| Volunteers Needed To Produce Nda Campaign Videos |

As you know, I try to produce multimedia videos in my spare time on behalf of what I view to be nationalist causes.
http://www.youtube.com/channelphor
This year, one very important cause for me is to help the NDA defeat the UPA in the general election and form the next government. If you share that point of view, please read on.
I aim to perform the same service on NDA's behalf, as the 527 groups did for American political candidates during the US Elections. 527s are organizations like the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth (on the Republican side) and MoveOn.Org (on the Democratic side)... created to influence the nomination, election, appointment or defeat of candidates for public office.
As part of this effort I hope to produce several short multimedia video clips, and distribute them over Youtube and other web video outlets. Their message will be succinct: we cannot afford any more UPA misrule. For the sake of the nation, the NDA must form the next government.
However, since the elections are already approaching (no later than May this year), time is running short... so preparing and producing these videos may require more effort than one person alone could make. Hence, I'm making this post asking if any of you are willing to contribute some time and effort for this purpose.
Most of the effort needed would be in the form of internet research: to come up with news sources and citations, as well as to search for photographs, images and sound/music clips that we would want to incorporate into our videos. Also for shareware/freeware programs that can be used for simple file-format conversions etc. Basically the same kind of stuff we do on IF a lot of the time but organized into a concerted effort :-)
If you're interested, please email me at cherenzig AT gmail DAWT com. Please respond as soon as possible, we may not have a lot of time.

QUOTETurning the iconic freedom struggle slogan â jail bharoâ on its head, Minister of State for Women and Child Development since Renuka Choudhary on Thursday suggested that the only way to tackle the moral police was to launch a â pub bharo andolanâ.
Renukaji, I would also suggest hookah-bar-bharo-andolan, rojke-5-patiala-peg-piyo-andolan, one-night-stand-andolan, topless-bars-bharo-andolan, PDA-andolan, beef-khao-andolan, pork-mat-khao-andolan, hashish-peeyo-andolan.
Still i dont understand this - who are these statements targetted towards ? Is this politically a big deal in Karnataka ? Or anywhere in India ? Or is this to scare some outsiders ? Or just a storm in teacup ?

Chyetanya Kunte a blogger, published an âUnconditional Withdrawalâ of his blog post where he had blasted NDTV and Barkha Dutt.
Original post from cache:
QUOTE Shoddy journalism New window
Date: Thursday, 27 Nov 2008 20:39
Appalling journalism. Absolute blasphemy! As I watch the news from home, I am dumbfounded to see Barkha Dutt of NDTV break every rule of ethical journalism in reporting the Mumbai mayhem. Take a couple of instances for example:
 * In one instance she asks a husband about his wife being stuck, or held as a hostage. The poor guy adds in the end about where she was last hiding. Aired! My dear friends with AK-47s, our national news is helping you. Go get those still in. And be sure to thank NDTV for not censoring this bit of information.
 * In another instance, a General sort of suggests that there were no hostages in Oberoi Trident. (Clever.) Then, our herione of revelations calls the head of Oberoi, and the idiot confirms a possibility of 100 or more people still in the building. Hello! Guys with guns, youâve got more goats to slay. But before you do, youâve got to love NDTV and more precisely Ms. Dutt. Sheâs your official intelligence from Ground zero.
You do not need to be a journalist to understand the basic premise of ethics, which starts with protecting victims first; and that is done by avoiding key information from being aired publiclyâsuch as but not limited to revealing the number of possible people still in, the hideouts of hostages and people stuck in buildings.
Imagine youâre one of those sorry souls holed-up in one of those bathrooms, or kitchens. A journalist pulls your kin outside and asks about your last contact on national television, and other prying details. In a bout of emotion, if they happen to reveal more details, you are sure going to hell. Remember these are hotels, where in all likelihood, every room has a television. All a terrorist needs to do is listen to Ms. Barkha Duttâs latest achievement of extracting information from your relative, based on your last phone-call or SMS. And youâre shaftedâcourtesy NDTV.1
If the terrorists donât manage to shove you in to your private hell, the journalists on national television will certainly help you get there. One of the criticisms about Barkha Dutt on Wikipedia reads thus:
During the Kargil conflict, Indian Army sources repeatedly complained to her channel that she was giving away locations in her broadcasts, thus causing Indian casualties.
Looks like the idiot journalist has not learnt anything since then. I join a number of bloggers pleading her to shut the fâ
â
â
up.
Update: In fact, I am willing to believe that Hemant Karkare died because these channels showed him prepare (wear helmet, wear bullet-proof vest.) in excruciating detail live on television. And they in turn targeted him where he was unprotected. The brave officer succumbed to bullets in the neck.
Update 2 [28.Nov.2300hrs]: Better sense appears to have prevailed in the latter half of todayâeither willfully, or by Government coercion2, and Live broadcasts are now being limited to non-action zones. Telecast of action troops and strategy is now not being aired live. Thank goodness for that.
Update 3 [30.Nov.1900hrs]: DNA India reports about a UK couple ask media to report carefully:
The terrorists were watching CNN and they came down from where they were in a lift after hearing about us on TV.
â Lynne Shaw in an interview.
 1. Oh, they have a lame excuse pronouncing that the television connections in the hotel has been cut, and therefore it is okay to broadcast. Like hell!
 2. Iâm thinking coercion, since Government has just denied renewing CNNâs rights to air video today; mustâve have surely worked as a rude warning to the Indian domestic channels.

NDTV's forced this blogger to retract his posts. Threats of lawsuit I believe.

Vidya Ram is a reporter in Forbe.com's London bureau.
N.Ram is now married to Mariam.

Swami G, any particular reason that you refuse to disclose the religious identity of certain individus in your list?
- N.Ram's first wife Susan - the Irishwoman - is christian, so too is the Kerala christian Mariam. It is a *very* important factor in understanding who N.Ram, the head editor of The Chindu, is. (Also, if the wives are catholic, you can bet ya the children - such as 'Vidya Ram' - are baptised.) The religious connection to N. Ram is as important in understanding The Chindu as the christian ownership of NDTV, CNN-IBN, and the many other 'Indian' media.
You are doing the Dharmics in your target audience a great disservice by concealing such crucial information. It is in fact the most important piece of info. It is not secularism that is destroying Bharatam and Nepal and Sri Lanka. Whereas pseudo-secularism - and frequently communism too in our countries - is a *christian* facade.
To mistake the onslaught of christianism in the unconverted part of the subcontinent as merely some psecular/communist tide is to be blind to the real enemy. Nothing spells 'Defeat' more definitely.
ADDED More for your list:

QUOTEProminent among this leftist/communist, HIndu-baiting cabal are worthies like Prannoy Roy (who is married to Brinda Karatâs sister), Arundhati Roy (a Kerala Chrisitan and cousin of Pranoy Roy), Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghosh, Vindo Mehta, N. Ram, Vir Sanghvi, Praful Bidwai, and almost all Bengali editors. http://offstumped.nationalinterest.in/20...eversibly/
QUOTEprannoy roy is married to Radhika Roy (sister of Brinda Karat, married to prakash karat), who was a speech therapist and is the Director of NDTV. He is the cousin of award winning novelist and activist Arundhati Roy.
[...]
Rajdeep is married to journalist Sagarika Ghose, who is also a journalist with Cnn-Ibn. They met at Oxford University.
- Prannoy Roy is a christian. Like Ambika Soni with her pseudo-bindi and Hindu name, his name serves to distract and confuse the viewership.
QUOTESuzanna Arundhati Roy is neice of Prannoy Roy (CEO of NDTV)Isn't Suzanna his cousin instead of his niece?
In any case, she is a Kerala christian (with a Bengali dad).
Her name is most specifically NOT "Suzanna Arundhati Roy". The Arundhati is an alias she adopted for getting published, as explained by fellow catholic Richard Crasta. Arundhati is not any of her real names - certainly not her christian ('middle') name. Her real names are Margaret (as per Richard Crasta) and Suzanna, as per Wackypedia and some interview sites.
Unimportant:
I'm guessing Suzanna is her baptised (christian, middle) name and that Margaret is the first/calling name. That's because, from what I observed many years ago, the heretical Catholic cultists often tended to give pagan Roman or otherwise saintly or papal names as first names, and then they baptise them with biblical or ME names for the christian name. In this case Margaret Suzanna would fit the observed pattern of many catholic-born in Europe, as Margaret is pagan Roman (and Persian), and Suzanna is an ME name.
Modern fundy christians tend to choose all-biblical names, as is the proper and christian way to do it. Anglicans, being heretical in their naming just as the Catholics and other Protestants (though Martin Luther was born catholic), often stick with pagan Roman or Greek names plus NT names in either order. Sometimes they go full pagan when they toss an additional AngloSaxon name or Roman name in. But in all christo types there are cases where both names are biblical. For example, "John Michael Nitwit" is such a non-heretical choice.
Another example that comes to mind of a christian of India who is most probably catholic: there's apparently a "Diana Maria Kurien", a really weird looking actress in Kerala, who's predictably been given a Hindu screen name. (I think she goes under my childhood friend's name of Nayantara, because it was when I recently Googled to confirm whether I got the meaning of Nayantara right that I think I came across the christian fraudster with the stolen Hindu name. Yes, confirmed.)
Maria Kurien's deeply ignorant Kerala christian parents stole the Greek Goddess Artemis' Roman name (Diana) for the daughter's calling name, and gave her the ME and biblical 'Maria' as the christian name.

I think it needs a thread to collect all about the facade called secularism in India.
Here to start with the latest hilarious mail from SABHA:
SABHA - 4M Report Arvind Kumar, 30 Dec 2008
Hemant Karkare nominates himself for the Darwin Award
Hemant Karkare of the Anti Terrorism Squad must surely rank as the front runner for winning the Darwin Award. Wikipedia quotes Wendy Northcutt, author of Darwin Award books, and explains the awards.
"The Awards honor people who ensure the long-term survival of the human race by removing themselves from the gene pool in a sublimely idiotic fashion."
Karkare ignored terrorists and instead came up with an elaborate conspiracy theory according to which a former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Lt. Gen. SK Sinha, Art of Living Foundation, the Indian Army, Praveen Togadia of VHP, some members of parliament and many others were involved in one grand conspiracy to terrorize innocent Muslims. Intelligence reports about the terrorist strike in Mumbai were received in advance but Karkare's squad did nothing about it.
When Karkare finally faced real terrorists, he lasted less than 90 seconds. Apparently, he was clumsy at handling his helmet and he rushed in to meet the real terrorists ensuring that he removed himself from the human gene pool. The terrorists then took his jeep and used it to carry out more acts of terror.
Karkare also leaked operational information to members of the public. Click here to read about how he leaked information to one Julio Ribeiro, a member of the public.
SABHA Moron of the Month award
Self-nomination for the Darwin Award automatically ensures that one gets SABHA's Moron of the Month Award. So Hemant Karkare gets this award as well.
Hindu Zionists and Mossad behind Mumbai terror attacks!
Leading intellectuals from Baltistan and Waziristan and experts from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have cracked the Mumbai terror case.
A Pakistani TV station has claimed "Hindu Zionists" and the Mossad carried out the Mumbai terrorist attacks, which it said were a "botched" imitation of the 9/11 attacks on the United States.
...
Hamid said that it was a "badly planned" operation that had gone horribly wrong. "The Americans executed the 9/11 attack perfectly. They managed the media very well. The Indians tried to repeat the formula but goofed up. The idiots made a complete mess of it," he argued.
Pakistani claims Hindu Zionist is his son
A Pakistani man claimed that the Hindu Zionist who was captured alive during the Mumbai terror attack is his son.
A man who said he was Amir Kasab confirmed to Dawn that the young man whose face had been beamed over the media was his son.
Nepal's Maoists to be given degrees for their "skills"
Nepal Maoist combatants, who were involved in a decade-long insurgency in the country, are set to be rewarded with academic degrees by the ultra left Government in 'recognition' of their âskillsâ and sacrifice. Nepal's Finance Minister Bhattarai said on Thursday that preparations are underway to distribute academic certificates to the individuals who could not pursue their education due to their involvement in the civil war.
"Our friends abandoned study and got involved in the revolution (armed conflict). Whatever skill and knowledge they earned, they must receive recognition," he said. Bhattarai, the second in command of the CPN (Maoist) party which leads the coalition Government in Nepal, said the people 'who could not receive formal education due to financial problem and other reasons but possess sufficient skill and knowledge' must also be provided with degree.
"We are of the opinion that their skill and knowledge must be changed into academic degree and distributed through an open university," he added.
Nepal is now expected to attract a number of international students from Pakistan who seek degrees under the Jihad quota.
Communists run away from gunfire
Murli points out that a member of parliament belonging to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) was dining at the posh Taj Hotel along with his colleagues when the terrorists entered the hotel. The MP and his colleagues fled the place and were eventually rescued by the police.
It was a night without end for Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) MP N N Krishnadas who was having dinner at the Taj hotel in Mumbai when masked militants barged in.
...
"I was having dinner with some of my colleagues when two masked militants barged into the restaurant. They fired indiscriminately, I saw three people being shot. The terrorists left the room soon after that," Krishnadas said over the phone from Mumbai.
The case of the Missing Apples
Remember the Muslims in Kashmir who wanted to march to Muzaffarabad in Pakistan with their apples instead of trading with other Indians? They have stopped sending apples to Pakistan. This is what Haji Farooq Ahmed, the President of Kashmir Valley's Fruit Buyer's Association, says:
"We donât know what happened to the 7,000 fruit boxes we sent to Muzaffarabad."
Here is a guess - we think the Pakistanis ate the apples. Hopefully this information will help Haji Farooq Ahmed.
