Read this to understand where they come from and
what they want to acheive

http://www.thegoldenthread.com/about.html
Alan Butler is a prolific writer who is just as happy writing a comedy play for BBC national and world radio as he is in working on an Elizabethan novel. However, his greatest love is and always has been history. As a child he would read book after book on archaeology, folklore, mythology, astronomy and history from around the world. What he developed was a suspicion of the 'event-based' method of history teaching and a desire to investigate the 'historical undertones' that are the real motivating factors for change.

Fifteen years ago Alan, already a professional writer, took a hastily arranged holiday in Crete, an event that was destined to change his life. He came across a strange archaeological artifact known as the Phaistos Disc and almost immediately recognised it as being some sort of astronomical or astrological calendar. His fascination with the Phaistos Disc ultimately took on the proportions of an obsession and led, ultimately, to the publishing of 'The Bronze Age Computer Disc' in 1999.
This Alan Butler and his team have been trying to create a new history of Europe
outside of Christianity and tracing history of 5000 years old.
They are willing to accept that Christianity hold a secret for 2000 years and Christian history may not be true.

The Goddess, The Grail And The Lodge

The Goddess, The Grail
And The Lodge
Tracing the Origins of Religion

The extraordinary stories of the Holy Grail, have been captivating audiences since early medieval times. The Grail is often described as being the cup from which Jesus drank at the Last Supper but how could this possibly be the case when it is obvious that this most enigmatic of symbols can be traced back long before Christianity even appeared?

A series of unique discoveries regarding the European Bronze-Age brought researcher and author Alan Butler to a radical reappraisal of what the Holy Grail truly represented. The inescapable truth was is the Grail is a symbol replete with feminine overtones and that its central place in modern religion hinted at the survival of a religious imperative that is probably as old as humanity itself.

This realisation was exciting enough but it proved to be only the tip of a very large iceberg. Across the colourful tapestry of history, and together with his Canadian colleague Stephen Dafoe, Alan has been able to identify what he describes as a 'golden thread'. From long before the rise of Christianity, groups of people have been consistently dedicating their lives in order to ensure that the ages-old religious belief focussed around a Great Goddess would not disappear.

This is a story that spans more than five-thousand years and which takes in some of the most fascinating and mysterious groups, such as the powerful and incredibly influential fighting brotherhood, the Knights Templar. Alan Butler is able to explain, probably for the first time ever, exactly what the Holy Grail represents and just how pivotal 'Grail knowledge' has been to the development of the modern world.

Goddess worship is alive and well in the 21st century and what is more it has safeguarded a number of secrets, the answers to which will shock readers with their implications and importance. Within the pages of this book lie many of the truths that underpin Dan Brown's tremendously successful novel 'The Da Vinci Code'.

The Warriors and the Bankers
A history of the Knights Templar
from 1307 to the present

By Alan Butler & Stephen Dafoe

In The Warriors and the Bankers, the research and writing team of Alan Butler and Stephen Dafoe bring their combined experiences to bear on the question asked for hundreds of years, What became of the Knights Templar? Arrested in 1307, dissolved in 1312 and executed by 1314, the Templars have been the subject of many theories concerning their possible survival.

This book examines these theories against new evidence and information. Additionally the authors put forth, for the first time, a completely NEW theory that has caught the ears, eyes and attention of many readers.

The ultimate conclusion is that the Templars did survive, virtually intact and that in a very direct sense, they may still be one of the most potent forces at work in the world at the start of the new Millennium. The Warriors and the Bankers is eminently readable and is intended for both the serious student of Templarism or simply the interested observer.

The real tussle is between the male Abrahamic God and the pagan goddess. This is the real struggle even now.
Check this and find out if they are trying to connect the myth they are building with India
and wokring with missionaires in India. There seems to be sudden interest in these subjects from 2002 and myths and ancient histories are being revived out if nowhere.

A Fortunate Meeting
Stephen Dafoe

Stephen Dafoe

In 1998 I was fortunate enough to come across a fellow researcher. His name was Stephen Dafoe and he lives in Canada. There were strong parallels between Stephen's research and my own. Stephen was an expert in aspects of history related to a mysterious group of fighting monks known as 'The Knights Templar', that was founded in the 12th century. My own research was beginning to show that the Knights Templar and a brother order of monks, 'The Cistercians' had possessed knowledge of the Salt lines of France and Britain and that they were in some way connected with Solomon and therefore, ultimately, the Bronze Age cultures of England and France.
Cistercian Abbey

Stephen and I soon became firm friends and we began to pool our efforts, which resulted in the publication of two books, 'The Warriors and the Bankers' and 'The Templar Continuum'. We were able to show that not only had a knowledge of Megalithic geometry and the Salt line system been retained, right up to the medieval period, but that there had been a definite and deliberate imperative on the part of a shadowy group of people from Champagne and Burgundy to <span style='color:red'>destroy the power of the Roman Catholic Church and to introduce a very different form of religion and government to Europe and beyond. It was exactly 'the conspiracy' that Baigent, Leigh and Lincoln had suggested in 'The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail', though we now had a wealth of information they could not have guessed at.</span>

Most importantly, our common research into the Cistercians and the Templars indicated that reverence not for a 'God' but rather a 'Goddess' had survived the many centuries between the time of Solomon and the medieval period in Western Europe.

Dunno, if this is the right place for the following..........

Yesterday, in BOOK-TV (C-SPAN), there was a telecast of a Book Expo. Russell Simmons spoke for a little while, and saw him wearing a t-shirt that had a baby Ganesha (with a halo). I have read in Business Week that he practices yoga and has the Hindu goddess Lakhsmi in one of his praying shrines.

Does anybody know if he converted to Hinduism, or is he one of the folks that are onto the new-age religions? What's the connection?

That generation is the flower generation who were the dominant group during the cultural revolution.

They have adopted lot of Hindu practices into their life and have Hindu names.
Julia Roberts the Oscar award winning actress visits Indian temples and her Hindu name is Sarswati - or(Annapurna) something like that.

short sweet answer: phenomenon exhibited by species going through identity transformation, this manifestation has very many shades depending on which stage of transformation the specimen finds itself in. This manifestation is directly proportional (in intesity) to the 'affirmations" this specimen receives from the vested interests.

Experts will chime in....
Well, well, well.....Someone somewhere has tried to be creative.

<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->It's just due to a long-period of brainwashing: where our instructors made it a point to teach us how low and insignificant, evil and indolent we were.
Since Indians can't change who they are biologically, they are trying to change who they are as per their historic identity by selling themselves to support any who'd criticise India and/or Hinduism.

In fact, many people have this problem to different degrees and different ways, and some even exhibit it in totally different fashion.
- I know a Cambodian who's converted herself to christianity and hates everything about Cambodia. From what I can figure out, it appears to have something to do with shame of how the despicable communist Khmer Rouge was so easily able to mow down her ancient civilisation in a short space of time. Her parents are still Buddhist and she hates them even more, she made it clear even in high school that she couldn't wait to leave her home. I met her parents, they were very good people.
- There's a HK christian girl who has now even changed her name to a western one and swears she will never visit HK again, and that the people there have a totally alien mindset to her (she's right on that score). She said more about her self-perception which I find too ridiculous to repeat here.
- Some Africans try to do the 'if you can't beat the horrible stereotype they've created for you, then all you can do is live up to it'. In many ways, I think this is the most painful coping-strategy of all. But I think that's because they were enslaved, so it's become a survival mechanism for them.
- Some Russians are starting to develop self-loathing, where some expats (I'm told) criticise their own countries and speak with gushing praise about countries that have tried and tried again to keep Russia down.
In fact, rather than feeling horrified to hear that about 27 million Russians lost their lives in WWII, they are ashamed that Russia lost the greatest number in the war. (As if such losses can say anything about valour or survival skills.)
Some Eastern Europeans also have developed a feeling of disdain for Russia and look down on it.
- You can see some (communist-like) persons from Israel or with Jewish ancestry come up in defense of Palestinian terrorism. I'm not talking about the Refuseniks.

Many other colonised and/or genocided peoples exhibit this. I don't know what it is. I see the symptom, I can piece together the cause, but I don't know the exact manner in which the cause made things grow into the symptom.
India has it pretty bad. Incredibly bad, I'd say.
- After about a millennium of crushing history - in spite of shortlived and dearly-bought victories - we are now ruled by miscreants who need to cook up fake histories glorifying the oppressors, tyrants and terrorists, while suppressing all knowledge of indigenous heroism and brave resistance, rewriting Hinduism's get-along nature with an invented intolerance (to explain the demise of Buddhism in India, for instance - which every historian knows is entirely owing to islam), ignoring all Dharmic accomplishments and innovators.
- Another factor is the lying media - which is entirely in the pockets of other entities (some foreign, many christian) - who won't lose any opportunity to further slur and slander us regardless of absence of any evidence (they will make the news if there's none to be had). To make us convert or even to accept western culture, we have to hate who we are first. And they can't do that without making up lies. It's because we naturally like who we are, as all people do, if left to ourselves and if we're not meddled with.
- A third driving force in instilling and perpetuating self-hate is NGOs. Again, missionaries and foreign interests.

Creating self-loathing, a dependency on and admiration of others, infatuation with other lifestyles is a key goal for another important reason.
India is still a major prize, because it has a huge population which means a huge market. China makes markets of others, it won't be made into a market. But India can be. India must first be moulded into thinking it is lacking junk, that it wants it, needs it. Need to create a country of consumers (kill the local, traditional producers of useful but competing products too), need to create a consumer mentality - a mentality so long alien to Hindus. Because if India's mental makeup doesn't become consumerist, we won't buy western products.
For instance:
- How to make Hindooos eat horrid-tasting and killer-unhealthy McDonalds/Burger King/... stuff?
Our own food is tastier, more wholesome and healthy. How can this be replaced?
One way is to plant lots of McDonalds everywhere (like churches that spring up everywhere) though no one initially comes, except the psecular trendy kinds. Eventually the hectic lifestyle of people forced to work umpteen hours in call centres will make them start visiting these fast-food outlets.

- How to make people buy more. Start opening stores all hours of the night, though barely anyone visits at those times. Eventually, people will come. When their mentality has adjusted.

- How to make Hindoos buy useless 'beauty' products that contain dangerous chemicals and don't even look nice on them? (Women look better without make-up. Traditional Maii/Kajal 'Kohl' and a bunch of earrings is all that's needed for a face to look its best.) Red lipstick, for example, doesn't suit 95%-97% of women. But they'll still wear it, because they imagine that since it looked good on so-and-so it will look good on them too. The strategy works all over the world.

So, in order to market the garbage, they have to first crown some rather plain-looking Indian girls (and a couple of coincidentally pretty ones) as Miss Universe/World. That makes more impressionable girls imagine that beauty can be a full-time (pre-)occupation.
Prey on the insecurity of girls - already a gender that needlessly underestimates itself in terms of physical beauty - make them feel more worthless, make them compare themselves with heightened extremes. You may not have Aish's eyes, but you can buy the eye-liner she's using, or her icky lipstick (Aish looks beautiful without make-up and horrid with lots of makeup).

The existing Indian models market western brands: De Beers diamonds (murdering entire African communities to get small shiny bits of rock), Loreal, and whatever other products can be dumped on India's slowly consumerising society. All the models and beauty queens are immediately signed by western brands.
Get them in more limelight: slowly all the female and male models have been edging out actual actors. This makes young population think that beauty -> modelling (-> beauty pageants) -> acting = success.

You won't believe how in the last 10 years beauty salons have bloomed all-over cities in India. And how large numbers of people have started visiting them. Many who start off with perfect eyebrows come out with another copy of tv-stars' thinly epilated eyebrows. So they end up looking 10-15 years older. Beautiful, unique-looking people end up looking bland carbon-clones of insipid forgettable people.
For every girl or actress in India that does this, I can point out a better looking one in some foreign country who carries it off better.
But when they remain natural, no one else in the world looks like them or compares.

- Make males and females *want* to wear the strangest, ugliest, most unsuitable clothes and imitate foreign tv lifestyles. Cigarettes. Alcoholic beverages.
In fact, I think that's the reason for America pushing its tv onto other countries: it's a way to create consumerist societies in other countries that then seek to have American products. Whenever a trend is copied in a country, change the trend so that the fashionable people still get their stuff from the US and the like.
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->- A third driving force in instilling and perpetuating self-hate is NGOs. Again, missionaries and foreign interests.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I know of an African who thinks, NGOs , directly and/or indirectly, play a major role in keeping Africa in its present condition. And citizens in the West think their money goes to a good cause in helping a poor person in Africa. Little do they realize what's happening behind the scenes.

He is in intensive care and awaiting a heart transplant, if it doesn't happen in time then I think things might take an ugly turn.
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Dear Sir,

The situation of doctor Koenraad Elst is very bad. He must stay for an long time in the intensive care of the university hospital of Antwerp (Belgium). For this moment his hart is so week that it would'nt function on his own! It means that dr Elst should pas away when he was not operated. The doctors planted a hartfunction system on his hart with cables (sory my English is so bad...). So he can not leave his bed. If you have tot send him e-mails than please send them tot his brother or sister: Jeroen.Elst@... or kristien.elst@.... Its impossible to call im by foon. His borther and sister can inform you correctly.

We all pray for his wellness and hope that our close friend will be like a new born young boy after the coming transplantation of his hart. We don't know when this wil happen, the doctors need of course a good donorhart. You can immagine you, we are al nerves for our friend his survival...

I thank you for your understanding and hope that doctor Koenraad Elst can be a great help for the people of India and the Hindus.
