to be blamed.
The mad development is that Sadhus, Sadhvis and Sainikas are made a target.
I do not know the (political) colouring of NDTV, but these two reports below hit the mail or frustration of the ATS of Maharashtra and the Congress.

It is U-turn that could prove expensive for the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS).
The state appointed public prosecutor is now saying that he was misquoted and that he never said that the RDX was pilfered from the Army and used in the Samjhauta Express blast.
On Saturday the same public prosecutor had said in court that Malegaon accused Lt Colonel S Purohit had sourced army RDX for the Samjhauta Express blasts. He made these arguments in court while trying to extend his custody.
The development comes after the Anti-Terrorist Squad began looking at the possibility of Purohit's involvement in the train blasts which killed 68 people.
The blasts took place on February 17, 2007 near Panipat in Haryana.
Initial investigations in the case had said that the perpetrators of the blast could have affiliations with Lashkar-e-Toiba.</i>

Another claim of proof was a statement from an eyewitness who allegedly overheard a phone conversation between the sadhvi and the main accused Ramji Kalsangra. But if the conversation was on phone, how did the eyewitness hear both sides?
The police also claimed that Purohit stole 60 kg of RDX from an Army depot in Nasik. But experts say that it's very difficult for Military Intelligence officers to source RDX, especially this quantity.
The police have so far charged most of those caught for being part of the conspiracy. But they still haven't zeroed in on those directly involved in the plot of making the bomb and planting it.
The bulk of the police case, as in most such cases, is built on the statements of the accused, owning up to the crime and on telephone transcripts, neither of which is admissible in court.
But the police say they have got evidence which they will produce in due course.

My critique: how reliable is a statement made through unreliable means (narco tests). Besides, they are under pressure to come with results. As they don't have, the only thing they can say is that they will produce (read: create) evidence in due course.
The ATS has nothing and have no other option but to return to the SIMI and Muslim terrorists. But the ATS, through their Maharashtra Congress instigation, has to compete with the CBI, backed by the New Delhi Congress, when nailing Hindus and turning attention off Muslim terrorists.
