Implications of expanding Indian success in the west

The college graduate data is important, because the first generation college grad rate of 70% and the second gen of 65%

is higher than the jewish rate of 60%

Indians, because of geography, have come later and are relatively less. As per estimates Indians are about 2+ million, and Jews are 6+ million. The nature of legal immigration of Indians into USA means only graduates enter into USA from India. So are we comparing apples to oranges here?
