Hi,
The five prominent states Punjab, Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarkhand and Goa are experiencing the election fever from the last month. With most of the uplifts and downward attitude of the political parties, ruling power and oppositions, etc, citizens of the country now have the chance of deciding the future Government.
Whatever it is, the final election results is going to decide the future Government and an efficient leader who can withstand in all standard as well as can support the voters in all means.
Let's hope for the best results and the best leader who is going to make our nation as the super power without any corruption, etc.

Swamy scores, SC sets rules for prosecuting authorities Quote:The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that public officials must decide within three months on applications seeking permission to prosecute government authorities. This order is in context of Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy seeking permission from the Prime Minister's Office to prosecute former telecom minister A Raja in the 2G spectrum allocation scandal.
There should be a time frame for deciding on applications seeking prosecution of government officers, the court ruled. If the government fails to decide on an application, then it shall be deemed that the prosecution of an authority has been allowed.
The order is a slap on the face of the UPA government, said Swamy while speaking to reporters after the court order. The court accepted Swamy's application seeking investigation against the Prime Minister's Office.

Removing the Sheen from Zoroastrianism |

In the "Removing the Sheen from Judaism" thread, we blamed Judaism for all of our problems, since it was the original Abrahamic religion. Maybe we were wrong, and our problems actually come from Zoroastrianism.
It is well-known that the Jews adopted concepts from Zoroastrianism when Cyrus the Great liberated them from the Babylonian captivity. Before the captivity, Yahweh was merely a tribal god who came to the rescue whenever the Jews got in trouble. After the captivity, Yahweh became more universal. Before the captivity, Satan was merely an angel who tempted men to disobey Yahweh's laws. After the captivity, Satan became an all-encompassing force of evil.
There is some evidence that the enemies of the Vedic Aryans were Persians. From Book 7, Hymn 6 of the Rig Veda:
Quote:3 The foolish, faithless, rudely-speaking niggards, without belief or sacrifice or worship,ââ¬â
Far far sway hath Agni chased those Dasytis, and, in the cast, hath turned the godless westward.
The term "Dasa" corresponds with "Daha(e)", the name of a Persian tribe.
According to Talagheri's analysis of the Vedas, the Dasas belonged to the Bhrigu clan and rejected the worship of the Vedic gods:
Quote:The characteristic feature which sets the BhRgus apart is ââ¬Åopen hostility to the gods themselvesââ¬Â¦ One of the greatest of the BhRgus is everywhere said to have served as the priest and chaplain of the asuras, the demon enemies of heaven and of order (dharma).ââ¬Â
During the Raj, the British favored the Parsis over the natives when doing business.
Recently, I came across a website called Parsi Khabar where they post anti-India/anti-Hindu articles.

A number of suggestions sent by members of general public are worth considering with a lot of statistical data to support their comments. They will be discussed during the committee's meetings in the future, the official said. http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news...007153.cms
The comments from general public, sources said, range from suggesting electronic database of all transactions to incentivising the informers of tax frauds.
"Some suggestions also say that tax enforcement and other agencies should be strengthened vis-a-vis their manpower and technical upgrade," a source said.
