"Hindu terror" Eidolon
'Rahul Gandhi scripting conspiracy against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh'
Quote:Lucknow, Feb 2 : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today alleged that Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi and other leaders were 'scripting' the conspiracy to malign the image of the Sangh by terming it as an organisation promoting Hindu terrorism in the country.

''Rahul Gandhi and other leaders are scripting the modalities before investigating agencies leak the substances, involving several people caught in terrorist act and linking them with the RSS to get political mileage,'' claimed RSS central committee member and ex-spokesperson Ram Madhav here today.

...

''The selective leak of confessional statement of Aseemanand for his involvement in Ajmer and Mecca Masjid blast, also gives ample prove that the Congress and the Centre is trying to implicate RSS in these cases,'' he further claimed.

Disclosing that Colonel Srikant Purohit and Dayanand Pandey arrested in the Malegaon blast have been now identified as Hindu terrorists, but actually they were arrested for trying to kill RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

''Now the investigating agencies are not at all interested in probing them on the conspiracy to kill the RSS chief, but now have implicated them in the Malegaon case,'' he said.

Mr Madhav said similar was in the case of Samjhauta Express blast as the investigating agency even after filing chargesheet and approaching the Interpol of Muslim terrorist organisation behind the incident have now blaming Hindu terrorism behind it.

Panaji, Feb 5 (IANS) Hindu organisations in Goa Saturday claimed that the police were victimising a regional Bajrang Dal leader by falsely linking him to investigations into the recovery of a headless corpse in the state last month.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal officials said at a press conference that the arrest of Bajrang Dal's south Goa district official Jayesh Naik was motivated.

'This is a police conspiracy to malign Jayesh's image because he was protesting against an illegal mosque in Margao,' VHP's Konkan region spokesperson Deepak Gaikwad said.

'The police are trying to make a criminal out of him by linking him to a murder case,' he added.

Jayesh is presently in police custody, along with two other siblings, in connection with the murder of Sultan Bellary, whose headless body was found at Nessai in south Goa located 40 km from here.

Police told a trial court in Margao, 35 km from Panaji, that Jayesh along with his brothers Govind and Rajesh was involved in the murder.

Police said the trio had conspired to kill Sultan, a known thief who had broken into a store owned by the Naik family.

They also told the court that Jayesh had identified Sultan on CCTV footage captured when he was stealing goods after a break-in and that he was later killed on Jayesh's instructions.

'Jayesh is being framed in this case. The police are only trying to harass Hindu activists by linking them to heinous crimes,' Gaikwad said.

Quote:Ajmer Blast accused writes, Congress leaders forced him to implicate the name of RSS Chief

25/09/2013 05:11:51 VSK Chennai

Bhavesh Patel, accused in the 2007 Ajmer Dargah Bomb blast case has alleged that several Union Ministers and Senior Congress leaders namely Sushil Kumar Shinde, Digvijay Singh, R P N Singh, Sriprakash Jaiswal has pressurized him to name Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Mohan Bhagawat and Indresh Kumar in connection with the incident.

Bhavesh Patel who was arrested in March has sent a letter to NIA. In his application to the CBI court, Bhavesh Patel, has alleged that Acharya Pramod Krishnan of Moradabad had facilitated his meetings with Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, his deputy R P N Singh and Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal, all of who wanted him to implicate the RSS leaders.

Sources have also refuted the charges on the grounds that since Indresh Kumar had not been named in the FIR there is no question of anyone putting pressure on Patel into naming him. Claiming that Patel's letter is strong evidence, RSS leader Ram Madhav said, "We have been saying from the beginning that there is a conspiracy against Hindu organizations, specifically against the RSS and its leaders. We are calling for an unbiased probe."

Despite the Italy-based catholic mouthpiece for Asia - Asia.it - insisting on the christian inquisition of Hindoos framed (by christianism) under "Hindu terror" charges, and despite the Sadhvi and Purohit and others languishing since Oct 2008 until Apr 2015 in prison-limbo and moreover being tortured by the christian inquisition,

the christo-subverted courts of India have at last decided there is no evidence to hold them.

Can all christians infesting India not be thrown into prison for a similar length of time (or preferably for an indefinite period) for reasons like christo-style accusations too? Since apparently in India, Hindus are guilty until proven innocent. So the same should apply to all christoislamicommunists infesting India no less.

SC finds no proof against Pragya, Purohit

Thursday, 16 April 2015 | PNS | New Delhi

The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday found fit grounds for the release of the 2008 Malegaon blast accused, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Army officer Shrikant Purohit, on bail as it held that the prosecution failed to link their role with previous blasts, necessary to establish the charge under the draconian Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) slapped on them.

Dealing with separate petitions filed by the seven accused, who challenged the MCOCA charges slapped on them by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad, the apex bench of Justices FM Ibrahim Kalifulla and Abhay Manohar Sapre concluded that except in the case of one accused, Rakesh Dhawade, there was no material to justify MCOCA charges against the other accused.

Under MCOCA, the SC said, the accused must directly or indirectly be found linked with an organised crime syndicate which has indulged in “continuing unlawful activity” in the past. The prosecution claimed that similar to the Malegaon blast, the accused carried out blasts in Parbhani and Jalna.

“For the present juncture with the available materials on record, it is not possible to show any nexus of the appellants who have been proceeded against for their involvement in the Malegaon blast with the two earlier cases, namely, Parbhani and Jalna. There is considerable doubt about their involvement in Parbhani and Jalna and, therefore, they are entitled to their bail applications to be considered on merits,” the Bench said.

The MCOCA charge was added in the case by way of a supplementary chargesheet on April 21, 2011. Thereafter, the investigation was transferred to National Investigation Agency, which has since prosecuted the case.

Examining the scope of Section 21(4)(b ) of the MCOCA which requires nexus with the accused of an organised crime syndicate or with the offence in the nature of an organised crime, the Bench failed to find any material as on date to this effect.

The court refrained from giving a clean chit to the accused but maintained that any evidence against the accused under MCOCA was a matter of trial. “Since the occurrence is of the year 2008 and nearly seven years have gone by, it is imperative that the Special Court commences the trial at the earliest and concludes the same expeditiously,” the Bench said.

It directed the Bombay High Court to expeditiously appoint a Special Judge to conduct the trial and allowed the accused, except for Dhawade to apply for bail soon after the appointment of the Special Judge and directed the Special Court to decide the bail petitions preferably within one month.
(Dhawade is likely to turn out to be as innocent as Ravindra Kumar Pal.)

At a minimum, the catholic mouthpiece Asia.it should be brought down as a source of inveterate lies. And so too all christian "media" that lied, lied and then lied some more. (Interesting how some years back, Asia.it IIRC claimed it had 4000 pages of the court case itself to hand "proving" the "Hindu terror" charges against Sadhvi, Purohit et al. How can any media house - not to mention one situated outside the country - have 4000 pages of an ongoing court case. Unless catholicism itself wrote the script against them, of course.)

Asia.it should be bled dry to pay the victims of the christian inquisition of Hindoos under their false charges, so that the Hindoos can be rehabilitated. Then it may be disbanded, and thereafter no more catholic mouthpieces should be allowed to set up media houses in India ever again.

Note how India's christomedia - which loudly proclaimed the catholic conspiracy of "Hindu terror" against Hindoos - is now nowhere to be seen retracting their christian lies.

Why IS christianism still allowed to infest India? Why can't christoislamicommunists be kicked into the monotheistic pardees of TSP, which was partitioned peculiarly for monotheism and all the monotheists, so they can jihad and crusade each other and themselves to heart's content there.

How Sonia Gandhi brewed ´Hindu terror´ in her pot

Radha Rajan,

4th August, 2015

(Found via 2 of Radha Rajan's comments here.)

Quite a few of the connect-the-dots in the article are compelling. One that really shocked was:

Quote:After JN Dixit’s unexpected and sudden death in January 2005, and after MK Narayanan was appointed NSA (by her most catholic majesty Queen Santa Sonia reprising the role of Santa Helena), one of the first things that Narayanan did was to hand-pick Hemant Karkare as chief of Maharashtra ATS; a position for which Karkare, an electrical engineer IPS officer with no experience in field-ops in counter-terrorism or counter-insurgency, was hardly qualified.

Already knew the whole "Hindu terrier" sham was yet another vile christian conspiracy (the brains are in the west, and Indian christianism doesn't budge without their western masters telling shouting orders down to them), but the article provides yet more argument for it. (Proving yet again that christianism remains more evil than islam, since islam at least doesn't pretend to have a good side, whereas christianism does, all while elaborately conspiring to stab you in your sleep and run off, just so that it won't get blamed for it and can thus pass for a civilian once more, while everyone knows to treat islam as a terrorist.)
